With a talented team of 750+ Roofsters, our collaborative, can-do culture is what fuels our growth. In 2022, we closed on our Series E, raising $240 million, and have offices in the Bay Area and New York City. Our growth includes recent acquisitions of Stessa (financial and asset management software), RentPrep (tenant screening and placement service for landlords), and Mynd (property management platform for both Retail and Institutional investors). In 2025, Roofstock took an ownership stake in Casago (short-term rental management services), expanding our platform to support both long-term and short-term rental investment services.

About the Role

The role of the Property Manager is to provide excellent service to our investors. You will become intimately familiar with the unique operating procedures of your portfolio, execute at the highest level and ensure that the portfolio is performing optimally. You are a high performer and will manage the resolution of complex and ever-changing challenges while accurately managing expectations. Adaptability, high attention to detail and impeccable communication are a given. Your portfolio will grow rapidly and across state lines and it’s incumbent upon you to exercise extreme ownership in all areas of the business, including leasing, R&M, resident services, and accounting to ensure everything goes smoothly. You will work collaboratively with, and act as a liaison between, the investor and the rest of the Roofstock organization, partnering with other departments and product as needed. This role has the support of the entire Roofstock team and is critical to our growth strategy. 

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio in accordance with investors’ changing goals and objectives
• Provide excellent customer service at all times to our investors
• Resolve complex problems as they arise and permanently resolve the underlying issues to prevent them from happening again, all while appropriately managing the expectations of investors
• Systematically assess, organize, schedule and execute tasks by leveraging proprietary technology and our centralized teams of excellence
• Proactively create tasks for Roofstock team members and follow up to ensure satisfactory completion
• Build strong virtual relationships with all other Roofstock departments
• Enthusiastically embrace innovation by testing software, processes and organizational changes, while providing actionable feedback in the spirit of continuous improvement
• Ability to discuss and cross-sell Roofstock real estate products
• You may oversee Onsite Managers, who live on the premise of any property with sixteen or more apartments and perform various tasks at the property
• Assist investors with the purchase/sale of income properties
• Serve as a company representative in eviction-related court hearings when required. This includes in-person appearances for contested cases, appeals, or by court or legal request to support case resolution and clarify property management actions

Qualifications

•  Must have an active Arizona Real Estate License 
•  Bachelor’s degree in business or related field, or equivalent experience
•  3+ years experience in residential or commercial property management, or real estate operations, required
•  Prior experience working directly with property ownership, a plus
•  Cost and revenue management experience, highly preferred
•  Tech savvy and experienced in working in a multitude of property management softwares
•  Extreme attention to detail
•  Excellent written and verbal communication skills
•  Self-driven and intrinsically motivated with the ability to prioritize and consistently meet deadlines
•  Thrives in a fast-paced and startup environment

Travel required

• Must be able to travel within the assigned area a minimum of 10% of the time

Location

This position is classified as REMOTE within the Greater Phoenix Area.

Compensation

$70,000 annual base salary. Additionally, this position is eligible for a bonus based upon achievement of performance objectives. Compensation may be adjusted based on experience, skills, and interview performance.

Our compensation reflects several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position represents the expected salary for this position.  Ultimately, in determining your pay it will be based on several factors including location, job-related knowledge, skills, experience and other job related factors.  Roofstock is a total compensation company; the base salary is only part of our total compensation package.

What You Will Do

About the Role

The Ground System Deployments team is looking for an innovative, collaborative and self-driven Civil Project Engineer to join the team to ensure the successful deployment of Zipline’s Ground Systems in all possible applications and configurations. 

This role is well suited to seasoned civil engineers looking to apply their experience designing novel and innovative sites, foundations and structures to advance and accelerate the new and growing industry of  autonomous drone delivery ground systems. 

With broad scope to influence the design of current and next generation systems this role will jopin a stellar team responsible for the site level designs, layouts, civil designs, structural and foundation designs and implementation. Interacting with various mechanical, structural and electrical engineering stakeholders across the organization this role will  ensure the overall system and its site design work hand in hand to ensure the successful deployment of Ziplines Ground Systems within cost and timeline goals. 

