We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented PMO Resource Management Staffing Support Analyst. In this role, you will assist your team lead in managing program staffing, updating data using Excel and Microsoft Word, and maintaining the PMO Power Tool. You will be responsible for tracking and reporting, as well as collaborating with team members. Excellent communication skills are essential for interacting with stakeholders, supporting your team lead, and multitasking to complete tasks efficiently.

The work

Manage and Support Staffing Resources: Effectively oversee and support staffing requirements.
Open Roles and Collaboration: Work collaboratively with managers to identify and fill open roles.
Compliance: Ensure compliance with program and HR policies and procedures.
Data Management: Track and update information using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI. PMO Power Tool Management: Manage and update the PMO Power Tool.
Team Support: Assist the team lead in various tasks and responsibilities.
Effective Communication: Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders.
Task Prioritization: Multitask and prioritize tasks to ensure efficiency.
Attention to Detail: Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of the role.
Reporting: Report progress and updates to leads and prepare comprehensive reports for management review.

What you need

Proven experience in resource management staffing and tracking.
Proficiency in using Excel, Microsoft Word, and Power BI for data management and reporting.
Strong understanding of how to manage and update the PMO Power Tool effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Keen attention to detail.
Experience in supporting team leads and reporting to leads.
Experience in preparing detailed reports.

As required by local law, Accenture Federal Services provides reasonable ranges of compensation for hired roles based on labor costs in the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland. The base pay range for this position in these locations is shown below. Compensation for roles at Accenture Federal Services varies depending on a wide array of factors, including but not limited to office location, role, skill set, and level of experience. The pay range for the states of California, Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, New Jersey, New York, Washington, Vermont, the District of Columbia, and the city of Cleveland is:

$50,100—$98,000 USD

You are:
A consummate organizer. You have a passion for acting as the go-to person for planning, organizing, and overseeing operations related to ongoing projects. You partner with others on the project team to ensure projects are running smoothly and on time. You are also extremely detail oriented.

The work:
You will support the service delivery or product team(s) in managing resources, projects, and budgets to meet the goals of the business and clients. When required, develop, and execute demand management processes, provide training and education on standard project management requirements and methods, facilitate project governance and reporting, and create models to improve business decisions.

Here’s what you need:

4 year degree OR no degree with four years of relevant work experience
2 years of experience working in project administration/support OR operations administration/support
2 years of experience with any/all of the following: resource tracking, status reporting, metrics reporting and analysis, time reporting, deliverable tracking, procurement, finance reporting, expense reporting, issue and risk tracking, change control management, accounts receivable/payable, and service management reporting
2 years of experience with Microsoft Excel or Advanced knowledge of the application

Bonus points if you have:

Experience with MS Project, MS Project Server/Project Web Access (PWA) or other Work Planning application
Experience with JIRA or other Agile tools/reporting applications
Experience with Power BI highly preferred Proficient to advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite – Excel, Outlook, SharePoint, Word, Power Point
