About the role  

One of Evio’s core product offerings is Evio Insights: comprised of actionable, plan driven real-world evidence (RWE) projects to create clinical and financial impact for health plan customers and their members.   

Evio’s team of pharmacists and researchers use RWE to produce practical insights that help health plans make better decisions, improve outcomes, and manage the cost of high-impact medications. Our work is delivered via research manuscripts and playbooks that translate evidence into clear, actionable strategies to create near-term value for health plans. These strategies could include coverage approaches, pharmaceutical contracting strategies, and patient-targeting parameters to improve outcomes and decrease costs. Over time, our work will continue to look more closely at sub-populations, driving closer to personalized formularies, and integrate with our value-based manufacturer contracting capabilities and solutions.  

In this customer success role, you will serve as the key connection point between Evio and our customers, helping ensure our insights are relevant, adopted, and delivering real impact. You’ll work closely with health plans to solicit and shape research priorities, guide and advise on implementation of insights, and measure the value created. Your work will directly influence how customers apply evidence to improve care and affordability. 

What you’ll do  

You will serve as a strategic partner and liaison between Evio and our health plan customers, ensuring the success of Evio Insights for customers. You will be the voice of the customer and health plan subject matter expert across product phases:  

1. Ideation/discovery: Maintain a strong grasp of customer level priorities, information gaps, local market dynamics, and customer-PBM dynamics to shape RWE project ideas to be attractive and valuable to health plan customers. Assist the Evio product team in translating customers’ needs and priorities into RWE projects.    
2. Production: Collaborate with the research team to ensure RWE study outputs align with customers’ needs and generate practical, usable insights. Review project components and gather customer feedback to refine deliverables.      
3. Operationalize:  Own customer-level operationalization strategy and execution.  This includes developing customer-specific implementation plans and guiding customers through adoption of Evio Insights recommendations, helping them solve problems through unique challenges in the own markets and health plans.  
4. Impact analysis: Collaborate with Evio research and analytics teams to evaluate the impact of adoption.  

Additionally, you will: 

• Lead efforts to share best practices among customers, such as convening user forums and other customer engagement opportunities 
• Track and report on adoption and outcomes across customers, including: 
  • How and why insights were implemented  
  • Barriers to adoption when applicable  
  • Value created from adoption  
• Contribute to continuous improvement of Evio Insights by representing customer perspectives 
• Partner with Evio’s pharmaceutical contracting team to use RWE insights to drive contracting strategies, especially focused on outcomes that drive the “flywheel”   

Your skills and experience   

• Bachelor of Pharmacy (B.S. Pharm.) with Residency, or Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree 
• A current and unrestricted pharmacist license in at least one state 
• 8+ years of health plan pharmacy and medical benefit experience with deep current expertise in: 
  • Pharmacy and medical benefit design and management  
  • Evidenced-based formulary, medical policy, and utilization management (UM) development and implementation 
  • Pharmaceutical contracting (e.g. rebates, warranties) related to formularies, medical polices, and UM 
  • Knowledge of pharmacy benefit manager (PBM) operations 
• Strong clinical evidence appraisal skills and ability to interpret data

 Salary Considerations:   

Anticipated annual base pay range: $ 175,000 to $ 200,000 plus additional variable compensation.

The Staff Pharmacist at Fuze Health plays a critical role in ensuring the safe, accurate, and compliant delivery of pharmaceutical services. The Role

The primary location for this role is remote, the expected schedule requirement is 4x10s 8:00 am - 6:00 pm (Tuesday-Friday). Active TX licensure is required. 

What You’ll Do  

As an APP with Imagine Pediatrics, you influence and ensure the best clinical care for your patients. Our goal is to increase the number of safe days at home by ensuring kids and families get what they need when they need it—reducing unnecessary medical visits and hospitalizations. You leverage an integrated technology platform and are complimented by an entire interdisciplinary team including registered nurses, navigators, dietitians, pharmacists, psychiatrists, social workers, and therapists. You will: 

• Manage a panel of complex pediatric patients – Oversee care plans, collaborate with PCPs and specialists, and ensure comprehensive care coordination.
• Work in a multidisciplinary team – Work with pediatricians, nurses, pharmacist, dietitian and social workers to provide wrap-around care in a virtual-first model.
• Empower families – Educate and support parents to navigate their child’s health journey with confidence, ensuring long term health success.
• Deliver high-quality virtual care – Conduct virtual enrollment visits, acute escalations, sick visits, and post-hospital follow-ups, and even in-home virtual assessments supported by our Mobile Integrated Care team.
• Ensure continuity of care – Step in when needed to bridge care gaps, coordinating prescriptions, and streamline referrals, to remove barriers to care.

1. Serve as the lead technician by acting as a role model and training in the Pharmacy Technician processes.
2. Enter patient information and prescription orders in the computer.
3. Interact with third-party prescription plans to solve adjudication problems in order to facilitate the processing of prescriptions.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Head of Pharmacovigilance, the Senior PV Scientist supports the medical oversight, analysis, coding, interpretation, and reporting of pharmacovigilance data at Praxis. This role contributes to high-quality safety surveillance, signal detection, benefit-risk evaluation, and regulatory compliance across clinical development programs.  

As Praxis advances its pipeline and prepares for regulatory submissions, this position plays a critical role in strengthening U.S.-based pharmacovigilance footprint, enhancing vendor oversight, supporting implementation of evolving safety infrastructure, and ensuring inspection readiness. The Associate Medical Director, PV Scientist enables the PV Lead to focus on clinical safety strategy, regulatory submission activities, and labeling development by providing both strategic and operational support across safety activities. 

