Celigo is looking for a Sr. Solutions Consultant (APAC) who will serve as the technical counterpart to our regional sales team, working closely with customers, partners, and prospects across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan. You’ll help qualify and close deals, scope client requirements, and deliver compelling product demonstrations — bringing both deep integration expertise and a genuinely forward-thinking approach to AI-powered automation. This role sits at the intersection of technology and business transformation, and the best candidate will be as excited about what’s next in AI as they are about solving today’s integration challenges.
What would you do if hired?
- Serve as the technical counterpart to our regional sales team, supporting deal qualification, requirements discovery, and strategic consulting sessions with customers and partners across the APAC region.
- Design and deliver customized product demos and proof of concepts — including AI-powered automation scenarios — for virtual and on-site client engagements.
- Leverage AI tools and Celigo’s intelligent automation platform to accelerate solution design, demo creation, and POC delivery, actively exploring how generative AI can improve your own workflows.
- Champion Celigo’s runtime AI and intelligent automation capabilities in customer conversations, helping prospects understand the transformative business value of AI-driven integration.
- Architect repeatable, scalable integration solutions across eCommerce and business ecosystems, including NetSuite, SAP, Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, Amazon, QuickBooks, Zoho, Zuora, and more.
- Stay ahead of industry trends in AI, intelligent automation, and cloud integration — bringing fresh perspectives and emerging best practices to your team and your customers.
- Align with Product and R&D teams to share customer feedback, influence future roadmaps, and provide input on AI feature development and platform direction.
- Mentor and coach the sales team on the technical aspects of Celigo’s platform, including AI and automation capabilities.
- Contribute to and develop sales enablement collateral, presentations, and thought leadership content that positions Celigo as the leader in intelligent automation.
- Participate in webinars, conferences, and speaking engagements, representing Celigo’s vision for the future of integration and AI-driven automation.
- Be the voice of the customer internally, helping shape product strategy and the roadmap for AI-powered features.
- Act as a subject matter expert on cross-functional projects and serve as a resource for the broader Sales organization during presales discussions.

Education & Experience

- Prior hands-on experience with one or more ERPs — Oracle NetSuite, SAP Business One, SAP ByDesign, or Microsoft Dynamics preferred.
- Experience with workflow automation and integrations between cloud applications or between cloud and on-premise systems.
- Proficiency with integration technologies such as REST, SOAP, EDI, and Web Services.
- Experience working with AI-powered platforms or tools, including familiarity with generative AI and its business applications, is a strong plus.
- Prior experience in a customer-facing role based in or serving the APAC region; familiarity with business practices across Australia, New Zealand, Singapore, Thailand, and Japan is preferred.

The Role:
We have a permanent, full-time opportunity at the Consultant or Senior Consultant level in either our Canberra or Sydney office. As a Full Stack Developer at Coras, you will own end‑to‑end delivery across our internal projects and client facing projects. Your Responsibilities:
- Participate in agile sprints: backlog management, estimation, sprint planning, execution, and retrospectives via Azure DevOps.
- Design, implement, and maintain front-end features in React (TypeScript/JavaScript) and develop back-end services with either Python or .NET Core.
- Define and evolve database schemas, stored procedures, and ORM mappings in either Postgres or MS SQL Server.
- Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines; automate infrastructure provisioning and deployment.
- Drive code quality through code reviews, unit and integration testing, and adherence to coding standards.
- Collaborate with UX/Design, QA, product, and client stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Use, suggest improvements for and maintain AI technology for supporting development activities.
- Support on-site client engagements as required.
Our Ideal Candidate:
You will have experience and understanding of the following Technical Stack:

Tools & Platforms: Azure DevOps (Git repos, Boards, Pipelines) or similar, Azure services (Functions, App Services and other infrastructure)

Desirable skills and attributes include:
- Tertiary level training or education in a technical discipline.
- 1-2 years of development experience working independently or as a team within our technical stack or a related technologies.
- Experience with relational databases: schema design, SQL queries, performance tuning.
- Familiarity with agile methodologies and Azure DevOps tooling.
- Exposure to cloud-native architectures on Azure.
- Ability to work independently and drive tasks to completion in a development setting.
- Willingness and ability to learn new technical and non-technical capabilities.
- Strong communication skills to support collaboration with remote and on-site stakeholders.
- Most importantly you must have a demonstrated passion for delivery of value, whether that be internal work or to customers.
As a Defence consultancy, we also need you to be an Australian Citizen with the ability to obtain and maintain an AGSVA Security Clearance.

