The Personal Lines Manager is a newly created role designed to scale and optimize the operational execution of the Personal Lines business unit. This position serves as the operational backbone of the team, owning day-to-day service delivery and supporting the Personal Lines team where needed.
This role is ideal for a strong operational leader who thrives in translating strategy into execution, ensuring consistency, accountability, and an elevated client experience across the Personal Lines division.
Serve as the primary point of contact for Personal Lines service staff and support teams
Assign, prioritize, and monitor workloads to ensure efficiency and balance
Ensure service standards, response times, and internal SLAs are consistently met
Support onboarding, training, and ongoing performance expectations for team members
Provide guidance and real-time problem-solving to keep operations running smoothly
Oversee the quality, consistency, and timeliness of client servicing, with sensitivity to HNW/UHNW client expectations
Step in to manage escalations or complex service issues as needed
Ensure white-glove service standards are upheld across all client touchpoints
Coordinate proactively with internal teams to deliver timely, seamless client service
Own, document, and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs) for Personal Lines operations
Ensure processes are followed consistently and refined as the business evolves
Identify opportunities for efficiency through process improvement, automation, or outsourcing
Partner with leadership on system enhancements and operational improvements
Act as the operational liaison
Ensure clean handoffs, clear expectations, and defined accountability across all stakeholders
Absorb operational decision-making that does not require executive involvement
Ownership of daily task management, internal follow up, routine service escalations

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/RESPONSIBILITIES
+ Assist client with claim reporting by establishing best practices, collecting relevant information, analyzing potential coverage, and submitting on their behalf.
+ Provide ongoing consultation and monitoring of open complex claims. Support and guide clients through the carrier claim process. Act as an advocate for the best and most expedient resolution of claims.
+ Analyze policy language to determine all appropriate avenues to seek coverage. Conduct in-depth review of all coverage positions, challenging when appropriate.
+ Conduct formal client onboarding to assist in the development of processes for internal claim administration, facilitate and participate in claim reviews to communicate disposition strategies and financial developments, and provide ongoing proactive solutions to meet clients needs.
TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS
+ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Products: Excel, Word, Outlook
+ High level knowledge of property/casualty insurance including coverage forms, legal issues, and claim protocols.
REQUIRED EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
+ Bachelor’s degree in business or related area; work equivalent
+ Property & Casualty license (or ability to obtain)
+ A minimum of 5-8 years experience in the insurance industry in a Claims or related position
+ Demonstrated skills: sense of urgency, detail-oriented, excellent organizational and time management skills
+Proven ability to work independently with minimal supervision as well as collaborate among the team daily and contribute to MJ’s culture.

The Digital Marketing Specialist is a key member of the Marketing + Communications team at The MJ Companies. This role is responsible for executing and optimizing our digital marketing efforts across all channels to drive awareness, engagement, and conversions. The digital marketing specialist will collaborate across teams to ensure our digital presence supports our brand strategy, engages our audiences, and drives measurable results.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
Digital Campaign Management:
+ Plan, execute, and optimize digital advertising campaigns across Google Ads, social media platforms, and other paid digital channels to drive lead generation and conversion.
+ Manage SEO and SEM strategies to improve visibility, drive qualified traffic, and increase conversions.
+ Execute and analyze email marketing campaigns, including audience segmentation, A/B testing, automation workflows, and performance tracking.
+ Develop, schedule, and publish engaging content for social media channels; monitor performance and engagement.
Website & Conversion Optimization:
+ Optimize website performance; conduct landing page testing and implement conversion rate optimization (CRO) best practices.
+ Manage, update, and optimize website content for performance and user experience.
Analytics & Reporting:
+ Track and analyze performance across all digital channels using Google Analytics, SEMrush, and other measurement tools.
+ Develop dashboards and regular reports highlighting KPIs, ROI, and campaign performance.
+ Leverage data to make recommendations that improve campaign performance and marketing effectiveness.
Content & Brand Alignment:
+ Ensure all digital touchpoints reflect consistent brand voice, messaging, and visual identity.
+ Contribute to broader marketing initiatives, including integrated campaign planning and execution.
EDUCATION
+ Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, business, or a related field.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE
+ 3-5 years of relevant experience in digital marketing, preferably in a B2B or professional services environment.
+ Demonstrable ability to analyze performance data, derive insights, and optimize campaigns accordingly.
+ Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with strong attention to detail.
+ Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and employ critical thinking in problem solving.
+ Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced, quickly changing environment.
TECHNICAL FUNCTIONS
