Critically, this role sits at the intersection of data, AI, and people. The ideal candidate will be as comfortable enabling a frontline sales rep to understand and act on a dashboard as they are presenting strategic insight to a C-suite audience. - Act as the primary analytics partner to senior commercial stakeholders across Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, and Revenue Operations.

- Demonstrate exceptionally strong communication skills across all levels of the organisation — from crafting executive narratives for senior leadership forums to running hands-on enablement sessions for managers and frontline sales representatives.
- Translate complex data, AI outputs, and analytical findings into plain-language stories that drive clarity, confidence, and action.
- Design and deliver enablement programmes that help managers and reps understand, trust, and act on dashboards, KPIs, and AI-generated insights — building genuine data literacy across the Revenue Organisation rather than dependency on the BI team.

- Own the design and delivery of executive-level dashboards and self-service reporting, primarily using Power BI.
- Ensure consistent definitions and calculations for revenue KPIs, North Star metrics, and commercial performance indicators.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses to diagnose performance issues and recommend actionable next steps.
- Write and optimise advanced SQL queries to extract, transform, and validate data across our Databricks data warehouse and connected source systems.
- Leverage Databricks as the central analytical platform — working within notebooks, SQL warehouses, and the broader Lakehouse environment to build reliable, scalable analytical outputs.
- AI & LLM Integration
- Be a power user and internal advocate of LLM-based tools, including Microsoft Copilot and Anthropic Claude (including Claude Code), using them to accelerate analysis, generate and review SQL, draft communications, and surface insight more efficiently.
- Help define and create LLM agents for the Go To Market organisation – connecting context to frontline AI tools such as MS Copilot and Salesloft.
- Proactively identify opportunities to embed LLM and AI capabilities into BI workflows, dashboards, and analytical processes — raising the ceiling of what the team can deliver.
- Work with the Senior Manager of BI to evaluate and scale AI-assisted analytics approaches across the team, including the use of Databricks' native LLM and AI capabilities.
- Help commercial stakeholders and frontline teams understand and appropriately trust AI-generated outputs — building confidence in AI tools through clear explanation, demonstration, and enablement.
- Data Modelling & Quality
- Partner with Data Analytics Engineers to define analytical data models that support revenue, pipeline, customer lifecycle, and performance reporting.
- Validate data accuracy and integrity across the analytics layer, proactively identifying and resolving issues before they impact decision-making.

About the Role
The GRC analyst helps maintain A-LIGN’s management system as it relates to information security standards. In this role, you will be responsible for the coordination, maintenance, and improvement of A-LIGN’s corporate compliance program, including internal and external audits.

Responsibilities
- Support information security compliance programs across applicable frameworks, including SOC 2, ISO 27001, ISO 42001, FedRAMP, CMMC, and NIST 800-53/171
- Coordinate audit, assessment and testing activities with internal and external stakeholders
- Validate identified findings and nonconformities, manage remediation tracking, monitor resolution progress, and report status to stakeholders
- Review, update, and maintain information security documentation in accordance with applicable standards and organizational objectives
- Maintain and update the GRC platform (Optro) current with risk, control, and compliance data
- Assist with the implementation and ongoing management of data loss prevention (DLP) programs, including false positive identification, policy violations, incident monitoring and response coordination
- Support third-party risk management activities, including contractor oversight and vendor due diligence reviews
- Assist with client-issued security questionnaires and assessments
- Assist with risk management, vulnerability management, incident reviews, data disposal reviews, and BC/DR planning and testing

The Team/Role
The Fund Administration team supports the operational governance of Man's 300+ fund entities across several focused sub-teams. Core activities include fund financial statements production oversight, service provider management and governance, fund entity closures/liquidations, and oversight of third-party transfer agency activities.
Based in our Sofia office, this role offers structured training and mentorship, developing a comprehensive understanding of fund operations, governance, and operating frameworks. The role requires close collaboration with international colleagues, global stakeholders, and external service providers; a high level of spoken and written English is therefore essential.
Responsibilities
Your role will be dynamic, providing support across various sub-functions within the broader team. Responsibilities will broadly cover work on some, but not necessarily all, of the following areas:
Service Provider Management (SPM)
- Governance & Oversight Support: Provide administrative and analytical support to the team's broader governance and oversight activities, including service reviews, due diligence exercises, and performance monitoring across fund service providers.
- New Business & Change Management: Assist senior team members in managing the onboarding of new business and change initiatives with service providers, helping to ensure smooth transitions when new products are launched.
- Commercial Oversight: Support the commercial oversight function by completing administration fee reconciliations and verifying that fees are accurately reflected in systems in line with contractual terms. Assist in preparing fee analysis and flag discrepancies for resolution.
Fund Liquidations
- End-to-End Closure: Support the end-to-end fund closure and liquidation process, helping manage fund entities’ passage from the final Net Asset Value (NAV) through to strike-off or liquidator appointment.
- Asset Distributions: Support the coordination of final asset distributions to investors. This includes analysing accruals and reserves to be retained, and working with administrators and transfer agents to ensure the accurate and timely payment of liquidating distributions.
- Process Improvement: Help streamline and standardise liquidation processes across all fund structures, contributing to efforts to consolidate workflows into a single, structured approach.
Operations Business Management
- Budgeting & Forecasting: Support Man Group Operations’ departmental budgeting and forecasting processes.
- Reporting & MI: Assist in the production of regular and ad hoc internal reports and management information (MI) for senior management and committees. This includes data gathering, tracking of deliverables, formatting, and the escalation of issues.
- Class Actions: Support the operation of the class actions process, working with claims agents to gather and analyse data that facilitates business decisions on claims participation.
Client Operations (COPS) & Fund Financial Reporting (FFR) Support
- Provide planned and ad-hoc analytical and administrative support to both the Client Operations and Fund Financial Reporting teams, assisting with reporting cycles, tracking deliverables, and general cross-team initiatives as required.
Skills & Competencies
- Language Skills: Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills are mandatory to engage confidently with international stakeholders at all levels.
- Educational Background: A strong academic background, holding a degree in a numerate discipline such as, financial, accounting, economics, or business.
- Relevant Experience: This role is suited to a recent graduate or someone early in their career. Some prior exposure to operations, accounting, or financial services is advantageous but not essential.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Microsoft Excel. Familiarity with Power BI or SharePoint is a plus.

