We are seeking a Technical Engineering Manager to lead technical execution, operational systems, and customer growth for the business. This is not a traditional engineering management role. • Help establish Re:Build as a center of excellence for digital-native wire harness manufacturing

Manufacturing & Operational Excellence

• Support development of digitally optimized manufacturing capabilities
• Drive continuous improvement across engineering, production, and customer engagement workflows

What You Bring to the Team

• BS or equivalent experience in Electrical, Mechanical, or Manufacturing Engineering (advanced degree or MBA preferred)  
• 10+ years in engineering and/or manufacturing environments
• 3+ years leading technical teams in wire harness, cable assembly, or electro-mechanical systems
• Strong understanding of wire harness design, manufacturability, and production processes
• Experience with ECAD/wire harness design tools (Cadonix Arcadia preferred)
• Knowledge of automated processing, assembly, testing equipment, and regulated manufacturing environments
• Familiarity with aerospace, defense, medical, or industrial quality standards and ITAR environments
• Proven ability to build scalable systems and operational processes
• Strong customer-facing technical communication skills
• Experience managing fast-paced, high-iteration customer programs
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution
• Demonstrated use of data and leading indicators to drive business outcomes
• Experience with project management, ERP/MES, and PLM/PDM systems

Compensation Range: The base salary range for this position is $138,000 – $ 208,000 per year. This range represents the Company’s good faith estimate of the base compensation for this role at the time of posting.  Actual compensation will be determined based on several factors, including but not limited to relevant experience, skills, qualifications, internal equity, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, this role may be eligible for annual incentive compensation and/or long-term incentives, subject to Company plans. • Competency and fluency in Account Based Marketing (ABM), Paid Media, Automation, CRO, SEO, PLG, activation, and retention
• Strong background of driving demand-generation programs that deliver measurable business results, including pipeline and revenue
• Proven experience developing and accomplishing unified campaigns across multiple channels, including email, webinars, paid media, events, and social media

Inventory Supervisor 

Job Type: Full-Time; Exempt

Who You Are:
As an Inventory Supervisor at Curaleaf, you will play a pivotal role in optimizing inventory systems and implementing company policies. You are a detail-oriented and proactive leader who thrives in managing inventory operations and supporting cross-functional teams. As an Inventory Supervisor, you’ll oversee inventory processes, ensure compliance, and lead teams to success. Your role will include overseeing all inventory and delivery functions related to cannabis oil, cannabis-infused products, excipients, containers, packaging, and other controlled inputs throughout the production cycle. 

  What You'll Do: 

• Oversee and manage a team responsible for receiving, pick-and-pack operations, deliveries, and vault functions. 

• Ensure daily and weekly cycle counts and audits are completed in compliance with SOPs. 

• Maintain control over facility vaults and storage areas, logging receipts, and ensuring accurate inventory accounts. 

• Design and implement inventory tracking systems to enhance control and efficiency. 

• Analyze data to anticipate future inventory needs and address discrepancies with root cause analysis and corrective actions. 

• Coordinate manufacturing requirements to fulfill customer orders while adhering to quality, cost, and delivery timelines. 

• Support cannabis production processes, including managing by-products and eliminating waste. 

• Work closely with Finance, Cultivation, Production, the Lab, and Supply Chain to ensure seamless inventory operations. 

• Partner with State and Private testing labs to secure testing slots and manage accurate chain-of-custody paperwork. 

• Prepare weekly and monthly high-level reports for upper management. 

• Ensure inventory levels at dispensaries are appropriate by collaborating with Dispensary Managers. 

  What You'll Bring: 

• Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Supply Chain, Business, or a related field. 

• Possess a valid driver’s license. 

• Minimum of 3 years in supply chain or inventory management, preferably in a manufacturing environment. 

• Previous supervisory experience managing at least 3 direct reports.

