We’re looking for an Analytics & Business Intelligence, AVP to measurably drive growth for our Operations and Investment Management (OIPM) group at iCapital.

This role involves defining and calculating operational KPIs, transforming raw source data into processed business data, creating live dashboards to monitor performance, identifying driver metrics and statistical correlations, and finally working with business teams to enable data-driven change.

You will sit in the Analytics group of the broader Data & Analytics team within Technology, and will work closely with our Data Engineering group. Although you are initially expected to be an individual contributor, the role would eventually entail managing a team of 1-3 direct reports.

On the technical side, you will interface with our data stack of Airbyte, Snowflake, dbt, Prefect, Python and Tableau (among others). On the business side, you will work with our operations teams to produce management visibility, efficiency improvements and workflow automation.

Ideal candidates will be highly proficient in our technical tooling, understand complex business problems, interface with senior stakeholders, develop execution plans, and finally present on their work.

Responsibilities:

• Write SQL within dbt to extract, transform, validate, and aggregate data.
• SQL / DBT - 50%; Tableau/PowerBI - 30%; Python - 20%
• Create Tableau dashboards for various business teams, charting key metrics and performing exploratory data analysis
• Monitor and deploy data pipelines into our orchestration infrastructure using Prefect

• Work closely with our engineering, product and business teams to form a thorough understanding of our industry and evolving data model

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Computer Science, Economics, Mathematics, Statistics or a related technical field
• 4 to 8 years of experience in a data-related role
• Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
• Excellent knowledge of SQL (dbt experienced preferred)
• Good knowledge of a business intelligence tool (e.g. Tableau, Looker, PowerBI)
• Good knowledge of Python, Microsoft Excel and intermediate statistics
• Familiar with data science techniques and machine learning models
• Prior experience with end-to-end project delivery (e.g. requirements gathering, scoping, working within large organizations, presenting on project plans and results)
• Detail-oriented, naturally curious and willing to question to status quo to understand business needs

THE ROLE

The Business Systems Analyst, Legal Operations will design, optimize, and support the systems and workflows that power our global Legal function. What we’re looking for

• Core Skills & Experience

  • 3–5 years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or a related GTM operations role, with a significant portion of that time spent in a hands-on compensation function
  • Deep, day-to-day ownership of sales compensation — this means building and maintaining comp plans, managing quota cycles, calculating attainments, reconciling commissions, and resolving disputes at the rep level. Familiarity with comp theory is not enough; we need someone who has done the work

About the role

We are hiring a Senior BI Analyst to serve as the dedicated analytics partner to our Technology organization. This role sits on the central BI team alongside analysts supporting other business functions and a small team of BI developers who own our modern data platform. You will be the primary analytics point of contact for the CTO org and the Finance partners supporting it, with a particular focus on engineering efficiency, capacity, delivery metrics, and public cloud spend. 

This role is uniquely important right now. As a SaaS company in the late stages of migrating from private cloud to public cloud, public cloud economics — unit costs, usage drivers, commit strategies, and efficiency metrics — will be a core part of this role. Prior depth here is a plus but not required; we expect the right analyst to build that expertise quickly by partnering closely with our Finance and FinOps teams, and to translate what they learn into insights the CTO, engineering leaders, Finance, and FinOps can actually act on. 

You will also inherit a set of existing tech ops and efficiency reports (sprint planning, team capacity, delivery throughput, etc.) that today live outside our standard architecture. A core part of your charter is partnering with our BI developers to modernize these reports and bring them onto our tech stack — with proper models, governance, and documentation.

About the Role

As a Financial Analyst at Degreed, you'll own one of the Finance team's most cross-functional and high-visibility processes — end-to-end commission management — while also contributing to FP&A functions that directly inform executive and board-level decisions.

ABOUT THIS ROLE 

LVT is actively seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Information Security Analyst (GRC) to join our growing Information Security team. This role will report directly to the Information Security Manager (GRC). This position is designed for an individual eager to delve deeply into the operational aspects of Governance, Risk, and Compliance, directly supporting LVT’s steadfast commitment to security excellence and regulatory adherence as the business continues its innovative scaling.

The Information Security Analyst (GRC) will work with Management to operate key GRC processes. • Support LVT’s annual SOC 2 audit.

The Service Operations team’s mission is to drive the strategy, processes, and initiatives that enable LVT’s Customer Experience teams to deliver a world-class experience. Reporting to the Sr. Director of Strategy & Operations, the Service Operations Analyst serves as the analytical and tactical engine of the post-sales organization. This role balances data with hands-on process engineering to ensure that all post-sales teams operate with data-backed efficiency and quality.

Here's what you'll do

The Data Operations group is responsible for delivering business insights and high-impact analyses to the various business units within Awardco.  Within this group, the Lead Data Scientist will address strategic and operational questions facing our global business, including customer behavior, performance measurement, and product and marketing efficiency. This individual will partner with different business units to meet their analytic needs and conduct extensive analyses of Awardco’s data, generate insights, and communicate those insights to the business.

The Lead Data Scientist role is data and analytically intensive. Successful candidates will offer deep analytical capabilities and will be adept at using large data sets to find opportunities for product and process optimization and using models to test the effectiveness of different courses of action.

What You Will Do

Responsibilities

• This position will enable data-driven business decisions by performing business and data analyses using a variety of techniques, ranging from simple data aggregation to complex statistical analysis.
• Develop custom data models and algorithms to apply to data sets.
• Churn and pipeline analysis
• Use predictive modeling to increase and optimize customer experiences, revenue generation, ad targeting, and other business outcomes.
• Evaluate risk.
• Work with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
• Mine and analyze data from company databases to drive optimization and improvement of product development, marketing techniques, and business strategies.
• Create presentations, visualizations, and reports and present findings to executive-level management.
• Provide analysis and information supporting various campaigns, events, and initiatives, summarize key findings and trends, produce data sheets, graphics, and presentations.
• This individual will also be responsible for mentoring peers in analyst positions, providing analytical support, and having expertise in statistical concepts and methods.
• Forecast various data elements, such as sales and enrollments.

Additional Qualifications

• Advanced experience using statistical computer languages (R, Python, SQL, etc.) to manipulate data and draw insights from large data sets.
• Advanced experience analyzing data from 3rd party providers such as Google Analytics or Qualtrics.
• Advanced knowledge of, and experience with, a variety of machine learning techniques (clustering, decision tree learning, artificial neural networks, etc.) and their real-world advantages/drawbacks. 
• Advanced SQL skills 
• Experience visualizing/presenting data for executive-level management