The Team
The team is currently undergoing significant investment in order to rationalise the trading capability across AHL, Numeric and the Discretionary teams. The engineering team works exceptionally closely with both the Trading Desk and the Execution Research team in order to design, build and maintain a world-class trading capability. We have trading floors in London, Hong Kong, Boston and New York and are responsible for trading in excess of 8 trillion dollars annually.
We are continually expanding the markets, asset classes and regions in which we trade as well as the styles in which we trade them. The team is responsible for designing imaginative and flexible software and tools to keep pace with this change.
Role Responsibilities
As a Senior Java Engineer you will be building the tools, platforms and algorithms that enable Man’s investment engines to drive forward their centralised global trading operation.
Your challenges will be varied and might involve building new execution algorithms, the platforms on which they run, simulation environments, intelligent order routing, connectivity to execution venues and brokers, tools for high touch and quant traders, monitoring capability, post-trade performance analysis and software to optimise all aspects of the trading lifecycle.
We are looking to hire talented software engineers across the experience spectrum, and previous experience with almost any asset class will be an advantage. You should have the enthusiasm for leveraging AI development tools to accelerate delivery and driving their adoption across the team.
Financial knowledge is not essential - we are looking for highly skilled, motivated engineers who are excellent communicators and keen to learn.
Our Technology
Our systems are almost all running on Linux and most of our code is in Java, with some Python and TypeScript.
We use Kafka as the backbone of our platform, Aeron, Git for source control, Jenkins for continuous integration, Grafana + Prometheus for metrics collection, Docker for containerisation, Ansible for architecture automation, and Slack for internal communication. But our technology list is never static, we constantly evaluate new tools and libraries.
Technology and Business Skills
You will be an expert software developer and ideally have an understanding of the financial markets with relevant electronic trading experience in at least one of the asset classes that we trade. You’ll be a member of a highly-focused team with an exceptionally broad responsibility, so great communication skills and an ability to work as part of a team are a must. Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate analyst who can turn data into actionable insights. Working within the broader Live Ops and Monetisation teams, the successful candidate will work across multiple areas of the business covering gamification, content, promotions and retention, helping to understand player behaviour and drive significant value throughout the business.
Key Responsibilities:
- Proactively analyzing player behavior to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for business growth and to enhance player experience
- Providing clear recommendations to the business based on structured insight and an understanding of how those recommendations impacts players
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deeply understand business problems to drive the best impact
- Conducting ad-hoc analysis to support business initiatives, product launches, and marketing campaigns
- Helping to monitor business critical KPIs to track the success of initiatives and identify areas for improvement
- Create new ways measure value, constantly enhancing the way we use data to drive our strategy
- Work with the wider BI and data teams to ensure we have all relevant data and dashboards available to constantly improve the level of Insight provided

Requirements:
- Previous iGaming/online casino experience
- Strong SQL skills for data manipulation and analysis
- Proficient with Excel with Tableau experience also preferable
- Strong business acumen with a solid grasp of online casino economics
- Experience working with large datasets and performing exhaustive data analysis
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present findings and recommendations to both technical and non-technical stakeholders

About the Role
The KYC Onboarding Analyst will collaborate closely with the KYC Team Lead, Director of Compliance and relevant stakeholders. This role includes executing the company's strategy in alignment with regulatory standards and industry benchmarks. The primary objective is to perform customer due diligence, implement Payhawk’s KYB/KYC protocols, evaluate documents and data submitted for corporate customer applications, detect fraudulent activities through client screening and monitoring, and address any additional requests as needed.
Responsibilities
- Review corporate client applications and perform due diligence of B2B customers from all markets.
- Monitor and evaluate customer verification documents. Support the due diligence process - initial and ongoing. Ensure complete and appropriate documentation is maintained.
- PEP, Sanctions and adverse media screening of applicants, companies and their representatives.
- Report to MLRO any information related to potentially fraudulent activity.
- Review internal and external screening alerts and escalations for suspicious or fraudulent activity.
- Perform data review and analysis, as well as maintenance of all internal procedures and processes automation related to customer due diligence processes.
- Maintain a complete understanding of operational business processes, policies, and systems.
Requirements
- At least 3 years of work experience as an AML/Onboarding Analyst.
- Expertise in complex corporate structures analysis and international corporate documentation review.
- Excellent written and spoken communication skills in English.
- Ownership and entrepreneurship, positive attitude, energy, openness to feedback, comfortable with a fast-changing environment.
- A great initiative taker, ability to initiate projects through ideas that have a high business contribution.
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Law or any related field.
