As a strategic advisor and thought partner to leaders, you will work to elevate leadership effectiveness, strengthen organizational health, and build the programs and frameworks required to support a fast-growing company. This role is ideal for someone who has a proven track record of influencing senior leaders, building and operationalizing people programs, and delivering high-quality, context-informed solutions in partnership with cross-functional teams.
We’re seeking an experienced Senior People Business Partner to support our Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations organizations. In this role, you will be a key contributor in shaping a high-impact People Business Partnership function that drives high performance, engagement, and scalable growth across the business.
What You’ll Do:- Strategic Partnership: Act as a trusted advisor to Marketing, Finance, People, and Operations leaders, providing coaching, guidance, and insights that strengthen leadership effectiveness and support high performance.
- People Strategy Development: Build and execute people strategies that enhance team performance, employee engagement, organizational effectiveness, and long-term growth.
- Program Design & Optimization: Design, implement, and continuously improve people programs across performance, development, engagement, and career progression.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with People Operations, Talent Acquisition, and other People teams to ensure alignment, consistency, and operational excellence.
- Change Management & Workforce Planning: Lead change initiatives and support organizational design, workforce planning, and talent movement to ensure the right people are in the right roles.
- Data-Informed Decision-Making: Use people analytics and qualitative insights to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and measure the impact of people strategies and programs.
- Leadership & Employee Enablement: Deliver training, coaching, and tools that build capability, develop leaders, and foster a culture of continuous learning and growth.
- Education & Credentials: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; CHRP designation is a plus.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a people business partnership or advisory role with a proven ability to collaborate with leadership across various functions.
- Expertise: Strong understanding of HR legislation and labor standards, with advanced knowledge in key people practices such as talent and performance management, succession planning, and employee engagement.
- Program Development: Proven ability to develop and implement people programs that cater to the unique needs of client success, marketing, finance, and operational teams.
- Project Leadership: Demonstrated skills in project and change management, with the capability to lead initiatives in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- Organizational Excellence: Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects effectively.
- Confidentiality: High discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to communicate in French being a plus. Comfortable engaging with colleagues at all levels, both verbally and in writing.

Nous recherchons un partenaire commercial senior expérimenté pour soutenir nos équipes marketing, finance, ressources humaines et opérations. À ce poste, vous jouerez un rôle clé dans la mise en place d'un partenariat commercial à fort impact qui favorisera la haute performance, l'engagement et la croissance évolutive dans l'ensemble de l'entreprise.
En tant que conseiller stratégique et partenaire de réflexion des dirigeants, vous travaillerez à améliorer l'efficacité du leadership, à renforcer la santé organisationnelle et à mettre en place les programmes et les cadres nécessaires pour soutenir une entreprise en pleine croissance. Ce poste est idéal pour une personne qui a fait ses preuves en matière d'influence auprès des cadres supérieurs, de création et de mise en œuvre de programmes RH, et de fourniture de solutions de haute qualité et adaptées au contexte en partenariat avec des équipes interfonctionnelles.
Ce que vous ferez:
- Partenariat stratégique : agir en tant que conseiller de confiance auprès des responsables du marketing, des finances, des ressources humaines et des opérations, en fournissant un accompagnement, des conseils et des informations qui renforcent l'efficacité du leadership et favorisent la haute performance.
- Développement de la stratégie RH : élaborer et mettre en œuvre des stratégies RH qui améliorent les performances des équipes, l'engagement des employés, l'efficacité organisationnelle et la croissance à long terme.
- Conception et optimisation des programmes : concevoir, mettre en œuvre et améliorer en permanence les programmes RH en matière de performance, de développement, d'engagement et d'évolution de carrière.
- Collaboration interfonctionnelle : travailler en étroite collaboration avec les équipes RH, de recrutement et autres équipes RH afin de garantir l'alignement, la cohérence et l'excellence opérationnelle.
- Gestion du changement et planification des effectifs : diriger les initiatives de changement et soutenir la conception organisationnelle, la planification des effectifs et la mobilité des talents afin de garantir que les bonnes personnes occupent les bons postes.
- Prise de décision fondée sur les données : utiliser l'analyse des données RH et les informations qualitatives pour diagnostiquer les problèmes, identifier les opportunités et mesurer l'impact des stratégies et des programmes RH.
- Leadership et autonomisation des employés : proposer des formations, du coaching et des outils qui renforcent les capacités, développent les leaders et favorisent une culture d'apprentissage et de croissance continus.
À propos de vous:
- Formation et diplômes : Baccalauréat en ressources humaines, en administration des affaires ou dans un domaine connexe ; le titre de CRHP est un atout.
- Expérience : Au moins quatre ans dans un poste de partenariat ou de conseil en ressources humaines, avec une capacité avérée à collaborer avec des dirigeants de divers services.
- Expertise : Excellente compréhension de la législation en matière de ressources humaines et des normes du travail, avec des connaissances approfondies dans les pratiques clés en matière de ressources humaines, telles que la gestion des talents et des performances, la planification de la relève et l'engagement des employés.
- Développement de programmes : Capacité avérée à développer et à mettre en œuvre des programmes de ressources humaines qui répondent aux besoins spécifiques des équipes chargées de la réussite des clients, du marketing, des finances et des opérations.
- Direction de projets : Compétences avérées en matière de gestion de projets et de changement, avec la capacité de diriger des initiatives dans des environnements en évolution rapide.
- Excellence organisationnelle : solides compétences organisationnelles, souci du détail et capacité à hiérarchiser et à gérer efficacement plusieurs projets.
- Confidentialité : grande discrétion dans le traitement des informations sensibles et confidentielles.
- Compétences en communication : excellentes compétences en communication en anglais, la capacité à communiquer en français étant un atout. Aisance dans les relations avec les collègues à tous les niveaux, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit.
