Job Title: Quantitative Scientist
Why This Role Matters:
The Quantitative Scientist will be responsible for executing and providing oversight and guidance on the analytical, statistical and epidemiological components of Verana research projects and data quality initiatives. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $65,000 and $80,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. About the Role
The Mail Coordinator ensures that all mail is sorted to the accurate team and acts as the primary point of contact for locating mission critical documents from a virtual mailroom. This role will spend most of its time sorting mail and flagging pieces to the relevant teams as well as ensuring that they are actioned on in a timely manner. Over 90% of the time is spent indoors, with protection from weather conditions. Exposure to noise levels that may be distracting or uncomfortable is present in only unusual situations. Uber rides and other rideshare services will not be approved for regular commute or in lieu of using a personal vehicle (or where appropriate, traditional public transportation [e.g., bus, train, subway]) for business purposes.
Physical Requirements:
Driving is a considerable portion of the position. Sitting, talking, hearing and near vision are required over 90% of the time, while walking is required about 10% of the time. Standing is required over 30% of the time. The sense of touch is required 90% of the time and reaching is required about 50% of the time. Bending, twisting, and climbing are required, as is far vision, but only for 10% or less of the time. Low levels of lifting (10 pounds or less) are required about 25% of the time, while medium levels (20 to 40 pounds) of lifting and carrying are required less than 5% of the time. High levels (52 pounds) of lifting are required under 2% of the time.

Experience managing large and regional event logistics, strategy, and execution
Bachelor’s Degree
The base salary for this role is between $75,000–$175,000 per year and represents a good faith and reasonable estimate of the range at the time of posting. Actual compensation will be dependent on a number of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate’s relevant work experience, qualifications, internal peer equity, and market and business conditions that exist when extending an offer. A discretionary bonus may be awarded in recognition of individual and company performance.

The Clinical Research Coordinator’s primary responsibilities are to utilize Good Clinical Practices (GCP)s in the process of screening, enrolling and closely monitoring clinical research study subjects while ensuring protocol and regulatory compliance.
The expected salary range for this role is $60,000 - $90,000 USD per year for full time team members.

About the Role:
As a Mid-Market Account Executive, you will be pivotal to the growth of our Mid-Market sales segment, driving new business with companies operating 50-174 trucks across the US and Canada. You will own the full sales cycle from prospecting to closing, working as a relentless “hunter” to identify opportunities, clearly articulate and educate our value proposition, and close key stakeholders. We are looking for driven and experienced sales individuals with a persuasive, natural sales ability and a strong commitment to results. About Maddox + You:
As a Local Driver, you will be operating a shuttle truck to drop and hook flatbed trailers from one storage yard to another, operating short distances on public roads. You would also be trained on forklift operations to load and unload trailers, as needed.
This is not a long-haul position, but a local driver position to move loaded and unloaded trailers quickly, efficiently, and safely. It’s a fast-paced, hard-working, but very rewarding environment where you will be part of a team that moves and organizes industrial transformers. Your day-to-day activities will involve operating a commercial shuttle truck, securing flatbed loads, and communicating with suppliers and other truck drivers. You will occasionally operate forklifts and cranes to organize inventory, load, and unload transformers from flatbed trucks. You will have to keep your logs and paperwork organized in both physical and digital records. Most of the job is spent on or around your truck, with several hours per day on your feet securing loads and working outdoors, whether rain or shine.
