We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to own a high-impact client intelligence initiative. Following a successful proof-of-concept with an external consultant, we are bringing this project fully in-house. The ultimate goal is to generate a comprehensive, enriched list of all potential clients globally — understanding their product requirements, industry verticals, and overall revenue potential — and deploy a scoring model that feeds directly into our sales pipeline.
This is an end-to-end ownership role. You will build from the ground up: data collection, enrichment, modeling, and production deployment. The project is co-managed by company executives and has a high strategic value.

We're looking for an ML Engineer with 5+ years of production experience to strengthen our ML team. We operate as an internal service and centre of excellence for 10+ product teams at Fundraise Up. This means you won't be tied to a single feature: one day you might be optimising donation amounts and upsell offers, and the next you could be building a smart assistant for the admin panel or working on transaction classification.
We actively use not only classical ML, but also RL, and we're expanding our LLM-based solutions — prompt engineering and pipeline design with LLM APIs (OpenAI and equivalents). That's why we're looking for someone with a broad mindset who isn't afraid to experiment and can choose the most effective approach for each task.
The project's main audience and business team are based in the US. Although the product development team is Russian-speaking, you may occasionally need to write in English.

Let's start with the role
You will join an autonomous Agile team and work closely with the Product Owner, Agile Delivery Lead, Automation Testers, and other Software Engineers to create a competitive advantage for Kaizen and offer a unique online experience to our customers. Besides being part of the Agile team, you will work closely talented backend professional within the Backend Chapter.
Senior Software engineers in Kaizen are responsible for a multitude of projects, from our customer-facing websites and mobile applications to our admin and internal tools and backend services, most of them withstanding high volume / traffic.
Most of our sites and services are written in in C# / ASP.NET and new services are written in .NET Core. New applications use vue.js or Angular in the front-end while older ones use server-rendered (Razor) views in combination with jQuery. Microsoft Orleans enables our scalable and robust distributed applications. MS SQL Server is used for most of our storage needs, but also Redis and ElasticSearch are used when it makes sense to do so. RabbitMQ is our go-to message broker. How You'll Make an Impact:
As a Senior DevOps Engineer at Cloudbeds, your goal is to constantly improve and scale our SaaS platform to deliver an exceptional experience to hoteliers and their guests worldwide. You'll own the creation, monitoring, automation, and support of our cloud infrastructure and delivery pipelines — enabling product teams to ship high-quality software with speed and confidence. Responsibilities:

Help automate infrastructure provisioning and other engineering processes by working on automations built on top of an engineering platform written in GitHub Actions
Coach and up-skill other engineering team members
Solve challenging technical problems and put your skills to the test every day; see an immediate impact of your work and the value you've created for other engineers
Automate every aspect of our infrastructure to remove as much human intervention as possible
Develop effective tooling, alerts, and responses to both identify and address reliability risks
Drive and promote protocols on production readiness and operational excellence
Partner with product engineering teams to debug production outages and carry out action items to improve the reliability of those systems
Advocate for automated testing, continuous integration and delivery, feature toggles, and progressive rollouts

Skills and Qualifications:
Understand large-scale complex systems from a reliability perspective
Passion for producing clean, standards-compliant, secure code
Bringing a developer mindset and applying it to infrastructure
Know your way around Linux/Unix systems
Experience with Kubernetes
Experience with Infrastructure as code tools like Terraform and Ansible
Experience building software with a programming language such as Java, Kotlin, Scala, or any other JVM-based languages
Experience writing scripts for automating the execution of certain tasks with a programming language like Ruby, Python, Bash, or any other scripting language

We are looking for a driven and experienced Site Reliability Engineering Manager to join our innovative Tech Team. You will lead and empower a team of SREs, partnering closely with Engineering, Product, and Security to ensure our platforms are resilient, scalable, and secure. You will play a key role in shaping reliability strategy, improving system performance, and embedding best practices in observability, incident management, and automation to support the delivery of high-impact solutions in the fight against financial crime.
As a Site Reliability Engineering (SRE) Manager, you will:
The role reports to the Director of Infrastructure. You’ll be managing a team of Engineers focused on the provision and support of our Stateful / Data layer technologies powering all of our services, both in development and production. The main technologies we use are YugaByte (sharded Postgres), Kafka (via Strimzi), Elasticsearch (via ECK), Redis and Spark/data warehousing on GCP and AWS using their PaaS systems. As the technology stack underpins all other engineering work, a collaborative mindset is a must.
Our tech stack:
ComplyAdvantage is fully cloud-based, with a modern kubernetes-focused tech stack. All compute workloads run in Kubernetes, with clusters in multiple regions to support the needs of our global client base. Our production services are multi-cloud by design and are currently hosted in AWS and GCP.