This role has a mandate to drive positive change through the organization - as problems or scenarios occur this individual will be tasked with both 0 to 1 problem/project responsibility and also working with the broad engineering and deployments organization to implement foundation changes to product and process as needed.

WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Act as the Civil Engineer of Record for Zipline projects in Texas and other jurisdictions
• Create, refine and update civil layouts for the sites. Act as the Zipline representative for any technical clarifications from cities or jurisdictions regarding our designs.

The Account Management team at SmartRent engages and maintains relationships with our key clients, identifies expansion opportunities within each assigned portfolio, and assists with client onboarding. You will collaborate cross-functionally with other internal stakeholders to ensure a smooth rollout of SmartRent’s products and services, and overall customer satisfaction. Required Qualifications

Opendoor growth depends on reaching sellers - and not all of them find us directly. Many come through agent referrals. Homebuilders introduce Opendoor to customers trading up. Real estate platforms put our offer in front of homeowners who might not find us otherwise. Strategic partners touch sellers at exactly the right moment.

This role owns the demand gen programs across all of it — campaign execution, performance optimization, and channel growth for partner-based initiatives. You run the programs that make each channel produce, end to end. You'll work closely with Opendoor's partnerships, acquisition, lifecycle marketing, and product teams to coordinate across channels and ensure partner-driven channels are a meaningful contributor to Opendoor’s business.

Core Responsibilities

1. Agent Acquisition

• Own strategy, messaging, and audience targeting for agent acquisition programs — identifying high-value agent cohorts and brokerages, and building programs that bring new agents into the Opendoor ecosystem across paid social, direct mail, and email.

• Work closely with the partnerships and account management teams to align marketing programs with agent recruitment and relationship priorities.

• Support Opendoor's presence at major real estate industry events through marketing programs that drive agent awareness and engagement.

• Measure agent-attributed acquisition volume and CAC, and optimize toward efficiency as the channel matures.

2. Agent Performance & Engagement

• Track agent channel performance daily — monitor which partners and cohorts are up or down, diagnose what's driving changes, and drive programs to move the needle.

• Design and run agent incentive and promotion programs that keep top partners engaged and reinvigorate underperforming ones.

• Engage with agent partners directly to gather feedback, surface what's working on the ground, and translate that into program improvements — partnering with account teams who own the broader relationship.

• Coordinate with the partnerships team to request training, on-site activations, and other support that keeps agent partners informed and activated.

3. Partner & Platform Programs

• Own co-branded acquisition campaigns with online real estate partners and homebuilders — optimizing messaging, targeting, and placement to drive conversion from partner traffic, including campaigns targeting builder sales reps and their trade-up customers.

4. GTM & Channel Enablement

• Own the promotional calendar across partner channels — co-branded emails, seasonal campaigns, product launches, and joint retargeting programs that keep Opendoor top of mind.

• Build and maintain partner-facing marketing materials: messaging guides, campaign toolkits, and content that helps partners promote Opendoor effectively.

• Work closely with partnerships, account management, lifecycle, and acquisition teams on partner-specific audience strategies — shared audiences, joint retargeting pools, and sequenced nurture programs.

• Identify what's working in one channel, apply it across others, and continuously optimize the mix toward partner-attributed contracts.

Who You Are

Experience:

• 5–7+ years in demand generation or growth marketing, with experience running programs across multiple channels simultaneously

• B2B2C background — you've marketed to professionals (agents, brokers, reps) who influence or refer consumer decisions, not just end consumers directly

• Proven track record measuring CAC and optimizing channel mix across paid, email, direct mail, and partner programs

• Comfortable launching net-new programs with limited playbook — you've built channel programs from scratch, not just optimized existing ones

Technical Skills:

Compensation

Our compensation plan consists of a base salary, Opendoor equity and a comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, paid holidays, medical/dental/vision insurance, basic life insurance, and 401(k) to eligible employees.  All compensation parameters are based on experience.

