About the opportunity

The Customer Insights & Adoption (CIA) team is hiring a senior architect to lead internal technical enablement across Contentful’s product portfolio and recommended ways of building. You will serve as a deeply technical, highly cross-functional subject matter expert who empowers internal teams, customers, and partners to adopt Contentful with confidence and consistency. You’ll apply your industry experience, consultative leadership, and passion for teaching to build scalable programs and toolkits that drive a shared understanding of what good looks like, inform product innovation, and guide business strategy.

What to expect?

• Own and evolve internal technical enablement on Contentful product features, implementation patterns, and best practices for the Customer Experience organization (e.g. Customer Success Management, Professional Services, Learning Services, Customer Support Engineering) and cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales Engineering, Partnerships)

• Coordinate closely with Professional Services to translate customer implementation insights into impactful enablement content; coordinate with Learning Services and Developer Experience to ensure messaging and guidance are aligned across courses, training, and documentation
• Create, curate, and maintain a library of enablement materials including feature usage guidance, prescriptive patterns, use cases, discovery questions, and architectural recommendations
• Develop and deliver internal workshops and technical training that effectively support both technical and non-technical audiences; model excellent virtual facilitation and learner engagement techniques
• Contribute to and help lead strategic enablement initiatives, such as starter kits, maturity models, trial environments, and other cross-team projects that strengthen our internal, customer, and partner ecosystem
• Support Customer Success Managers and Partner Managers as a technical advisor during select customer and partner engagements, providing clarity on architecture, implementation decisions, and best practice adoption

What do you need to be successful?

• 6+ years of experience in solutions architecture, technical consulting or a similar technical role, ideally in a digital experience platform environment or solution services agency
• Deep familiarity with content management systems, composable architecture, and modern web development patterns (e.g. headless CMS, API-first)
• Practitioner-level code proficiency, including comfort working with modern web frameworks (e.g. React, Next.js), APIs, SDKs, and developer tooling, with the ability to critically evaluate implementation approaches
• Proven ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable guidance for both technical and non-technical audiences, including in writing, workshops, and live facilitation
• Strong track record of building and scaling technical enablement programs, knowledge bases, or enablement practices in a cross-functional environment
• Experience working closely with Customer Success, Professional Services, Sales Engineering, or Partner teams in a customer-facing or internal advisory capacity
• Excellent consultative and communication skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across teams
• Demonstrated ability to synthesize customer and field insights into prescriptive patterns, architectural recommendations, and reusable enablement assets

About the Opportunity

We are hiring a Senior Personalization Solution Architect with deep domain expertise in personalization and experimentation to join Contentful’s Professional Services team. This role is designed for a practitioner who has built, operated, and scaled personalization programs in production, and who also brings the hands-on technical skills required to implement those programs in modern, composable architectures.

This is not a generalist Solution Architect role with light exposure to personalization. Success in this role requires strong opinions and real-world experience across audience strategy, decisioning, experimentation, and measurement—paired with the ability to design and deliver high-quality technical implementations using Contentful Personalization.

The Social Media Program Manager is the architect of clarity within a high-volume, fast-paced creative environment. This role requires a high degree of ownership, diligence, and accountability, underpinned by a deep expertise in managing the workflows, schedules, and creative operations of social-led initiatives. Your mission is to transform ambiguous, complex processes into structured, high-performing work streams. You will implement this vision through targeted configuration of workflows and automations, regular reviews of bot performance and quality coaching. 

You’ll sit at the intersection of customer experience, automation quality, and operational efficiency, partnering closely with Customer Support Strategy and Ops, Engineering, Product and external vendors to ensure the bot delivers a high-quality, safe, and trustworthy experience at scale.

Along with the bot-focused work, you will be instrumental in defining the AI strategy within the CS org, creating best practices and supporting peers across CS in investigating AI solutions to maximise efficiency within the team.

