We are looking for a Staff Software Development Engineer to join our DSPM team. This is a hybrid role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Software Engineering. You will lead and contribute to the entire feature development lifecycle for our SaaS products, focusing on large-scale data processing and highly scalable microservices. By collaborating across functional teams, you will define and build the next generation of data security posture management solutions.

What We’re Looking for (Minimum Qualifications)
5+ years of experience in Golang programming with a deep understanding of data structures, algorithms, and cloud debugging
Strong knowledge of design patterns and modern software engineering best practices
Hands-on experience with core infrastructure offerings from major public cloud providers such as AWS, GCP, or Azure
Practical experience working with both SQL and NoSQL data stores
Proven background in developing microservices using Kubernetes on global cloud platforms
What Will Make You Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Experience developing multi-tenant enterprise SaaS products, including API management and event-driven streaming data applications

As a Senior Software Engineer (GO) - DNS & Network Systems, you will own the architecture and delivery of Securly's DNS-over-HTTPS (DoH) resolver — a production-grade, identity-aware DNS service that enforces filtering policy at the browser and OS level for millions of students on managed Chromebooks.
This is a critical infrastructure role at the intersection of DNS, identity, and network security. You will design and build a high-performance DoH resolver in Go that extracts device and user identity from Chrome enterprise policy URL templates and integrates with Securly's DNS policy engine and Redis infrastructure. You own the full lifecycle: architecture, implementation, TLS configuration, and production deployment on AWS.
This role is the technical foundation of a potential simplification of Securly's SmartPAC identity architecture. Done well, it could collapse significant DNS-RPC signaling complexity (DID/cookie system, IP fusing, brokering state) that has been a source of reliability issues. The scope of that architectural decision will evolve with the POC, and you will be the engineer best positioned to inform it.

The Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Proxy Services will own the conversion of Securly's web filtering proxy business logic from C++ to production Rust — maintaining behavioral parity across a high-throughput proxy that handles HTTP/HTTPS traffic for millions of students daily.
A modern, memory-safe Rust proxy is already underway at Securly. When you join, the initial Rust proxy is in production and your mission is the next phase: integrating and converting the existing C++ business logic into production Rust. This means reading C++, reasoning about behavior, and re-implementing it correctly — including HTTPS tunneling, TLS interception, JavaScript injection into HTML responses (the ACP-48 shim pattern), and Redis-based policy lookups. Precision and behavioral correctness are non-negotiable.
At L5, you are not just a skilled implementer. You own the conversion strategy, define the phasing and testing approach, surface architectural risks to the L6 lead, and raise the Rust competency of the broader proxy team.

The Senior Software Engineer (Rust) - Proxy Infrastructure will own production hardening, performance validation, and infrastructure operations for Securly's Rust web filtering proxy — establishing the reliability and scalability baseline that millions of students depend on, and owning the on-premise Docker proxy appliance for school network environments.
Your mission is to ensure the proxy performs, scales, and deploys reliably in production. You will own canary rollout configuration, CloudFormation-based scaling infrastructure, load testing strategy, and performance baseline definition. You will also own the on-premise Docker appliance — a lightweight Rust proxy deployed in school network environments that intercepts TCP traffic and prepends identity headers.
At L5, this is not purely an infra-execution role. You are expected to identify systemic reliability risks in the proxy stack and propose architectural mitigations, not just react to incidents. You define what 'production-ready' means and enforce that bar.

