Work with high-risk and complex KYC cases independently;
Dive into KYC/AML activity, fraud prevention, and enhanced due diligence (EDD);
Analyze customer verification data (IDs, proof of address, payment methods) and identify inconsistencies or manipulation;
Influence risk processes and contribute to continuous improvements;
Work in a rotating 5/2 schedule (09:00 – 18:00, EET);
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Risk, Compliance, Payments, Product).
2 + years of experience in KYC/AML, compliance, fraud prevention, or EDD within fintech, gambling, or banking environments;
Understand KYC/AML regulations and risk-based approaches;
Experience working with KYC/AML tools and back-office systems (e.g., FairPlay or similar platforms);
At least an intermediate level of English.

The Onboarding Implementation Specialist is an entry-level role responsible for supporting new customers through the initial onboarding and setup of their Nextiva products and services. Through structured training and defined processes, this role gathers required customer information, configures services, and ensures installations are completed accurately and on time.
This position focuses on executing standardized onboarding workflows, meeting SLAs, and delivering a high-quality customer experience. The Implementation Specialist partners with customers during setup, troubleshoots common configuration issues, and escalates complex concerns when needed to ensure a seamless transition to Nextiva.

Role Overview
We are looking for a Principal Engineer to own the architecture, development, and evolution of our content development and distribution pipelines across a multi-platform LMS landscape. You will drive the adoption of AI-assisted content generation workflows, design agentic systems that reduce manual effort at scale, and serve as a hands-on technical lead for a small, high-impact engineering team.
Key Responsibilities
–Design, build, and maintain robust content development and distribution pipelines that serve a diverse LMS ecosystem (e.g.H5P, SCORM/xAPI standards).
–Design and implement agentic AI workflows for automated and semi-automated content generation, curation, tagging, and quality assurance.
–Rapidly prototype new capabilities using AI-native tooling (LLM APIs, vector stores, embedding pipelines) to validate ideas before full-scale engineering investment.
–Lead and mentor a team of 4–6 engineers through technical design, code review, and day-to-day engineering delivery.
–Define and enforce standards for content schema, metadata, versioning, and pipeline observability.
–Partner with product, instructional design, and data teams to translate learning content requirements into scalable technical solutions.
–Evaluate and integrate third-party content and AI services, ensuring compliance with data governance and privacy standards.
–Drive continuous improvement for pipeline reliability, latency, and throughput.
Position Requirements
–8+ years of software engineering experience, with at least 3 years in a senior or principal-level role owning complex data or content pipelines.
–Deep experience with LMS platforms and content standards (H5P, SCORM, xAPI/Tin Can, LTI).
–Proven track record designing and operating agentic or multi-step AI workflows using LLMs (e.g. OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini), orchestration frameworks (e.g. LangChain, LlamaIndex, CrewAI), and tool use / function calling patterns.
–Strong prototyping instincts — comfortable building working proof-of-concepts quickly with AI coding assistants and modern tooling, then handing off or scaling the result.
–Experience leading small engineering teams: setting technical direction, running design reviews, and growing engineers through coaching and feedback.
–Proficiency in at least one backend language (Python, Node.js, or Java/Kotlin) and familiarity with cloud-native infrastructure (AWS, GCP, or Azure).
–Solid understanding of content storage, CDN distribution, and asset management at scale.
–Clear communicator who can translate technical trade-offs for non-technical stakeholders.

Customer Support Team Working Schedule
We have a full-time schedule. Each team member has 5 workdays and two days off per week. As our schedule provides 7 days/week coverage, our team divides into two crews. One part of the team works from Tuesday through Saturday and the other one from Sunday through Thursday.
On Monday through Friday our team works in two shifts:
Day shift: 9:00 - 18:00 (10:00 -19:00) - 9 hours including paid 60 minutes lunch;
Afternoon shift: 15:00 - 23:00 - 8 hours without lunch.
On Saturday and Sunday, we work on day shifts only - 9:00 to 18:00 (10:00 -19:00).
Each employee has 2-3 afternoon shifts during working days. Our work schedule is fixed, It means that our employees work the same shift every week. Nevertheless, there is a necessity to rotate day and afternoon shifts between the teammates once or twice a year taking into account product updates, workload, seasonality, etc. Please note that Customer Support Team works on Ukrainian Holidays. We have an additional 9-10 days-off (equal to the number of public holidays in a given year) instead.

The Payroll Specialist Lead - Ukraine is a critical role within Remote’s dynamic global payroll organization. Nestled within our EOR and Payroll Operations Team, this role is responsible for delivering accurate, compliant payroll operations within assigned countries while also contributing to the improvement and scalability of our global payroll processes.
You will work closely with internal stakeholders across Payroll Operations, Tax, Finance, Product and Customer Success, while coordinating with diverse payroll partners where applicable.
This role is well suited for a mid-to-senior career payroll ops professional who has deep hands-on experience running payroll in complex environments and is comfortable operating in globally distributed teams.
