As a Senior Autonomy Engineer on our R&D team, you'll help define the next generation of software that lets robots perceive, learn, and act in unstructured indoor environments. You'll work across the modern autonomy stack — from learned perception and prediction to mapping and motion planning — and ship capabilities that generalize across our fleet. We're looking for someone equally comfortable reading a fresh arXiv paper, writing production C++/Python, and debugging behavior on a real robot in the lab. You'll help set technical direction, raise the bar on engineering quality, and mentor others on the team.

You'll work across team boundaries, partnering with engineering managers, product, and hardware to make decisions that ripple through the roadmap. You'll also be someone the team learns from — through code review, design review, mentorship, and the standards you set in your own work. Founded in 2015, we are an open IoT platform that partners with innovative fleets, application developers, vehicle manufacturers, and equipment providers in the transportation industry to deliver revolutionary solutions to supply chain professionals across the globe.
Our employees are an engaging, diverse group of people who believe in the power of great ideas. We hire people with different experiences and perspectives to build a company culture that fuels growth through innovation.
We value thoughtful actions and empathy for others. We approach challenges with resiliency and creativity, while encouraging transparency because, no matter our backgrounds or responsibilities, we are one team.
About the Role
Commercial fleets increasingly operate mixed-brand vehicles, and today’s fragmented tool landscape forces managers to juggle multiple systems. This role sits at the center of the effort to give them one coherent experience, without erasing the partner intelligence that makes each brand valuable. You’ll shape a platform that hundreds of thousands of vehicles depend on daily, and where fleet managers monitor, diagnose, and act on vehicle data across multiple truck manufacturers, all from a single interface.
We’re looking for a product leader to make this multi-brand experience possible. The core challenge: build a shared foundation that normalizes data and workflows across OEM partners, while giving each partner the ability to surface their own differentiated intelligence and branding within that shared experience. You’ll balance platform consistency with partner extensibility, at enterprise scale.
You’ll report to the Director of Product and partner closely with engineering, design, QA, product marketing, and global business units. You’ll also coordinate with teams responsible for shared platform services (authentication, entitlements, core data models) that our OEM experiences depend on.

About the Role
Every commercial fleet is becoming a technology fleet. Drivers depend on in-cab displays for navigation, compliance, communication, and workflow, and fleet IT teams need modern tooling to manage those experiences at scale. Today, that tooling is fragmented across multiple legacy systems. You’ll build the product that replaces all of them and becomes the system of record for hundreds of thousands of managed devices. Our Managed Driver Experience (MDE) product gives fleet IT and operations teams a single portal to manage every in-cab display from aftermarket tablets to OE-native in-dash screens to handheld scanners and mobile phones, across their entire fleet.
This is a greenfield-to-scale opportunity. We’re actively consolidating multiple legacy device- and app-management systems into one modern, multi-tenant web application. You’ll inherit a clear product vision and an in-flight milestone roadmap, and be responsible for driving the product from early adopters through general availability, including the migration of customers off legacy platforms. Long term, you own the vision of how Fleet Managers engage with in-cab Driver devices.
You’ll report to the VP of Product and partner closely with engineering, design, QA, product marketing, and global business units. You’ll also coordinate with teams responsible for shared platform services (authentication, entitlements, core data models) that the MDE Portal depends on.

POSITION SUMMARY:
We are looking for a staff full-stack engineer whose core strength is building customer-facing products. You will own the experiences that managers, drivers, and operations teams interact with every day — whether that’s a web application, a mobile interface, or workflows that integrate into tools they already use.
You have strong frontend instincts and good design taste. You know how to take ambiguous customer problems, ship something quickly, watch how people actually use it, and iterate. You are also comfortable building the backend services and APIs that power those experiences. Mobile development experience is a plus but not required.
This is a small, early-stage team. You will move between frontend and backend as priorities shift, shape product direction through what you build and learn, and work directly with customers from day one.