The Accounting Manager will serve as the day-to-day financial steward, ensuring accurate and timely reporting, strong internal controls, and compliance with applicable accounting standards across jurisdictions. What you bring to the Team

• 4+ years of overall accounting experience
• 4-year Undergraduate Degree, preferably in accounting

• QuickBooks' experience preferred, but not required

• Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this role is $88,000 to $125,000. Final compensation will be determined based on experience, qualifications, and internal equity. As a Production Engineer II, the applicant will identify production line priorities and address abnormalities with the goal of meeting customer delivery targets of cylindrical batteries. This role requires skilled data analysis and the ability to communicate with multiple teams and operators to develop and implement solutions.

Position Overview

Re:Build Manufacturing is seeking an experienced and visionary President to lead the creation and sustained growth of our U.S.-based battery cell manufacturing business. This executive will build the business from the ground up, establishing strategy, commercial relationships, and organizational capability to become the nation’s premier platform for scaling advanced, high-performance battery technologies.

The ideal candidate brings deep leadership experience in the battery industry, combining operational insight, technology vision, and strategic business development to build a differentiated U.S. battery business serving defense, aerospace, and other critical markets.

* Location Note:
The final manufacturing site has not yet been determined. This role will initially operate with flexibility on location; however, the selected candidate will play a key role in evaluating and selecting the eventual site and will be expected to relocate to and lead from that location once established.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Leadership & Business Development

• Build and lead the business from inception, including business strategy, organizational design, and capital deployment planning
• Develop and execute a technology portfolio strategy, identifying, licensing, acquiring, and scaling differentiated next-generation cell technologies aligned to emerging market needs
• Drive commercial strategy and customer engagement with defense primes, aerospace OEMs, and strategic partners
• Serve as the industry-facing leader, establishing Re:Build as the preferred U.S. partner for scaling advanced battery technologies
• Lead capital planning and deployment, ensuring investments support strong financial returns and long-term strategic capability

Commercial & Market Leadership

• Own full P&L performance for the battery cell manufacturing business
• Establish and maintain strategic partnerships across the battery ecosystem, including equipment suppliers, technology licensors, and research institutions
• Lead customer qualification discussions and negotiate long-term supply agreements with key customers
• Secure government funding (grants, OTAs, and other non-dilutive capital) to support growth and de-risk technology deployment
• Champion domestic supply chain development, prioritizing U.S.-sourced materials and technologies

Organizational & Operational Oversight

• Build the leadership team, including Value Stream Leader, Head of Sales, Head of Engineering, and key functional leaders
• Establish a culture aligned with Re:Build’s principles of operational excellence, innovation, and integrity
• Oversee manufacturing operations through the Value Stream Leader, ensuring performance across safety, quality, delivery, and cost (SQDC)
• Build strong partnerships across the Re:Build ecosystem to leverage shared capabilities and accelerate commercialization

Technology & Innovation

• Evaluate emerging cell technologies for strategic fit, performance advantages, and commercial viability
• Lead due diligence on technology licensing, partnerships, and acquisition opportunities
• Translate technology roadmaps into clear business cases that drive investment decisions and stakeholder alignment

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Proven executive leadership experience in the battery industry, including cell development, manufacturing, or technology commercialization
• Demonstrated success building or scaling a battery-related business, including strategic planning, capital deployment, and commercial execution
• Strong track record of commercial leadership, including customer engagement, technology partnerships, and strategic business development
• Deep understanding of battery cell technologies, manufacturing processes, and industry dynamics
• Exceptional communication and leadership presence, with the ability to represent the business to customers, investors, and government stakeholders

Preferred Experience

• Experience at a major battery cell manufacturer or its U.S. subsidiary, or in scaling battery technology companies
• Familiarity with defense, aerospace, or other high-performance markets requiring secure supply chains
• Background in technology licensing, M&A, or strategic partnerships within battery or advanced manufacturing sectors
• Track record of securing government funding (grants, loans, or other non-dilutive capital)
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment while maintaining operational discipline

• Strategic partnerships or technology licensing agreements secured with leading battery technology providers
• Leadership team recruited and operational, including Value Stream Leader and key functional leaders

This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. Who we are looking for

We’re seeking an ERP Technical Support Engineer to support our Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) ERP System. This role will support all technical aspects of our ERP ecosystem, including sites where Infor CSI is implemented and implementation of new sites. This role will develop, test, and support technical solutions to ensure that business goals are met. This role will interact and collaborate with many team members to deliver the proper ERP services using voice of customer. Typical interactions include power users, functional leads, project managers, technical and support team.

