Requirements
Key Responsibilities
● Plan and execute creative marketing campaigns across digital channels, including ad concepts, copywriting, content strategy and campaign ideation.
● Coordinate the creation of marketing assets by managing product shoots, creative briefs, and AI generated visuals.
● Manage website and marketplace content to ensure listings, imagery, and messaging stay accurate and on-brand.
● Analyse ad campaign performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and work with cross functional teams to optimise marketing effectiveness.
● Plan, coordinate and execute product and lifestyle shoots, including creative direction, shot planning and on-set coordination.
● Support social media strategy, content planning, and idea generation, with a working understanding of platforms and trends.
● Own Online Reputation Management (ORM) and community management to maintain a positive brand presence.
● Manage influencer research, shortlisting, and coordination to support brand partnerships and campaigns.
● Prepare social media reports and presentations using Google Sheets/Excel and PowerPoint.

● Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives.
● Experience in brand marketing, social media, digital marketing, and PR.
● A strategic thinker who can balance creativity with data-driven decision-making.
● Comfortable managing multiple projects — shoots, campaigns, and reporting — at the same time.
