The Survey Instrument Operator is a mid-level position responsible for performing advanced land survey tasks under the supervision of the Survey Crew Chief. This role involves operating sophisticated survey instruments, ensuring data accuracy, and providing technical support to the survey team. The ideal candidate will have a solid understanding of survey principles and practices, strong technical skills, and the ability to work independently and as part of a team. Proficiency in computer use for data management and analysis is essential.
Reads maps and construction drawings. Supports Crew Chief by performing job assignments such as field calculations, assisting in boundary monument recovery, brush clearing, topographic surveying, utility inventories, establishment of geodetic control, photo / lidar control, etc. Monitors conditions of equipment and reports repair needs as necessary. Records field data in electronic data collector. Downloads electronic data and logs downloads. Loads and unloads equipment from survey vehicle daily. Maintains survey equipment including electronic total stations, GNSS units, antenna, radios, cables, batteries, modems, tripods, rods, levels, generators, traffic control devices, etc.

Role Description
As an Technical Operations Manager for OSP Engineering, you will ensure the network design is reliable and efficient by reviewing existing designs, playing an integral role in future designs, and general engineering activities including troubleshooting and plant maintenance input. In this role you will ensure the engineering design follows the GFiber Standards and Architecture while managing the general engineering portfolio and ensure that our network is logical and protected. Additionally, you will perform critical tasks that maintain and improve the general design, and will take the technical lead in ensuring reliable and efficient designs propel our forward build. With the Field Technical Operations team on GFiber, you’ll support the deployment, operations, installations, and maintenance of a fiber optic network supporting residential and business customers throughout central Texas. This role requires a passion for being on-the-ground, executing complex projects that improve internet access, speed, and service in your community. This role will flex to meet the needs of the business, plugging into areas where needs are critical, and then rapidly moving onto new areas of need as the business evolves. As a consequence, your manager may change frequently in this role, as it will rotate across functions on a needs-basis. It will require some knowledge of our industry and willingness to learn much more. Job Description:
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will shape the Territory Account Manager (TAM) organization by creating a culture of performance and accountability based in transforming the standard of care in diagnosing CAD.
The RBM will hire, train, coach and develop their respective territory account manager team to execute against specific critical behaviors that deliver growth results.