Primary Responsibilities

• Serve as the U.S. facing PV leader, ensuring timely follow-up on safety actions across global teams and time zones. Proactively identify and resolve operational gaps before they become compliance risks. 
• Own oversight of end-to-end PV service providers, including governance meetings, KPI monitoring, TMF documentation, and continuous process improvement. Ensure quality, timeliness, and regulatory compliance at all times. 
• Contribute to the development and evolution of PV SOPs, safety management plans, and database migrations. Lead or support implementation of new safety tools (e.g., signal detection platforms, monitoring systems) to strengthen proactive surveillance.

• Collaborate with Clinical Operations, Regulatory, Medical Affairs, Commercial, and Quality to ensure aligned safety processes, including call center setup, partner safety data exchange, and commercialization readiness activities. 
• Ensure safety data exchange complies with partner agreements. Author searches for strategies for regulatory queries and internal requests. Maintain rigorous documentation standards to support inspections and audits. 

Qualifications and Key Success Factors

• Nurse, Nurse Practitioner, Pharmacist, or Allied Health Professional.  
• Minimum 3-5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance within the pharmaceutical/biotechnology industry.  
• At least 1 year of clinical trial experience highly desirable.  
• Experience with regulatory filings (INDs, NDAs, MAAs).  
• Strong knowledge of FDA, EMA, ICH, and GVP pharmacovigilance regulations.  
• Experience in individual case safety reporting (clinical and post-marketing), aggregate reporting, signal detection, risk management planning, regulatory inspections, and PV SOP development.  
• Experience implementing safety databases and signal detection tools preferred.

• Monitoring patient care across the care team, ensuring continuity and adherence to treatment plans
• Documenting patient interactions and medication reconciliations accurately in Arine’s software platform
• Engaging with hospitals, clinics, and pharmacies to coordinate care and resolve clinical issues promptly
• Educating patients on their medications, potential side effects, and the importance of adherence to their treatment plans - in the language they’re most comfortable with
• Triaging high-risk members to a clinical pharmacist for in-depth medication reviews, side effect concerns, cost concerns, or when pill burden is a concern
• Participating in process improvement initiatives to enhance care coordination and patient outcomes
• Assisting with obtaining necessary referrals and authorizations as part of the care management process
• Working with providers’ offices to confirm medication histories and collect records for various CMS measures as needed
• Managing a consistent volume of outbound and inbound calls while maintaining productivity and service quality
• Meeting individual and team performance metrics related to outreach, engagement, documentation quality, and service outcomes
• Scheduling patients for telephonic or videoconference appointments with clinical pharmacists
• Preparing and sending patient educational materials and other necessary items as needed
• Following established workflows while remaining flexible as processes evolve
• Taking ownership of assigned work and seeing it through to completion

Who You Are and What You Bring:

• A Bachelor’s degree in Nursing (BSN) and/or an active Registered Nurse (RN) license in New York
• Bilingual proficiency in Mandarin and/or Cantonese and English is required - you’ll use these skills daily to communicate with and advocate for patients
• Prior experience in case management and a solid understanding of care coordination processes
• Strong knowledge of medication management, including medication reconciliation and related terminology
• Excellent written and oral communication skills in both English and Chinese, with the ability to effectively educate and support patients
• Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Google Workspace and Mac (Apple) environment, with comfort using collaboration and contact-center tools such as Slack and Five9, navigating multiple browser-based systems simultaneously, and performing basic technical troubleshooting
• Ability to prioritize effectively and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced healthcare environment
• Demonstrated reliability, accountability, and follow-through
• High attention to detail with a strong commitment to documentation accuracy
• Comfort working in a metrics-driven environment where outcomes and quality are tracked
• A collaborative team player who can also work independently and demonstrate initiative
• Openness to coaching, feedback, and continuous learning
• Ability to work 40 hours/week (Monday–Saturday up to 7PM Pacific Time)

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience with electronic medical records (EMR) systems
• Previous work in an ambulatory care setting, including taking medication histories and managing transitions of care
• Familiarity with pharmacy operations and medication therapies
• Certified Diabetes Educator (CDE) certification

• An established private work area that ensures information privacy
• A stable high-speed internet connection for telephonic and/or remote work
• This role is remote, but you will be required to come to on-site meetings multiple times per year. This may be in the interview process, onboarding, and team meetings

This position is temp-to-hire for an expected duration of 6 months, with the possibility of extension or conversion to a permanent role based on performance and business needs. Throughout the temporary period, you will receive full benefits starting from day one.

The posted range represents the expected hourly rate for this position and does not include any other potential components of the compensation package, benefits, and perks. Ultimately, the final pay decision will consider factors such as your experience, job level, location, and other relevant job-related criteria. The hourly pay rate for this position is: $39-60 hour. 

Seasonality & Schedule:

Our Clinical Care team operates within a seasonal business cycle, and we want candidates to have a clear picture of what to expect. During peak season (May through early December), our team plays a vital role in supporting business operations. Workload and scheduling demands increase during this time, and time off may be limited. Optional overtime may also be offered to meet business needs. Each year, the Clinical Care department observes a holiday shutdown of approximately 2–3 weeks between late December and early January. Please note that while Arine remains operational, the Clinical Care department is closed during this period. Following the shutdown, the team transitions back to full capacity on a modified schedule through February, during which some shifts or hours may differ from standard operations.
