As a Hospitality Operations Manager, you’ll play a key role in ensuring exceptional stays and satisfied owners within your assigned zone. You’ll work alongside Hospitality Coordinators and report to the Team Lead, Hospitality Ops. Responsibilities

• Ensure homes under your stewardship are consistently FCS and guest-ready
• Directly manage a team of housekeepers, overseeing day-to-day operations including scheduling, task assignment, performance monitoring, and providing ongoing coaching and feedback.
• Prioritize and delegate tasks, determining which responsibilities to handle directly and which to dispatch to Hospitality Coordinators for completion, such as inspections, restocks, and other hospitality touches across the zone

Qualifications

• 7+ years of professional product management experience, including 3+ years of independently owning a product / business line.
• Proven experience managing products with P&L accountability and delivering measurable business outcomes.
• Experience in mobile app ecosystems, with strong understanding of  subscription, IAP, and IAA monetization strategies. Experience with utility apps, rewarded ecosystems, social and gaming apps is a plus.
• Demonstrated success within multi-app portfolios.
• Strong analytical skills; proficiency in data tools such as Mixpanel, Google Sheets, and business performance dashboards.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, capable of influencing at the executive level.

The Principal Field Process Engineer (FPE) is a senior individual contributor within ASM’s Key Account organization (Global Sales & Services) and serves as the technical authority and escalation owner for customer‑facing process applications. This role operates with high autonomy, leading complex new product introductions (NPI) and on‑site process development, while acting as the primary technical interface between ASM Business Units and customer process teams.

As a Snr. Field Process Engineer, you will help expand ASM’s advanced film technologies at our customer’s Oregon site by developing, optimizing, and transferring innovative ALD, PEALD, PECVD, Epitaxy, and LPCVD processes. You will serve as the technical link between customer engineering teams and ASM’s global Business Unit, ensuring new products and processes are introduced smoothly and successfully. What you will be working on

• Support New Product Introduction (NPI) by training with the Business Unit to gain expertise in new deposition processes and hardware.
• Lead the introduction and transfer of new processes to the customer site.
• Partner closely with field hardware engineers and Business Unit teams to troubleshoot new products and develop proposals for process or hardware improvements.
• Design and execute on-site experiments with the customer, driving development, integration, and continuous improvement projects.
• Escalate issues in a timely manner to maintain project scope, timelines, and customer alignment.

• Strong troubleshooting and structured problem-analysis skills (KT, FMEA, Ishikawa, 7‑step, etc.).
• Experience designing, running, and interpreting DOEs and statistical experiments.
