We believe that if we create the most loyal members in Medicare Advantage, the financial outcomes will follow. The Director of Customer Experience will be the architect of that loyalty. This is a greenfield build with full operational ownership: standing up Clover's internal Experience Center in Houston, retiring existing outsourced relationships, and delivering a gold-standard Medicare Advantage member experience that scales. The role is fully onsite in North/NW Houston.

Who We're Looking For:

We are deliberately casting a wider net than a traditional call center search. The right candidate may come from retail, hospitality, service operations, or healthcare — but what unites all strong profiles is a track record of creating customer loyalty, customer delight, and customer retention at scale. Call center experience is helpful, not required.

• Operational depth — you own P&L, manage headcount, build SOPs, and hold people accountable to them.

As Director, Customer Experience, you will:

Build the Experience Center

• Design and stand up Clover's internal member Experience Center in Houston, including hiring, onboarding, and developing agents and leads.
• Create a high-performing, mission-aligned team from diverse backgrounds, unified around delivering a gold standard in member experience.
• Develop SOPs, quality frameworks, agent onboarding programs, and performance infrastructure from the ground up.
• Establish and own all KPI baselines: NPS, CSAT, FCR, AHT, and voice-of-customer feedback loops.

Deliver Member Loyalty

• Define and execute a winning CX strategy focused on Medicare Advantage members and providers.
• Stand up and manage a concierge service tier for VIP and at-risk members.
• Build a Voice of the Customer feedback loop that drives real-time action and preventive intervention across the business.
• Champion a member-first culture at Clover and across our partners.

Drive Innovation and Technology

• Identify, evaluate, and implement AI-driven solutions: sentiment analysis, agent co-pilot tools, IVR optimization, call quality monitoring, and self-service automation.
• Leverage AI for training design, simulation-based learning, and knowledge management.
• Develop 'Next Best Action' scenarios to proactively enrich the member experience.
• Partner with IT to define a 'no wrong door,' channel-agnostic member journey.

Manage Operations and Compliance

• Own and rationalize existing third-party call center relationships, both stateside and offshore, with a path toward full insourcing.
• Partner with Clover's Compliance team to ensure regulatory compliance in all member communications, CTM response, and monthly delegatory reporting.
• Work cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Provider Engagement, Clinical Operations, Claims, and Enrollment to cascade clear direction to your team.
• Own P&L accountability for the Experience Center.

Success in this role looks like:

• Complete a compliance immersion with Clover's Compliance team covering CTM response, delegatory reporting, and CMS audit readiness.
• Complete stakeholder mapping across Clinical Operations, Provider Engagement, Enrollment, and IT.
• Present a validated Experience Center build plan — headcount, technology stack, SOP framework, and quality framework — for HM and COO review.
• Establish NPS, CSAT, FCR, and AHT baselines for existing member touchpoints.
• In your first year, you will have built a functioning Experience Center that members talk about — not because we asked them to, but because the service earned it.

This Is Not the Role For You If

We are building an Experience Center. Candidates who approach this role as a traditional call center optimization exercise will not be a fit.

• You believe call centers run a certain way because that's how call centers have always run.
• Your primary lens is efficiency metrics at the expense of experience quality.
• You lead through command and control. Clover operates collaboratively — this role requires the ability to build trust, rapport, and genuine relationships with agents, leads, and senior stakeholders.
• You cannot demonstrate direct, hands-on operational ownership. Advisory or consulting backgrounds without recent P&L accountability will not meet the bar for this role.

• Understanding of computer networking, Wi-Fi connectivity, and network-attached devices.
• Experience with HaloPSA, NinjaOne RMM, IT Glue, or Hudu is a plus.
• Experience supporting WatchGuard and SonicWALL firewalls is preferred.
• Familiarity with Ubiquiti switches and wireless access points is a plus.
• Experience with VoIP platforms such as 3CX, FreePBX, FusionPBX, Asterisk, or Freeswitch is highly desirable.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity and IT management tools such as Huntress EDR, AutoElevate, Veeam, Proofpoint, and Exclaimer is a plus.
• Industry certifications such as Network+, Security+, Server+, CCNA, MCSA, or MCSE combined with relevant experience are highly valued.