Key Responsibilities

1. Strategy driver: Partner with CS and Product leadership to define the strategy and roadmap for our chatbot and email AI agents to contribute to company OKRs
2. Architect and optimize AI agent workflows and procedures: Design simple, reliable conversation workflows and automations so our chatbot asks the right questions, clarifies common customer needs, and responds with accurate information, appropriately escalating to live support when needed.
3. Quality reviews, analytics and bot coaching: Conduct regular reviews of bot conversations and high-level report analysis to identify trends, areas of opportunity and potential risk within the chatbot.
4. Cross-collaboration to improve resolution rate and quality: Work with partners in Engineering, Product and CS Strategy and Ops to maximize the types of interactions the chatbot can support and resolve - connecting new data sources or systems on the backend to give the bot greater scope, implementing new workflows that use this data to solve new customers requests without live support intervention.
5. Optimize the AI Agent experience across all channels: Expand upon the types of interactions and experiences that qualify for the email AI agent and other asynchronous channels. 
6. Compliance and security: Ensure Mercury’s high standards for security and compliance are woven into the foundations of our AI-assisted CS strategy
7. AI vendor relationship owner: Own the relationship with AI vendors for CS solutions, including Intercom. Raising issues, requesting fixes, staying on top of product releases and coordinating changes that impact CS operations
8. Scoping of internal agent co-pilot: Drive efforts to assess and implement agent assist AI tools to maximise agent efficiency
9. Evaluation of AI tooling for CS partners: Support other teams, such as Learning and Development and QA in evaluating how other tools’ AI offerings can increase efficiency across CS.

What You Bring to the Table

• 1–3 years of experience in configuration of customer-facing AI agent/chatbot (e.g., Fin by Intercom, Ada, Zendesk AI)
• 5+ years of experience in customer support backend operations or CS systems administration
• Systems thinker and problem solver, with experience in testing new solutions and change management for CS teams
• Strong technical acumen, with the ability to understand and communicate technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences

Reporting directly to the Corporate Controller, the Bank Controller will own the accounting function for Mercury's banking entity. This is a foundational leadership role — you will build the policies, processes, systems, and team that enable Mercury to operate as a fully regulated insured depository institution.

You'll work at the intersection of technical accounting, regulatory compliance, and operational build-out. This isn't a role for someone who wants to maintain an existing function — it's for someone who wants to architect one and work closely with Engineering and Product.

What you'll do:

Bank accounting infrastructure

• Design and implement the Chart of Accounts, general ledger structure, and subledger architecture for the bank entity in accordance with call report and regulatory reporting requirements
• Establish bank-specific accounting policies covering investment securities (ASC 320/326), loan accounting, interest income accruals, ALLL/ACL methodology, and fee recognition
• Build out the bank's financial close process and reconciliation framework

Regulatory and call report compliance

• Lead preparation of FFIEC Call Reports (FFIEC 031/041), FR Y-9C, and other regulatory financial submissions on a quarterly basis
• Serve as the primary accounting subject matter expert in regulatory examinations (OCC, FDIC, Federal Reserve), responding to examiner requests and managing remediation items
• Implement and maintain the bank's accounting policy manual in compliance with GAAP, regulatory guidance, and safety and soundness standards
• Partner with Treasury on ALM reporting, liquidity coverage ratios, and interest rate risk disclosures

Financial reporting and controls

• Review the bank entity's standalone GAAP financial statements, including the balance sheet, income statement, and notes
• Design and operationalize the bank's SOX/SOC controls environment in partnership with internal audit and the holding company controller function
• Lead the bank's relationship with external auditors, coordinating the annual audit and interim reviews for the bank entity
• Establish and maintain robust reconciliation controls covering deposits, loans, investments, intercompany balances, and suspense accounts

Team and systems build-out

• Partner with Finance Systems and Engineering to implement or configure the bank's core accounting system, ensuring it supports regulatory reporting and audit requirements
• Define data flows between the bank's core banking system, the Double Entry Ledger, and Mercury's consolidated reporting infrastructure
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, Compliance, Risk, Treasury, and Product to ensure the bank's accounting architecture supports new product launches and regulatory timelines

What we're looking for:

Required experience

• 10+ years of progressive accounting experience with meaningful time in banking 
• Deep familiarity with bank regulatory accounting, including Call Report preparation and GAAP as applied to insured depository institutions
• Strong technical accounting skills across investment securities (ASC 320/326), credit losses (CECL/ASC 326), interest income, and intercompany accounting
• CPA required

Strongly preferred

• Prior exposure to OCC, FDIC, or Federal Reserve examinations in an accounting or controllership capacity

Required qualifications

• An undergraduate degree in Mechanical Engineering, Structural Engineering, or equivalent experience and expertise.
• 3+ years of experience in a role involving both structural analysis and software/tooling development.
• Proven experience writing clean, maintainable code in Julia and Python.
• Deep fundamental understanding of structures - preferably large-scale steel structures
• Familiarity with marine-specific load environments (hydrodynamics, mooring, or offshore structures).
• Experience with Git, Docker, and cloud computing environments (GCP/AWS/Azure).