The People Operations Coordinator - Global is responsible for delivering a seamless and high-quality employee experience across the full employee lifecycle. This role serves as a key operational partner, ensuring timely support for employee inquiries, accurate data management across systems, and smooth coordination of onboarding and offboarding processes. Serve as the primary point of contact for all People Operations inquiries via Jira ticketing, email, and other sources ensuring adherence to service level agreements.
Provide tier 1 People Team support such as answering employee questions, people team systems user support, complaint/employee relations intake, verifications of employment, etc.
Properly escalate tier 2 People Team support - such as complex issues requiring interpretation and items needing local expertise - to appropriate People Operations team members or engage cross-functional partners as needed.
Responsible for People Operations onboarding tasks including but not limited to: processing onboards in HCM ensuring data accuracy, auditing new hire data against applicant tracking system, communication with new hires ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner, and scheduling new hire orientation sessions.
Maintain integrity of company HCM and third-party systems – such as local payroll providers and global mobility tools – through accurate and timely data processing.

Responsible for People Operations offboarding tasks including but not limited to: processing terminations in HCM and third-party systems, coordinating offboard with IT and other departments as needed in accordance with service level agreements, and communication with departing and former employees.

Assist with compliance reporting and audits such as benefit reporting, government filings, and ad hoc reporting requests.
Maintain employee files ensuring accuracy, organization, and compliance.

1-3+ years of HR administrative support experience
1+ years Workday HR experience

Responsible for People Operations onboarding tasks including but not limited to: processing onboards in HCM ensuring data accuracy, auditing new hire data against applicant tracking system, communication with new hires ensuring all onboarding tasks are completed in a timely manner, and scheduling new hire orientation sessions.
Maintain integrity of company HCM and third-party systems – such as local payroll providers and global mobility tools – through accurate and timely data processing.

- Support the setup, execution, and optimization of global marketing campaign operations
- Standardize campaign processes and workflows across regions
- Define and implement a consistent campaign tracking and attribution framework aligned to business KPIs
Data Management & Governance
- Maintain data integrity across marketing systems, ensuring compliance with GDPR and other data privacy regulations
- Develop and enforce data standards, naming conventions, and best practices
- Establish processes to prevent duplicate records, standardize data and key segmentation fields, and enrich data to enable effective targeting & reporting
- Audit existing fields, workflows, and data structures to eliminate duplication and inconsistencies
- Own and optimize email subscription types, consent management, and opt-in processes to ensure compliance and usability in collaboration with Legal & RevOps
- Implement marketing & non-marketing contact management framework to improve database health in HubSpot
- Standardize forms and associated fields; ensure proper data capture, routing & workflow integration from all inbound sources
Lead Lifecycle & Funnel Management
- Own and optimize the end-to-end lead lifecycle, including lead capture, lead management, scoring, qualification and routing processes
- Build and maintain automated workflows for lead management and inbound nurture programs
- Ensure clear alignment with Marketing, Sales & RevOps on lead definitions, SLAs, and routing processes
- Optimize inbound lead deal creation processes and ensure accurate syncing between HubSpot and Salesforce in collaboration with RevOps & MDRs/SDRs
Reporting & Analytics
- Establish standardized reporting frameworks aligned to executive and board-level KPIs (e.g., MQLs, funnel conversion rates, pipeline impact, ROI)
- Build and maintain dashboards and reports on key marketing KPIs (e.g. pipeline contribution, conversion rates, ROI, content & channel performance, campaign impact, etc.)
- Provide insights and recommendations to improve campaign and channel performance
Process Optimization
- Identify inefficiencies and implement scalable processes across the marketing function
- Establish best practices, document workflows and create SOPs for global consistency
- Support alignment between marketing, sales, and revenue operations through improved lead management processes
Key Qualifications
- 3 to 6 years of experience in marketing operations, revenue operations, or a related field.
- Hands-on experience with marketing automation platforms and CRM systems (e.g. Salesforce); deep HubSpot expertise required (including workflows, data structure, reporting and integrations)
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable insights
- Experience working in a global or cross-regional environment is preferred
- Understanding of lead lifecycle management, campaign tracking, and attribution models
- Familiarity with GDPR and data privacy best practices
- Excellent attention to detail and project management skills
- Strong stakeholder management and communication skills
- Proven experience establishing system governance, data hygiene processes, and cross-functional alignment
