About the Role

Flex is seeking a Revenue Operations Manager to build, own, and scale the operational backbone for our New Verticals  division — Flex's expansion beyond rent into non-rent split-pay verticals. Reporting to the Head of Revenue Operations, you'll be the first dedicated RevOps hire to support New Verticalsr, responsible for standing up the systems, processes, and data infrastructure that will power this division through its next phase of growth.

New Verticals is exiting its experimental phase with clear product-market signal and aggressive growth targets. About the Role

About the role

As the Vice President of Account Management, you will be responsible for owning and scaling Flex’s post-sales revenue engine across our partner and customer base.  onX is committed to compensating all employees fairly and equitably for their contributions. For this position, applicants can expect to make between $119,000 and $140,000 annually upon hire. About the Role

Compensation

The expected OTE budgeted for this role is $208,000 - $230,000. What you’ll do

Brex is looking for an individual to join the Revenue Operations Team, which is responsible for driving revenue growth in close partnership with revenue leaders. We help revenue teams drive consistent growth through regular reporting, analytical insights, process improvements, systems updates, strategic initiatives, cross-functional alignment, incentive design, and coverage model design. You should have an analytical mindset with a curiosity to get to the right solution to every problem. The ability to translate data into insights is critical as you will work closely with the Revenue Operations business partners, enablement, finance, systems, data, and revenue teams.

Responsibilities

• Create and update dashboards, reports, and presentations to give revenue leaders and operations partners the data they need to run their businesses
• Proactively identify opportunities to provide additional reporting or analytical clarity to better understand business performance
• Monitor pipeline health and funnel conversion metrics, surfacing trends and anomalies to sales and revenue operations leadership
• Run deep dive analyses to identify challenges and opportunities within the business
• Partner with Revenue Operations business partners and revenue leaders to support the design, implementation, documentation, and success tracking of operational solutions
• Assist with building complex capacity and funnel models for annual planning and scenario evaluation
• Respond to ad hoc data and reporting requests from sales leadership and cross-functional partners

Requirements

• 1-3+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales strategy, business operations, sales finance, or similar; preferably at a Fintech or SaaS company
• Analytical mindset with a desire for high data precision and accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Comfortable working cross-functionally and managing requests from multiple stakeholders simultaneously
• Self-motivated and able to run with projects autonomously with moderate oversight
• Strong spreadsheet and modeling skills
• Basic to moderate SQL skills with experience in data visualization tools (Looker or Hex experience a plus)
• Comfortable working within CRM data models to extract, report on and interpret data (Salesforce preferred)
• Meticulous attention to detail, including in documentation

• Exposure to sales compensation methodologies and tracking

  • Conducting outreach efforts at local flea markets, community events, and at our Lending As A Service (LAAS) partner locations to increase awareness capture leads, and assist with starting applications;
  • Actively engaging with people at and around Oportun’s retail locations, encouraging store visits, and assisting with applications.
  • Supporting community outreach and marketing events, by passing out flyers and educating the local community about Oportun and its products and services; and
  • Using iPads or assisting potential members with scanning QR codes during outreach efforts to start new applications.
• Light housekeeping to keep the work area and store location inviting and presentable to all who visit, including daily collection of trash, sweeping, mopping, and window cleaning as needed.
• Use a computer intermittently (approx. 3-6 hours per day) for administrative tasks and for servicing members.
• Stand while assisting members; sitting is allowed during non-member-facing tasks.
• Occasionally unpack and store office or cleaning supplies.
• Must have the ability to travel between designated work locations (including outreach activities) within a reasonable commuting distance as part of standard job duties. Travel will be limited to sites considered part of an ordinary commute.

As a Manager of Mid Market Revenue Architects at Gong, you will lead a team of strategic partners to our mid-sized customers. Your team is focused on driving revenue transformation from Gong’s AI Operating System. The GTM Data Architect owns the end-to-end strategy, governance, and execution of how data is orchestrated, enriched, controlled, and activated across the GTM organization. This role ensures that data is not just accurate, but usable, scalable, and embedded directly into workflows that drive adoption and performance. You will serve as the central owner of account and lead data strategy, bridging RevOps, Field Ops, Systems, Sales, Marketing, and AI/Automation teams to create a forward-looking, execution-ready data foundation.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Data Orchestration Strategy
  • Own the holistic strategy for how data flows across systems (SFDC, enrichment tools, AI tools, Gong,etc.).
  • Define how data is created, updated, validated, enriched, and consumed across GTM workflows.
  • Ensure consistency, scalability, and clarity in data ownership and data movement.

• Enrichment Strategy

  • Design and own the enrichment framework (firmographics, technographics, intent, personas, buying groups, etc.).