About the Role

We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Leasing Associate to join our team at a townhome community. This onsite role is based in a professional office attached to a leasing office and plays a key part in driving leasing success and providing an exceptional resident experience. This is a one year commitment.

Responsibilities

• Manage a high volume of leasing inquiries from prospective residents via phone, email, and SMS with prompt, professional communication
• Schedule and conduct in-person tours, including walk-ins and Open Houses, showcasing available homes and community features
• Deliver consistent follow-up with prospective residents to ensure timely conversion and exceptional service throughout the leasing journey
• Listing homes on the local MLS, if applicable
• Networking with local brokerages

• Demonstrated experience managing relationships with executive stakeholders (C-level, VP, and Director levels), including leading executive briefings and steering committees

We are looking for a Senior Cybersecurity Engineer to architect and implement technical security controls for our grid-connected energy portfolio. As we scale our operations, we need a hands-on engineer to secure the entire data lifecycle - from the industrial control systems (OT) at the edge, through the cloud telemetry pipeline, to the corporate dashboards.

This is a builder role. You will be responsible for deploying and managing our core security infrastructure - specifically Wazuh and Authentik - to secure our AWS environments and operational field assets. You will work directly with control systems engineers and DevOps teams to build security into our backbone.

Responsibilities will include: 

Cloud & Infrastructure Security

• Cloud Architecture: Secure the AWS infrastructure that hosts our energy management platforms. Implement hardening baselines and manage security groups for cloud resources
• SIEM & Observability (Wazuh): Architect a centralized and on-prem SIEM deployment to ingest logs from CloudTrail, VPC Flow Logs, and Linux servers. Configure custom decoders to detect threats across both cloud and on-prem environments
• Infrastructure as Code (IaC): Review and secure Terraform/CloudFormation scripts. Manage security configurations (including Wazuh agents and Authentik outposts) via Ansible or similar automation tools
• IoT/Edge Security: Secure the telemetry pipeline from the edge device (site controller) to the cloud, ensuring encryption (TLS 1.2/1.3) and proper certificate management (PKI) for edge

Identity & Access Management (IAM)

• Unified IAM (Authentik): Architect Authentik as the central Identity Provider (IdP), enforcing MFA and SSO across cloud consoles, internal engineering tools, and Grafana dashboards
• Least Privilege: Engineer granular IAM roles for cloud resources and service accounts, ensuring that automated services have only the permissions necessary to function

Operational Technology (OT) Security

• Network Segmentation: Design and implement IEC 62443-aligned network architectures (Purdue Model), strictly controlling traffic between the IT, Cloud, and OT zones
• Vulnerability & Integrity Monitoring: Deploy Wazuh agents on industrial PCs and HMIs to perform File Integrity Monitoring (FIM) and vulnerability scanning without disrupting critical real-time processes
• Industrial Protocols: Analyze and secure communications (Modbus, DNP3) to ensure integrity between field assets and control centers

Requirements:

• 5–8 years of technical cybersecurity experience, with a specific blend of Cloud/Linux Engineering and OT/Industrial exposure
• Proven experience working with industrial control systems (ICS), SCADA, or utility/energy infrastructure
• Deep expertise in securing Linux-based cloud environments and managing infrastructure via code
• Comfortable debugging a failed Wazuh agent on a Linux server or tracing a dropped packet in a cloud VPC

Technical stack proficiency:

Horace Mann is seeking a motivated insurance professional to join our team serving the educator market. This opportunity is designed for individuals looking to build or grow their own business while being supported by a strong brand, established resources, and a niche educator market.

Based on experience and background, this opportunity has an existing book of business and may be aligned as either an Exclusive Agent (EA) or an Enhanced Exclusive Agent. Both opportunities require a Property & Casualty and Life & Health license.

Role Options

• Exclusive Agent (EA):
  Focused on continuing to build from an existing book of business while expanding market access within the educator community through school events, networking, and referrals, with renewal income earned as new business is written.
• Enhanced Exclusive Agent:
  Assumes and expands an existing book of educator clients with in-force policies and immediate renewal income, while continuing to grow relationships and deepen market presence. Must also have, at minimum, the SIE prior to start; Series 6 and/or Series 63 required or to be obtained after hire, as applicable.

• Identify client needs and recommend insurance and financial solutions
• Generate new business through referrals, school partnerships, and networking