We are looking for a Solutions Architect to partner closely with our Commercial Go-To-Market team. This is not a role focused on running standard demos. Instead, it's about helping shape deals, guiding customers through complex risk challenges, and owning the technical approach that supports successful enterprise sales. 

You'll work directly with sales leaders and customer executives to connect Exiger's capabilities to the problems they care about most, making it clear how our platform helps them reduce risk and make better decisions.

• Commercial Perspective: A strong understanding of how enterprise software is sold, with experience working alongside sales teams and engaging directly with client executives. You should be comfortable influencing deals not just presenting features.
• Domain Knowledge: Background in supply chain risk management (SCRM), third-party risk (TPRM), or cyber-related risk is strongly preferred.
• Technical Understanding: Able to discuss architecture, integrations, and data concepts at a high level and explain them in plain terms. You don't need to write code, but you should be comfortable talking with technical teams.

About the Role

As Configuration Architect, you will be responsible for designing and implementing the infrastructure, processes, and tools that support Panthalassa’s engineering release systems and broader digital thread. This includes building the foundation for a world-class, model-based engineering environment and accelerating our ability to release, manufacture, and scale products efficiently and accurately.

You’ll work closely with Engineering, Manufacturing, and Business Operations to improve the performance of current systems while designing and executing a long-term roadmap that supports production rates as we scale. This is a builder role with high impact and high visibility. You’ll help define how we build the systems to support mass production and the delivery of ocean-based renewable energy at global scale.

Responsibilities

• Own the efficiency and accuracy of the engineering release process and associated infrastructure
• Design and lead the implementation of Model-Based Definition (Digital Product Definition) practice
• Address immediate process and tool gaps to support engineering release velocity
• Ensure PLM data and infrastructure are tightly integrated with the broader digital thread and scale initiatives
• Partner across teams to align configuration management practices with design, manufacturing, and business needs
• Build documentation, training, and governance practices to support adoption and compliance
• Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and modernize tools, workflows, and system integrations

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience administering and supporting PLM systems in high-consequence industries (e.g., aerospace, defense, energy, automotive)
• Experience architecting and maintaining configuration management systems for production environments handling many thousands of configuration items
• Deep knowledge of configuration management standards and frameworks (e.g., CMII certification or equivalent experience)
• Strong technical foundation in engineering, computer science, or information systems

Preferred Qualifications

• Teamcenter administration, customization, and integration experience.
• Familiarity with NetSuite ERP (or similar ERP platforms) and ERP–PLM integrations.

• Experience working with REST APIs and GraphQL for system-to-system integrations.
• Experience with enterprise integration platforms (e.g., Boomi, MuleSoft, T4EA, etc.).
• Knowledge of cloud deployment models and DevOps principles (CI/CD, containerization, infrastructure as code).

The Superintendent will be a critical project team member responsible for proactively planning, overseeing, monitoring, and managing all activities on a construction site. This role will take ownership of the assigned construction project from preconstruction to punch list, while partnering with other project team members ensuring safety, quality, schedule, and budget standards are met. 

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following: 

• Provide complete supervision of work crews on‐site including mentoring and training, budgeting, forecasting of staffing needs, management of foreman and their duties, tracking self-perform efficiency, providing performance evaluations of field personnel, managing overall safety of the project and ensure all personnel have the proper tools, equipment, and resources
• Responsible for overall site safety to workers and visitors as well as managing compliance with established company safety policies and regulations as put forth by OSHA
• Ensure all required materials, equipment, and inspections occur to support the project schedule
• Prepare site Logistic plans and coordinate all temporary facilities required for the project such as temp toilets, power, water, internet and any other facilities for the project site
• Review construction documents for completeness and constructability and provide input for scope clarifications
• Partner with project teams to build and manage the master schedule and 5-week look ahead, generate RFI’s, review submittals, review shop drawings, and ensure overall project quality
• Participate, and lead when necessary, weekly owner, architect and contractor meetings
• Conduct and manage on‐site project meetings with subcontractors and construction trades lead personnel 

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Construction Management and/or 8-10 years of construction management experience preferred 
• Proven successful leadership or supervisory role
• Proficient with MS Office Suite, MS Project or P6 (scheduling), Bluebeam, Procore or Sage (construction management), and PowerPoint or Prezi (presenting)
• Experience with BIM/Navisworks/Autodesk is a plus
• Efficient in time management, the ability to multi-task and adhere to/meet deadlines along with a strong attention to detail
• Must have a strong customer-oriented approach and demonstrated professional demeanor
• Current driver’s license and insurable driving record