OVERVIEW
The Payroll Specialist, Australia is responsible for leading payroll operations across Australia and New Zealand within a global aggregate payroll model. This role will ensure accurate and compliant payroll processing, and partner closely with global payroll leadership, HR, Finance, and third-party providers. The Payroll Specialist will serve as the local point of accountability, balancing compliance with local statutory requirements and the consistency of global payroll governance.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Own end-to-end payroll delivery for all Australia and New Zealand locations, ensuring timeliness, accuracy, and compliance with local labor and tax laws.
- Manage payroll through the local payroll service providers as well as global aggregator (e.g., ADP Celergo/Strada/other providers), escalating and resolving payroll issues quickly.
- Oversee payroll funding requests, GL reconciliations, and statutory payments across the region.
- Implement strong pre- and post-payroll controls in alignment with global standards.
- Coordinate with HR and Finance for data validation, accruals, and reporting requirements.
- Establish SLAs and KPIs for Australia and New Zealand payroll performance, driving accountability and service excellence.
- Act as escalation point for payroll queries in the region, supporting employees and managers with professionalism.
- Ensure payroll compliance with all Australia and New Zealand location-specific labor regulations, tax rules, and data privacy requirements (e.g., GDPR, etc.).
- Monitor legislative changes in the region and implement necessary payroll updates.
- Serve as the regional payroll responsible person within the global payroll operating model, reporting directly to the Director, International.
- Collaborate with global payroll leadership to drive process harmonization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Provide subject matter expertise to support new country launches, acquisitions, or payroll transitions in Australia and New Zealand.
- Represent Australia and New Zealand payroll in global governance forums, projects, and system enhancements.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or related field (preferred).
- 5+ years of payroll experience, with experience in retail or luxury industry as a plus
- Experience managing both Australia and New Zealand payroll in a global aggregate model (e.g., ADP, Celergo, Safeguard, Cloudpay, UKG, etc.).
- Strong understanding of statutory payroll and tax requirements across Australia and New Zealand.
- Proven experience working with global stakeholders across HR, Finance, and IT.

- Lead the design, architecture, and development of native Windows desktop applications using Windows App SDK, WinUI (or related UI frameworks), C#, XAML, and — when needed — C++.
- Define and enforce best-practices for Windows desktop development across the codebase: code architecture, performance, memory usage, responsive UI, cross-version compatibility (Windows 10/11+), and maintainability.

Required:

- Proven track record of designing, building, and shipping production-quality desktop applications, with an emphasis on reliability, performance, scalability, and maintainability.
- Strong experience with accessibility APIs on Windows (e.g. Microsoft UI Automation or similar), and a dedication to building accessible and inclusive software.
- Excellent software engineering fundamentals: OOP, design patterns, data structures, algorithms, memory management, multi-threading or asynchronous programming (where relevant).

About the Role!
You'll own and drive the quality engineering strategy across the Karbon application, leading the transformation from a QA gatekeeping model to a developer-led quality culture where squads ship confidently without dedicated QA gatekeepers. This role sits at the intersection of technology, people, and process — building the foundations that enable every engineer to own quality.
We're in a significant transition. Our test automation stack needs uplift, our quality team needs strong technical leadership, and our developers need better tools and enablement to embed quality into their daily workflow. You'll lead this transformation end-to-end.
AI is central to how we want to work. We expect this role to actively embrace and champion AI tooling as a force multiplier for quality engineering — from AI-assisted test generation and intelligent data provisioning to AI-powered defect detection and code quality analysis. - Owning and driving the Karbon Quality Engineering Strategy across its phased roadmap — from stabilisation through to optimisation and acceleration.

What Sets You Apart (Must-Haves)
- Significant professional experience in quality engineering or software engineering, with a track record of building and leading quality functions in complex, enterprise-scale environments.
- Proven people leadership experience managing and growing teams of 5+ quality engineers or SDETs.
- Deep expertise in test automation strategy and implementation across multiple layers: unit, integration, API, and E2E UI testing, with hands-on experience in modern frameworks (Cypress, Playwright, or similar).
- Experience driving the transition from QA-as-gatekeeper to developer-owned quality models, with a developer advocate mindset — you see your role as making every engineer more effective at quality.

E-Commerce Analyst

- Understand the commercial strategy, trading levers, and operational context (e.g., campaigns, assortment changes, pricing, onsite changes).
- Connect commercial activity to onsite/app performance and customer outcomes.
- Sanity-check data using business understanding (identify when metrics “don’t look right”, flag likely issues, and validate with sources).
- Identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for optimization across the whole customer journey, including product merchandising, pricing strategies and customer acquisition
- Turn data into insights by clearly articulating The “why” (drivers and root causes), The “so what” (implications) & The “what next” (recommended actions / next analyses)
- Own GA4 event management in partnership with Data/Engineering (requirements, governance, and ongoing improvements).
- Define and maintain event naming/parameter conventions and key behavioural metric definitions (in alignment with central analytics standards).
- Validate tracking after releases/changes and proactively monitor for breaks or anomalies.
- Extract and transform raw data into stakeholder-friendly formats for teams not proficient in SQL.
- Maintaining BAU reporting and dashboards as appropriate
- Preparing insights to support weekly Trade reporting and monthly business review (MBR) reporting
- Deep dives to help answer broader strategic questions and cross functional initiatives
- Proactively surfacing valuable insights and recommendations that will improve customer experience and drive commercial benefit
- Elevating the understanding across the business of how customer behaviour onsite and in App drives commercial performance
- Partner with Product and Trade teams to support execution and measurement of A/B tests across website and App to improve key metrics such as conversion rates, click-through rates, and customer engagement
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity in eCommerce reporting and analytics processes
- Explore and pilot AI use cases that improve analytics productivity and stakeholder outcomes.
- Train wider teams on practical AI usage (e.g., insight generation workflows, summarisation, QA support, automation ideas).
- Identify workflow improvements where AI helps uncover patterns at scale that are not feasible manually, and share learnings with relevant teams.
About you:
- Proven experience as an eCommerce Analyst, Digital Marketing Analyst, or similar role in an eCommerce environment.
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and techniques. Intermediate-to-strong SQL skills (able to select and manipulate big customer datasets to get insights without supervision).
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, ideally exposure to and understanding of GA4.
- Solid understanding of digital marketing strategies, SEO principles, and online advertising.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to translate data into digestible insights to support strategic decision making.
- Strong Excel skills (INDEX/MATCH, VLOOKUP, SUMIF, conditional formatting, charting).
