WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Lead a security certification program vertical  (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, Common Criteria) end to end with minimal supervision ensuring a successful outcome.
• Support other certification program verticals to streamline audit certification cycles.

WHAT YOU BRING

• 5+ years of experience in IT audit, risk management, or IT compliance roles, with demonstrated experience running compliance certification programs and previous audit experience.
• In-depth understanding of security controls and key compliance frameworks (e.g., NIST, SOC2, ISO 27001, FedRAMP, FIPS, Common Criteria) as well as cloud platforms (e.g. AWS, Azure, GCP, etc.)

About the Role

As VP of Sales, New Verticals, you will own the strategy, execution, team, and revenue results for Flex's expansion into utilities, insurance, and broadband — three large, underserved markets where consumers deserve the same payment flexibility Flex pioneered in rent.

Reporting to the Head of Strategic Partnerships (New Verticals), you will build and lead a high-performing sales team from the ground up, define go-to-market strategy for each vertical, and personally drive the enterprise partnerships that will define Flex's next chapter. Compensation

Flex takes a market-based approach to pay, ensuring compensation is commensurate with a candidate's experience and our internal leveling guidelines. For candidates located in our Tier 1 markets (NYC/ SF), the base salary pay range for this role is $400,000 - $500,000 USD. For all other U.S. locations, Flex utilizes a geographic pay differential based on a cost of labor index. About the role

We are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Technology organization. This role sits on the central BI team alongside analysts supporting other business functions and a small team of BI developers who own our modern data platform. You will be the primary analytics point of contact for the CTO org and the Finance partners supporting it, with a particular focus on engineering efficiency, capacity, delivery metrics, and public cloud spend. 

This role is uniquely important right now. As a SaaS company in the late stages of migrating from private cloud to public cloud, public cloud economics — unit costs, usage drivers, commit strategies, and efficiency metrics — will be a core part of this role. Prior depth here is a plus but not required; we expect the right analyst to build that expertise quickly by partnering closely with our Finance and FinOps teams, and to translate what they learn into insights the CTO, engineering leaders, Finance, and FinOps can actually act on. 

You will also inherit a set of existing tech ops and efficiency reports (sprint planning, team capacity, delivery throughput, etc.) that today live outside our standard architecture. A core part of your charter is partnering with our BI developers to modernize these reports and bring them onto our tech stack — with proper models, governance, and documentation.

• Partner with the BI developer team to migrate these reports onto Snowflake + Power BI, with documented definitions and proper governance

• Retire legacy spreadsheets and one-off reports in favor of trusted, scalable assets 

Deliver High-Quality Analysis & Reporting 

• Build and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, and ad-hoc analyses that answer real questions for Tech and Finance stakeholders 
• Contribute requirements back to the BI developer team to shape the underlying data models, and help validate them before they land in production 
• Communicate findings clearly — with context, caveats, and recommendations — to both technical and executive audiences 

Collaborate Across the BI Team and the Business 

• Work side-by-side with other BI analysts supporting different functions to share patterns, reuse assets, and ensure metric consistency across the company 
• Partner with BI developers to move from “report-by-report” delivery to scalable, well-modeled data products 
• Act as a trusted, embedded analyst within the Tech org while representing central BI standards 

Documentation & Enablement

What You’ll Need to be Successful 

Core BI & Analytics Experience 

• 5+ years of hands-on BI/analytics experience, with a track record of supporting senior stakeholders 
• Comfortable reading SQL and working with curated data layers delivered by the BI developer team

ABOUT THIS ROLE

We are seeking a Manufacturing Automation Engineer to lead the development of custom electromechanical test equipment for our manufacturing plant. In this role, you will own the end-to-end creation of testers—architecting the test software, designing the data pipelines, and integrating these systems with our mechanical and electrical hardware designs.

ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES

• Software Architecture & Development: Architect, write, and maintain robust test automation software and scripts to control test sequences for complex hardware assemblies.
• Database & Data Pipeline Management: Architect and manage data logging systems using SQL databases, ensuring test yields, failures, and manufacturing metrics are reliably captured, stored, and accessible.
• The "Bridge": Act as the primary technical liaison between the manufacturing engineering team and the core internal software development team. Define APIs, align software architectures, and ensure factory data flows seamlessly into company-wide systems.
• IPC & Hardware Integration: Program IPCs (Industrial PCs) to interface with physical test fixtures and devices under test. Integrate software with sensors, actuators, and communication protocols (e.g., Modbus, TCP/IP, CAN bus, industrial Ethernet).
• End-to-End Tester Design: Collaborate on the electromechanical design of the testers, including specifying components, reviewing electrical wiring schematics, and understanding the mechanical fixturing.
• Testing & Validation: Develop highly reliable automated test procedures for complex embedded systems and electromechanical devices.

