We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Senior Finance Manager, EMEA to join our rapidly growing team in the EMEA Region. This is a critical new headcount addition that will be instrumental in stabilizing core financial controls and supporting a region expected to continue to grow its topline and investment.

Reporting to the EMEA Finance Director, the Senior Finance Manager will take ownership of essential operational and compliance duties. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, commercially astute finance professional ready to thrive in a complex, fast-paced environment characterized by significant growth, multiple markets, new product launches (including gene therapies), and evolving partner deals.

Work Model:

Responsibilities:

• Perform detailed, day-to-day Opex tracking, variance analysis, and reporting, supporting OPEX and cost savings/productivity initiatives through transparent reporting and targeted analytics
• Provide proactive budget holder support to Commercial and Medical teams, ensuring strict adherence to budgets and financial policies
• Manage and control transactional volume related to increased headcount, vendor management, and travel/expense reporting
• Generate monthly and quarterly performance reports and review with regional, country, and department managers
• Maintain controllership of expenses, with focus on all OpEx lines directly controlled by the European entities
• Deliver monthly and quarterly results reporting, including variance analysis and corrective action plans, and recommend cost-saving initiatives to achieve financial targets
• Work closely with US-based teams to support procure-to-pay, payroll, management/statutory reporting, IT, HR, and other corporate processes
• Drive process improvement projects with corporate and regional functions to deliver cost and operational efficiencies across the region
• Support monthly and quarterly financial close processes, including preparation of accruals and detailed revenue reconciliation across multiple brands, countries, and partner deals
• Lead improvements in FP&A reporting, forecasting, and automation to enhance reliability, efficiency, and insight generation
• Act as the primary liaison for Global Accounting, Supply Chain, and Tax, supporting compliance and minimizing operational risk across the region
• Identify and implement improvements in core financial processes and utilize data analytics (Power BI, Excel) to deliver insights, scenario planning, and support senior stakeholder decision-making

Requirements:

• Minimum 5+ years of progressive experience in Finance (FP&A, Controlling, or Corporate Finance), in the biotech, pharmaceutical, or life sciences sector in a European context
• Master’s degree in finance, Accounting, Economics, or relevant field; professional qualification (CFA, ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) highly desirable
• Fluent English required; additional European language (e.g., German, French) a strong asset
• Demonstrable understanding of biotech business drivers, including revenue recognition for complex licensing/partner deals and product launch dynamics
• Strong proficiency in Opex tracking, financial analysis, and budget management
• Solid understanding of revenue recognition principles within pharmaceutical or life sciences environments
• Advanced Microsoft tools skills, including Excel and Power Query, with experience using ERP/financial planning systems and Power BI
• High attention to detail with a strong focus on compliance and financial control

As a Continuous Improvement (CI) Specialist, you’ll be the person who turns “we should” into “we did” at our Almelo plant and within Pon.Bike Operations. You’ll own Lean and CI projects end-to-end, coach teams in practical ways of working, and turn data and ideas into results you can see on the floor. As a close partner with CI teammates in Dieren and Emstek, you'll connect the dots and deliver measurable gains in safety, quality, delivery, and cost.

Note: This is not a remote position. This role is based 100% onsite at Cannondale's Almelo location.

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Own and deliver CI projects from initiation through implementation and sustainment

As the Regional GTM Recruiting Manager for EMEA and APJ, you own how we build and scale our Go To Market teams across the region.

People HR Operations Associate

We’re looking for a proactive and organised People Operations Associate to join our People team, supporting our European offices — primarily the Netherlands, France, and Germany.

Wellhub is officially expanding into the Benelux region, and you will join a high-impact team at the forefront of this new venture! As the first Partner Sales & Success Senior Manager in the region, you will play a key role in building our presence from the ground up—managing both the acquisition and retention of the wellness providers that will power our network. YOUR IMPACT

Reporting to the Head of Partnerships, you will be responsible for the “Longtail” Partner Sales and Success strategy, managing a diverse network of gyms and studios that will power the wellbeing of our corporate users. You will:

• Define and optimize the Benelux sales and success playbooks, ensuring a smooth transition from partner acquisition to long-term engagement.
• Implement localized onboarding and retention flows that support partner satisfaction and profitability across each country.

The Pre-Sales Solutions Engineering organisation is responsible for the technical sale of the Cloudflare solution portfolio, ensuring maximal business value, fit-for-purpose solution design and efficient adoption roadmaps for our customers. About the Role

As a Staff Product Designer, you’ll lead design for cross-cutting platform experiences–the foundational elements that touch every workflow regardless of stage. This role requires deep collaboration; every decision ripples across the product. You’ll partner closely with Product Management, Engineering, and designers cross stages to translate ambiguity into clear direction, define solutions, and ship work that meaningfully improves the experience for developers and DevSecOps teams.

This role will be project based, starting with Knowledge Graph, and solving persistent problems that span organizational boundaries and require a holistic view of the product. Along the way, you’ll share knowledge, contribute to our Pajamas Design System, and mentor other designers. Staff designers are key culture carriers who model collaboration, iterative ways of working while pushing the bar on craft.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design on platform experience – Drive the end-to-end design process for cross-cutting features and workflows that impact users across the product. Define both tactical deliverables that solve immediate user problems and strategic outputs that connect to longer-term platform vision.

About the Role

As a Staff Product Designer for Security & Compliance, you'll lead design for complex security experiences that help organizations protect their software supply chain, manage vulnerabilities, and meet compliance requirements. This role sits at the intersection of deep technical security concepts and user-centered design—translating intricate workflows into clear, usable experiences for developers and security teams.

Your initial focus will be on Software Supply Chain Security (provenance and attestation, signing and verification, dependency firewall, SBOM, and malicious package detection). Over time, your work will span the broader Security & Compliance portfolio, including application security scanners, policy governance, vulnerability management, and agentic orchestration. You'll partner closely with Product Management and Engineering to ensure independently-owned features connect into coherent customer workflows.

This role requires deep systems thinking. Security decisions ripple across the platform—from CI/CD pipelines to registries to deployment. You'll define interaction patterns that scale across product areas, contribute foundational components to our Pajamas Design System, and help establish the design language for how GitLab communicates risk, trust, and compliance status to users.

Staff designers are key culture carriers who model collaboration, iterative ways of working, and high craft standards while mentoring other designers in the organization.

What You’ll Do

• Lead design for security and compliance experiences – Drive end-to-end design for complex security workflows across the software supply chain, including application security scanner, dependency firewall, SBOM, malicious package detection, vulnerability triage, and agentic orchestration. What you’ll do

• Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of high-priority, cross-functional programs across GitLab's engineering organization.
• Operate at the portfolio level to identify dependencies, track progress, manage risk, and help teams deliver against defined objectives, milestones, and measurable outcomes over multiple quarters.

What you’ll bring

• Proven technical program management experience, including operating at the Staff or Senior Staff level.
• Proven success leading large, complex, cross-functional programs in a fast-paced, distributed engineering environment.
• Strong technical fluency, with the ability to engage credibly with engineers and architects on topics such as continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD), cloud infrastructure, application programming interfaces (APIs), and distributed systems.
• Exceptional stakeholder management skills and strong written and verbal communication, especially when working with senior engineering and product leaders.
