This role is crucial in overseeing the financial health and operational success of our locations within an assigned region. You'll be responsible for developing and achieving regional budgets and financial goals, ensuring our locations are profitable, and maintaining high levels of client satisfaction. You'll play a key role in business development, from lead generation to negotiating contracts and onboarding new clients. 

What you'll do

• Oversee the development and attainment of regional operating plans and budgets and reforecasts
• Participate in the development of regional financial and operational goals and achieve the determined goals
• Monitor regional financial and operational results to ensure the profitability of existing locations within the assigned region
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by ensuring open communication and mutual benefit
• Proactively address client needs and concerns, including managing budget discrepancies, maximizing revenue opportunities, and ensuring contract compliance
• Lead initiatives to improve client satisfaction and retention, including developing and acting on feedback from surveys, addressing deficiencies found in facility audits, and creating retention plans for at-risk locations
• Drive new business growth by managing the full sales cycle, from lead generation and opportunity qualification to closing deals and onboarding new clients
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with new clients
• Grow existing accounts by identifying opportunities to sell additional products and services
• Foster a culture of professional growth by mentoring subordinates, implementing development plans, addressing performance issues, and creating a fair environment for talent advancement

What we're looking for

• 5+ years of managing multiple locations, stores and properties
• Proven track record of successfully meeting or exceeding budget expectations, developing new business, and building strong client relationships
• Ability to convey complex financial information and strategies clearly to both clients and internal teams, with excellent verbal and written communication
• Strong understanding of financial analysis, including the ability to manage budgets and understand key performance indicators, along with a strong familiarity with contract structures and terms
• Experience in negotiating effectively to secure new contracts, retain existing business, and resolve potential disputes
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and Slack
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes
• Must possess a valid state-issued driver's license with a current address and acceptable driving record

• Bachelor's Degree
• Prior parking industry experience a plus

As a Revenue Management Analyst, you will be responsible for maximizing revenues for Metropolis technology-enabled commercial assets. The candidate will be integral in helping shape the direction, analysis, and processes of the Revenue Management department. We are looking for team members who are analytical, creative, and innovative, but most importantly, can use data to drive decisions. The successful candidate will be expected to develop an in-depth understanding of the marketplace and develop yield and pricing strategies to increase revenues and drive a competitive advantage for Metropolis. 

What you'll do

• Maximize revenues by developing and implementing strategies through quantitative analysis of historical parking demand, competitive environment, and consumer buying behavior
• Design and deliver high-impact client presentations that translate complex data sets into actionable insights and clear strategic narratives for external partners
• Develop a working relationship with SMEs in the field to understand the nuances of each market
• Determine optimal pricing and create new pricing products to capitalize on changes in consumer buying habits
• Build a knowledge of the digital ecosystem (distribution channels) and understand the impact of pricing actions within the ecosystem on demand
• Create and capture data-driven revenue opportunities through advanced analytics
• Proactively evaluate the effectiveness of the implemented strategies and regularly report performance trends to clients and internal leadership

What we're looking for

• BS/BA or advanced degree with experience in a quantitative discipline (economics, finance, accounting, statistics, data science, etc.)
• 2+ years of related experience at an airline, hotel, rail, shipping, cruise, or rental car company
• Intermediate to Advanced proficiency in Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel
• Ability to query data (i.e. SQL) and deliver strong business insights
• Demonstrated analytical skills, including the ability to assemble information, extract pertinent facts, draw logical conclusions, and present recommendations
• Exceptional communication skills, with a proven ability to synthesize technical findings into compelling presentations for non-technical audiences
• Leverage understanding of business processes to identify and implement solutions that will result in significant bottom-line contributions
• Interest in optimization problem-solving, economic game theory, and consumer buying behavior
• Good interpersonal skills and ability to interact with the working team and external stakeholders

This executive-level role is responsible for driving operational excellence, maximizing financial performance, and delivering exceptional customer experiences across multiple locations. The Vice President will serve as a strategic leader, overseeing a team of regional and operations managers while partnering with cross-functional leaders to scale and optimize the business.

What you'll do

• Develop and execute regional strategies to drive growth, operational efficiency, and profitability
• Identify new business opportunities and lead expansion initiatives within the region
• Collaborate with executive leadership to align regional plans with corporate goals and vision
• Define and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to drive continuous improvement
• Oversee day-to-day operations of parking facilities, ensuring high performance, safety, and compliance
• Lead technology adoption across locations to streamline operations and enhance customer experience

What we're looking for

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Urban Planning, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in multi-site operations, parking management, or facilities management, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role
• Proven ability to drive revenue growth, manage P&L, and lead large operational teams
• Deep understanding of parking industry regulations, customer experience best practices, and operational metrics
• Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to travel frequently within the assigned region
• Experience leveraging AI tools to transform static workflows into responsive, high-output processes

• MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred

This is a critical leadership role overseeing a diverse portfolio that includes our flagship commercial assets and five essential airport parking and transportation hubs for Michigan State. You will be the bridge between our cutting-edge technology and the real-world operational excellence that defines the "Recognition Economy."

What you'll do

• Lead and scale operations for a complex portfolio, including high-traffic Michigan state airport transportation and commercial assets
• Own the regional P&L; develop regional budgets, reforecast as needed, and drive profitability through both cost management and revenue growth
• Act as the primary executive contact for Michigan state and commercial clients
• Proactively address needs, manage contract compliance, and ensure 100% client retention
• Drive growth by identifying new commercial opportunities in the Michigan market, managing the full sales cycle from lead generation to onboarding
• Ensure all sites meet the "Metropolis Standard"—seamless, tech-enabled, and safe
• Oversee a team of managers, fostering a culture of ownership and high performance

What we're looking for
