Pendo’s Customer Engineering team is the technical backbone of the pre- and post-sales customer motion. The team brings together work that has historically sat across Customer Success, Technical Account Management, and Solutions Engineering into one full-lifecycle technical owner. As a Senior Customer Engineer, you own strategic and complex Enterprise accounts across acquisition, implementation, adoption, expansion, and escalation. Compensation: The expected On-Target Earnings (OTE) range for this role is $193,393 - $241,742, with a 70/30 base-to-variable compensation split.

As the Head of Enablement, you’ll operate at the intersection of strategy and execution. You’ll define how we equip Revenue, Marketing, BD, Professional Services, Customer Success, Customer Support, and our AI Center of Excellence (CoE) with the tools, training materials, and strategic partnership to deliver mutually agreed-upon exceptional outcomes. You’ll also own the BuildOps Academy as a strategic lever to reduce implementation time-to-value, facilitate customer product adoption, and enhance internal enablement efforts. You’ll centralize and lead all internal enablement resources and report to our Chief of Staff. ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
Define and own the multi-year enablement vision and strategic roadmap, partnering with senior leaders across GTM, Post-Sale, our AI CoE, and Product to align priorities with business objectives and growth goals
Define and execute the BuildOps Academy strategy: reduce implementation time to value, accelerate customer adoption, and serve as a reusable engine for internal enablement
Lead and develop a team of functional enablement managers and analysts; set priorities, performance expectations, and a culture of continuous improvement
Own and maintain our LMS (Docebo) as the source of truth for enablement content across functions and customers; establish governance for content creation, review cycles, and deprecation
Embed AI into how enablement content is created, personalized, and measured—staying current on best-in-class approaches and bringing them into our programs
Establish and track enablement KPIs (e.g., ramp time, certification completion, productivity uplift, customer time to value, Academy engagement) and prepare executive-ready communications that frame progress, gaps, and investment asks for ELT and board audiences
Proven track record building and scaling enablement programs across multiple functions (Revenue, PS, CS, or similar) in a high-growth SaaS environment
Familiarity with AI-powered enablement tooling (e.g., AI content creation, personalization engines, AI coaching) and a genuine enthusiasm for applying AI to enablement workflow)
Strategic thinker who operates fluently in executive conversations while staying close enough to the work to guide quality and execution; influences without authority and aligns diverse stakeholders around a shared vision
Data-driven mindset with experience defining success metrics, building dashboards, and using insights to iterate on programs
5+ years in enablement or learning & development, with at least 2+ years in a leadership role managing a team
Hands-on experience with an LMS, including curriculum design, content governance, and reporting (Docebo strongly preferred)
Clear, compelling communicator who can translate complex product or process information into engaging learning experiences
This role is hybrid, requiring 3 days per week in office. Candidates should be based in Los Angeles, San Francisco, Raleigh, or Toronto.

For this position, the expected base pay range is: $120,000-$195,000 per year.
This range represents the base pay for the role across all U.S. locations and is determined based on market data, internal equity, and experience. Final compensation may vary depending on geographic location, skills, and relevant experience.In addition to base pay, we offer a discretionary bonus for non-sales roles, a comprehensive benefits package, and, where applicable, sales incentives.
For this position, the expected discretionary bonus is 10% of the annual base salary.

