People Solutions Specialist (FTC)
As part of our HR Operating Model HR is created an agile and flexible team that focuses on solving cross-Business Unit (“BU”) talent challenges, supporting HR and enabling the BUs to continue driving improvement and moving away from traditional silos.
The People Solutions team will sit within the Change and Workforce Transformation team and be aligned to a specific BU. It will work with the BUHR Team of Senior People Partners, People Services, and the Centers of Expertise (“CoE”) to lead specific projects that have been identified as key priorities.

As Engineering Manager, Infrastructure Platforms at GitLab, you’ll focus on building and supporting a high-performing team that keeps our platforms secure, reliable, and scalable. The base salary range for this role’s listed level is currently for residents of the United States only. This range is intended to reflect the role's base salary rate in locations throughout the US. THE ROLE
We are seeking an experienced Change Manager to lead the people side of digital transformation at NextEnergy Group. This is a newly created function and role, the first of its kind in the organisation, and represents a genuine opportunity to define how change is managed, communicated, and embedded across the business.
You will be responsible for ensuring that digital initiatives delivered by the Technology & Digital Services (TDS) team land successfully with end users, driving adoption, minimising disruption, and maximising the return on our technology investments. Minimum Qualifications & Experience:
Director+ level with 10+ years experience in Customer Operations, Service Excellence or CX Transformation
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related experience
Managed both Global Vendor BPO Operations and In-house escalation or resolution teams.
Proven track record in process improvement and optimisation and automation aligned with Six Sigma Methodology
Strong commercial awareness, with the ability to balance resolution experience with efficiency
Relentless collaboration building strong stakeholder relationships to influence and execute
Close-Loop resolution for product or process blockers causing customer friction with measured impact
Customer first mindset, advocating for simplicity and putting yourself in the shoes of the customer