What you get to do!

• Deliver ERP system solutions to meet our business goals (solutions typically span system & security configurations, reporting, DataViews, DO, Data Lake, Forms, document & label printing/scanning, integrations, data loads, data synchronization, disaster recovery & business continuity, etc.)
  • Understand and analyze all business requirements, i.e. functional, performance, availability, security, etc.
  • Design ERP system solutions to meet requirements; participate in design reviews
  • Configure and develop system solutions per design specifications, participate in code/configuration reviews
  • Perform and assist in all required testing and remediation (unit, integration, system, user acceptance, etc.) to meet requirements
  • Develop proper deployment packages to be deployed to appropriate target systems (within guidelines of segregation of duties)
• Provide proper ERP support, training, and maintenance:
  • Provide ERP-related support (mainly Tier 3, but Tier 1 & 2 as necessary) for deployed solutions; provide proper troubleshooting to resolve complex issues to keep our business optimally running, keeping collaborators informed with regular status updates as needed
  • Ensure proper monitoring and alerting for ERP related solutions
  • Create and maintain system documentation/user guides; deliver training as needed
  • Perform regular system updates & patching, where applicable
  • Ensure data quality and integrity
  • Identify, contribute, and implement continuous improvement opportunities, including system optimization, processes, and self-performance
  • Collaborate, mentor, and work with other teams to ensure all work is done with a systems approach and a one team mentality
  • Finish the proper documentation, i.e. design, configurations, ticketing, work updates
  • Provide timely and accurate estimates to complete work and updates on status of work
  • Deliver all work within service level agreements/commitment goals and quality goals, following all company processes and policies
  • Automate work via scripting and other methods
• Travel to Re:Build sites, as needed
• Other tasks, as assigned

What you bring to the Team

• Solid experience and demonstrated success with Infor CloudSuite Industrial (CSI) and related technologies, including, but not limited to:
  • CSI System Administration, Infor OS, multi-tenant SaaS CSI & prior Syteline 10
  • Enhancements, Customizations, Implementations
  • CSI Mongoose development, integration/APIs/ION, Forms development, Workflows
  • Reporting, Infor Data Views, Infor Data Lake, IDOs, underlying data and structure, data warehouse, SQL, environment cloning
  • Microsoft .NET, SQL Server
  • Web Development ASP.NET/MVC, Web Services/WEB APIs, HTML, JavaScript and jQuery
  • Strong working knowledge of the business processes (finance, purchasing, manufacturing, etc.) supported by CSI
• Solid experience and demonstrated success with delivering solutions to end users using industry guidelines:
  • Analysis, design, development/configuration, testing, and support
  • Agile/Scrum
  • Structured deployment across non-Production and Production environments
  • UI/UX best practices, especially across stationary and mobile computing devices (like using responsive design)
• Deep experience and ability to effectively work with both end users (non-technical) and technical team members
• Working knowledge and demonstration of security protocols
• Demonstrated ability to learn new technologies and apply quickly in a beneficial way

Preferred knowledge and experience in the following:

• Microsoft Power Platform and Power BI
• Basic networking
• ITIL processes
• Manufacturing environments and Lean Manufacturing processes
• ITAR, EAR, CMMC, CUI, & similar regulations/frameworks for information control

Education and/or Experience:

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience in Information Technology (or related field)
• 5 plus years of hands on experience, specifically working as a CSI/Syteline Developer is required

Location Requirements: Onsite:  Kalamazoo, MI

Work Week: Hybrid 3 days in / 2 days remote at any of the following Re:Build locations.