Role Description
Key Responsibilities:
AI Discovery & Solutioning: Understand energy customers' AI strategy and sector-specific challenges (e.g., predictive maintenance, outage management, supply chain resilience, or regulatory compliance). As a Celonis product and energy domain expert, find the best problem-solution fit and translate customer requirements into innovative solutions that move the needle.
Pre- and Post-Sales Execution: Actively drive the full customer lifecycle. Lead technical discovery and capability demonstrations during the pre-sales cycle, and remain deeply involved post-sale to guide implementation, ensuring agreed value and adoption thresholds are successfully reached.
Hackathons & Prototyping: Think out of the box, have a „can-do“ attitude, and don’t shy away from complex operational problems. Leverage cutting-edge AI technologies to rapidly build creative prototypes in customer hackathons, solving critical pain points specific to power generation, transmission, and O&G operations.
Agentic Process Transformation: Support our customers in achieving real ROI out of AI deployments at scale, enabling a fundamental shift from traditional, rule-based automation to the use of autonomous AI agents empowered by our Celonis Process Intelligence Platform (e.g., intelligent field service routing or autonomous procurement).
Proof Projects: End-to-end execution of business-critical Proof-of-Value projects. This includes architecting and delivering secure, scalable LLM/agent systems with RAG, tools, and guardrails, while seamlessly integrating with enterprise data, identity protocols, and stringent energy compliance frameworks.
Domain & Industry Leadership: Serve as the internal and external technical subject matter expert for the Energy vertical, scaling knowledge across the organization regarding utilities, upstream/downstream oil & gas, and renewable energy processes.
Requirements:
5+ years of experience leading technical pre-sales and post-sales engagements specifically within the Energy sector (Utilities, Oil & Gas, and/or Renewables). This includes defining AI roadmaps, building compelling ROI/TCO business cases, and guiding technical implementations through to value realization.
Deep understanding of business processes native to the Energy sector (such as Asset Management, Field Services, Supply Chain, Capital Projects, or Trading) with the ability to translate high-level business needs into specific, impactful AI use cases.
Expertise in generative AI techniques like RAG, few-shot learning, prompt engineering, multi-agent orchestration, multimodal understanding, or fine-tuning used to build high-impact use cases (e.g., automated processing of engineering documents, regulatory filings, or intelligent diagnostic chatbots).
Solid knowledge of Python and common ML libraries (such as LangChain, pandas, pydantic, sklearn, PyTorch) as well as data engineering tools and technologies relevant to handling large-scale industrial data.
Strong presentation skills to both internal and external stakeholders (including C-level executives and operational leaders), whether leading technical whiteboarding sessions or formal readouts and demos.
Bachelor’s Degree required; Master's Degree in computer science, engineering, mathematics, or related fields, or equivalent work experience preferred.
Nice to have (big plus):
Hands-on experience building agentic systems using LLM orchestration, RAG, function calling, and prompt engineering, while ensuring safety through rigorous evaluations and guardrails suited for highly regulated industries.
Working knowledge of tools in the LLM ecosystem such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or other OSS packages.
Experience in deploying and monitoring models at scale across major cloud platforms (AWS Bedrock, Azure AI, GCP Vertex) and familiarity with IT/OT convergence and industrial IoT data structures.

This is a full-time, in-office role based in our Raleigh, NC headquarters, requiring 4 days per week in the company office (Monday - Friday). This role is anticipated to have travel requirements up to 20%.
Role Overview:
At Relay, our Customer Success Managers (Industrial) are a critical revenue-owner and strategic partner within our rapidly evolving Industrial sector. This role serves as a customer strategist tasked with managing a growing portfolio of Mid-Market and Enterprise Multi-Site accounts. Reporting directly to the Director of Industrial Customer Success, you will focus on value realization, account-based expansion, driving site level success that unlocks growth within an Enterprise.
This team goes beyond maintaining current states; they drive significant value from existing sites, map complex customer organizations to 'farm' accounts, and develop multi-threaded relationships from frontline teams to corporate offices, and identify expansion opportunities that fuel our growth targets. You will own the post-onboarding journey, ensuring every industrial customer utilizes Relay in driving operational leverage in their businesses.
Relay is at a transformative inflection point, moving from a product-centric communications business to a platform-centric AI leader for the industrial frontline. As a CSM in our Industrial sector, you are at the tip of the spear for this evolution. You will have the opportunity to define "what good looks like" in sectors like steel recycling, automotive manufacturing, and logistics. This role offers high visibility, a direct path to influencing our GTM strategy, and the chance to own a significant piece of our steep growth trajectory.

In this role, you will be a foundational member of Target RWE’s Quantitative Sciences (QS) organization, helping to establish Target as a leader in rigorous, reproducible, and regulatory-grade evidence generation. You will serve as a scientific owner of Target’s data, developing deep expertise in its structure, quality, and applications while helping to build scalable data validation, curation, and analytic processes that ensure reliability and usability.
Working closely with cross-functional partners in Product, Engineering, Clinical Operations, and Medical Science, you will design and execute analyses that demonstrate the value of Target’s data, support customers across life sciences, regulatory, and academic settings, and build scalable, standardized analytic approaches for real-world evidence generation.
