The Role:
As an Outbound BDR, you’ll play a key role in HubSpot’s growth engine. You’ll partner closely with Account Executives to deliver high-quality meetings that drive pipeline, impact, and revenue. Compensation & Career Track:
This is the first of three levels in our BDR program — designed to take you from prospecting pro to promoting to a full-cycle closer.
💰 Base salary: $50,600 CAD
📈 On-target commission: $20,700 CAD
🎯 OTE (on-target earnings): $71,300 CAD
With each promotion, both salary and commission increase — along with your impact.

Pay & Benefits
The cash compensation below includes base salary, on-target commission for employees in eligible roles, and annual bonus targets under HubSpot’s bonus plan for eligible roles. As a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders, you will work to elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthen organizational health, and build the programs and frameworks required to support a fast-growing company. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders, building and operationalizing people programs, and delivering high-quality, context-informed solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
We’re seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to support our Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations organizations. In this role, you will be a key contributor in shaping a high-impact People Business Partnership function that drives high performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.
What You’ll Do:- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and insights that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support high performance.
- People Strategy Development: Build and execute people strategies that enhance team performance, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
- Program Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve people programs across performance, development, engagement, and career progression.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Change Management & Workforce Planning: Lead change initiatives and support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent movement to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Use people analytics and qualitative insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of people strategies and programs.
- Leadership & Employee Enablement: Deliver training, coaching, and tools that build capability, develop leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