What You’ll Do:

NetDocuments is seeking a strategic, data-driven Manager of Customer Success to lead our SMB/Mid-Market CS team—a high-performing group of 6 CSMs responsible for approximately 6,000 accounts. This role is a people management position responsible for leading and developing a team of Customer Success professionals, and requires prior experience managing direct reports rather than functioning as an individual contributor. This is not a traditional high-touch management role. The ideal candidate understands how to design and operationalize scalable, tech-touch and one-to-many engagement models that drive measurable outcomes across a large account base.

You will own the team’s Gross and Net Revenue Retention performance, build programmatic customer journeys, and leverage platforms including Gainsight, Salesforce, and AI-powered tools (including Claude) to automate, monitor, and optimize customer health at scale. This role reports directly to the VP of Customer Success.

You will: 

Team Leadership & Development

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of 6 SMB/Mid-Market CSMs, fostering a high-accountability, high-support culture
• Set clear performance expectations tied to GRR, NRR, health scores, and engagement activity
• Conduct regular 1:1s, pipeline reviews, and skill development sessions
• Build career pathing frameworks and succession plans within the CS org

Tech-Touch & Scalable Engagement Model

• Design, build, and continuously optimize a tech-touch model that serves long-tail accounts with minimal manual effort
• Create one-to-many programs including automated email journeys, in-app campaigns, digital success centers, webinar series, and knowledge base content
• Play a key role in defining and revamping the NetDocuments customer portal and community—shaping the strategy, content structure, and engagement model that will serve as a primary self-service and peer-learning destination for thousands of customers
• Define clear segmentation criteria that determine which accounts receive high-touch, low-touch, or tech-touch coverage
• Leverage AI tools to assist CSMs in drafting communications, identifying risk signals, and accelerating customer research

Retention & Revenue Growth

• Own team-level GRR and NRR targets; develop and execute strategies to hit and exceed them
• Build renewal forecasting processes in coordination with the Renewals team
• Identify and operationalize expansion signals (upsell, cross-sell) through Gainsight and Salesforce data
• Serve as an escalation point for at-risk accounts; partner with Sales and Support to resolve churn risks

Playbook & Process Development

• Develop and maintain customer journey playbooks from onboarding through adoption, renewal, and expansion
• Build risk escalation playbooks with clear ownership, SLAs, and handoff protocols
• Create standardized QBR/EBR templates and coaching guides for the CSM team
• Continuously test, iterate, and document playbooks based on outcome data

Data, Health Scoring & Analytics

• Own customer health score design and calibration in Gainsight across all account segments
• Establish dashboards and reporting cadences for leadership visibility into team KPIs and account risk
• Analyze behavioral and usage data to identify leading indicators of churn and expansion
• Drive a culture of data-informed decision making within the team

Cross-Functional Collaboration

• Partner with Sales to ensure seamless handoffs, expansion pipeline visibility, and joint account planning
• Collaborate with Marketing to co-develop customer campaigns, case studies, and advocacy programs
• Work with Product to surface customer feedback, influence roadmap prioritization, and close the loop on issues
• Own participation in NPS and CSAT feedback programs—analyze results at the team and segment level, identify systemic themes, and drive cross-functional change initiatives that measurably improve the customer experience and sentiment scores over time
• Align with the Renewals team on renewal forecasting, risk flags, and upsell opportunity creation

What You’ll Need to be Successful:

• 5+ years in Customer Success, Account Management, or a related customer-facing role within a B2B SaaS company
• 2+ years of direct people management experience leading a CS team
• Demonstrated track record of improving GRR and NRR year-over-year in an SMB or mid-market segment
• Hands-on experience building and running a tech-touch or digital CS model at scale (500+ accounts or more)
• Proficiency with Gainsight—including playbook creation, health scoring, journey orchestration, and reporting
• Proficiency with Salesforce—opportunity management, reporting, and integration with CS workflows
• Experience designing and managing one-to-many CSM programs (webinars, campaigns, digital success centers)
• Ability to analyze customer data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related discipline, or equivalent professional experience

What Will Make You Stand Out:

• Experience in the legal technology or legal services industry
• Experience using AI tools in a professional CS or operations context, including: large language models such as Claude (Anthropic) and ChatGPT (OpenAI) for drafting communications, summarizing account context, and accelerating research; Microsoft Copilot for productivity workflows within Office 365; and AI features embedded in Gainsight or Salesforce (e.g., predictive health scoring, generative email assist). Candidates should be able to speak to specific use cases where AI reduced manual effort or improved team output
• Experience managing CSMs who each own 500–1,500 accounts in a pooled or segmented model

Compensation Transparency: 

The compensation range for this position is:  $120,000 - $130,000 plus 20% variable bonus

About the Role
