About the Role

The Mail Coordinator ensures that all mail is sorted to the accurate team and acts as the primary point of contact for locating mission critical documents from a virtual mailroom. This role will spend most of its time sorting mail and flagging pieces to the relevant teams as well as ensuring that they are actioned on in a timely manner. You will also oversee all automated mail sorting rules and expectations related to mail intake times and related workflows.

• Sort mail to the correct team and ensure that each piece is actioned on in a timely manner
• Create and manage mail routing rules based on the sender/recipient of each piece

Requirements

• High School Diploma
• 1 year office coordination or Revenue Cycle Management experience required

The total target base compensation for this role will be between $42,000 and $52,000 per year at the commencement of employment. Please note, pay will be determined on an individualized basis and will be impacted by location, experience, expertise, internal pay equity, and other relevant business considerations. Further, cash compensation is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may include stock options and other Charlie Health-sponsored benefits.

Posting Reconciliation specialists use their problem-solving skills to identify account issues and develop strategies to resolve them. They also use problem-solving skills to identify and address any challenges that arise during the reconciliation process
• Organization:  Posting Reconciliation specialists often use organizational skills to keep track of their caseload and the information they gather during their reviews of accounts. They also use organizational skills to keep their workspace tidy and organized. This can help them find information quickly and complete their work on time

• 3-5 years of experience in cash posting and/or reconciliation of patient accounts
• Proficient in Google, Google Docs, with advanced Excel skills
