This compensation range is specific to the State of Colorado and takes into account the wide range of factors that are considered in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and delivery model. In addition to your salary, The MJ Companies offers benefits such as, a comprehensive benefits package, and 401k contribution (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements). An estimated base salary range is $120,000-160,000.

The Personal Lines Manager is a newly created role designed to scale and optimize the operational execution of the Personal Lines business unit. This position serves as the operational backbone of the team, owning day-to-day service delivery and supporting the Personal Lines team where needed.

Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Lines service staff and support teams

This position is a part of a brokerage apprenticeship program, a paid role that combines on-the-job learning with required education and training. As part of the role, the apprentice will work toward an associate's degree and complete an industry designation (e.g., PEBC, PRC) while building foundational skills in Employee Benefits. > Excellent written and verbal communication skills; demonstrated facilitation, negotiation and persuasion skills
> Demonstrated ability to manage pipeline data and measure performance standards to ensure achievement of sales goals
> Proficiency in MS Office products (Outlook, Excel, Word)
REQUIRED EDUCATION/CERTIFICATION
