We’re looking for a highly-motivated Regional Field & Channel Marketing Manager with experience across multiple marketing disciplines to deliver/execute the marketing plan in India. Responsibilities of the role:

• Campaign strategy: In collaboration with WPP Media business teams, you will lead pitches and selling to clients, create campaign strategies from a given brief and get the proposal signed off. You will also churn out creative ideas for campaigns, map creators to them and pitch the same to clients.

• Campaign implementation: Lead execution from brief to billing. Create and maintain reports for all campaigns. Build and develop solid and harmonious relationship with the business teams, agency partners and WPP stakeholders to launch and complete digital campaigns successfully

A little bit about the role: 

GenAI technology is reshaping creative production, offering creatives new tools to ideate, adapt, and deliver content faster and smarter. We’re looking for a creative, detail-oriented GenAI Integrated Designer with motion skills to join our growing team. The ideal candidate has an expert grasp of digital, social, and motion design, is eager to embrace GenAI workflows, and enjoys hands-on creation across all phases of a project. 

You’ll be trained on our proprietary AI platform, Pencil, and use this alongside other GenAI tools to produce creative solutions that stand out in the market. You’ll work collaboratively from brief to delivery on a range of assets - adapting, optimizing, and evolving content for digital marketing, social media, e-commerce, and brand campaigns. You’ll blend classic design and motion skills with GenAI-powered techniques, helping us produce scalable, standout content for high-profile brands. 

What you'll be doing: 

• Work as part of a multi-disciplinary team to ideate, create, and deliver integrated design assets across digital and social. 

• Design, layout, animate and refine digital marketing assets (static, animated, and video formats), e-commerce content, and social-first visuals - directly leveraging GenAI tools to accelerate, enhance, or transform ideation and production processes. 

• Develop assets for Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Google Display using the Pencil platform in response to client briefs. 

• Take client briefs through all steps including insight, concept, copy, image & video generation and final creative assembly using different GenAI models and techniques.

About the role: 

This is an opportunity to join Beauty AI Studio (BAIS), OLIVER's creative solution designed specifically for Unilever's Beauty & Wellbeing portfolio, as GenAI Creative Data & Insights Analyst— sitting at the intersection of data, creativity, and generative AI to drive content performance for some of the world's most iconic beauty brands, including Dove, TRESemmé, Pond's, and Simple. 

Based in the BAIS Maker Hub in India with a hybrid working arrangement, you'll be the analytical engine behind BAIS content performance — measuring the effectiveness of Gen AI-assisted content across channels and markets, surfacing actionable insights, and translating data into creative recommendations that improve output quality and campaign performance. Working closely with creative, production, client service, and Comms Strategy teams, you'll ensure the Maker Hub's output is always informed by evidence, not assumption.