About the Role

You own our marketing technology stack — lifecycle infrastructure that powers email and SMS programs, and tracking systems that keep paid media attribution honest.

You'll design and maintain the systems that let a lean, AI-powered marketing team move fast and measure accurately. That means Iterable journeys and CDP audiences that run lifecycle programs on autopilot, a conversion tracking layer that stays clean across every ad platform, and automation that eliminates manual work from campaign launches to performance monitoring. You'll also drive cross-functional initiatives with Engineering, Product, and Growth Science to get critical tracking and infrastructure work prioritized. Senior IC role, no direct reports.

What You'll Do

1. Lifecycle Platform & Campaign Infrastructure

• Own Iterable end-to-end: configuration, journey architecture, lifecycle triggers, and audience management for welcome, nurture, and re-engagement programs.
• Manage our CDP (Segment Personas): define audience segments, maintain governance and naming conventions, and work with Engineering to ensure data flows to Iterable cleanly.
• Build AI-powered email and SMS template systems — modular, dynamic, and populated by AI at scale — so our lifecycle team can ship programs without relying on agencies or one-off builds.
• Train the team on platform capabilities and self-serve campaign creation so the lifecycle lead can focus on strategy, not production.

2. Conversion Tracking & Attribution

• Own Google Tag Manager and our Segment event taxonomy. Partner with Engineering on event tracking implementation, maintain event taxonomy documentation, and troubleshoot conversion data gaps across ad platforms.
• Partner with Engineering to implement and verify CAPI, enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking setups. You drive requirements, validate implementation, and own ongoing QA — Engineering builds it.
• Escalate and drive Engineering/Product prioritization when tracking infrastructure needs investment.

3. Automation, Tooling & Experimentation

• Build automated budget pacing alerts, performance anomaly detection, and campaign QA workflows (broken links, UTM validation, tracking checks) for both paid and lifecycle programs.
• Use Claude, Python, Gumloop and AI tools to build self-serve workflows that eliminate manual operational work across the team. Train team members on AI tools for content generation, analysis, and self-serve campaign creation.
• Partner with Growth Science on budget allocation analysis, channel decisions, measurement planning, and incrementality testing.

What You'll Need

Technical Skills:

• Expert in Iterable, Braze, or comparable ESP at enterprise scale (millions of sends)
• Strong HTML/CSS for responsive email templates; comfortable reading JavaScript
• Experienced with CDP platforms (Segment Personas or similar)
• Working knowledge of GTM, CAPI, enhanced conversions, and server-side tracking
• Proficient with Python scripting and no-code automation tools (Gumloop, Make, Zapier)
• Expert with AI tools (Claude, Cursor) for generating code, templates, and analysis
• Proficient in SQL for campaign analysis and troubleshooting

Experience:

• 5–7+ years in marketing operations, with primary depth in lifecycle/email platform ownership at scale
• Track record building infrastructure — not running campaigns — that measurably increases team velocity

Compensation

The base pay range for this position is $172,000–$238,000 Canadian Dollars annually, plus RSUs and bonuses. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on your qualifications, job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. This is a full time role that will report into the Mortgage Sales Manager. This is a remote position that will be expected to be based in the San Diego Metro area and available to attend agent networking events such as Orchard happy hours and agent training once a month.

Compensation Range: The average full-time fully ramped Loan Officer earns $125-175k per year depending on performance. The structure is a draw against commission with a 3 month ramp period for new hires. The role also comes with benefits and equity in the company.

• Close a high percentage of captive leads and manage pipeline of at least 10-15 loans per month, primarily purchases with some refinances
• Work collaboratively with other teams across the Orchard ecosystem in Real Estate and Title Operations to provide the best customer outcomes
• Support weekend coverage once per month to ensure customers have the support they need even on weekends

• At least 3+ years experience with lending experience and an active NMLS license or registered (California required)
• Strong consultative sales skills to get our customers the best financial outcome and help them understand the programs available to them
