As the AI GTM Engineer, Growth Marketing, you’ll build and scale the technical foundation behind MaintainX’s acquisition engine. Reporting to the VP, Growth Marketing & Strategy, this is a hands-on, embedded role within the Growth Marketing team, where you will partner directly with marketers to design, build, and launch campaigns powered by automation and AI. You won’t operate as a separate engineering function, you’ll work side-by-side with Customer Marketing, Performance Marketing, SEO & GEO, Lifecycle, and Field Marketing teams to turn campaign ideas into scalable systems and live experiments. This role is critical to building an AI-native, system-driven marketing engine at MaintainX, enabling us to scale acquisition through automation, personalization, and experimentation.

The Software Engineer (Java) operates at a senior engineer level, driving technical direction across core product domains. The role combines deep hands-on Java engineering with architectural ownership — from high-level system design and technology selection to leading delivery of critical, cross-cutting platform capabilities.
At this level, engineering excellence extends beyond implementation: the engineer determines the right approach to complex problems, communicates technical decisions across functions, participates in hiring, and is accountable for the long-term health of the systems they own. This level demands sound judgment on technology and business trade-offs and the ability to act as a technical lead. A defining expectation is mastery of AI-assisted engineering — leveraging agentic AI tools as force multipliers while retaining full ownership of architecture, quality, and technical outcomes.
Our selection process is designed to rigorously assess a candidate’s depth of technical knowledge, problem-solving ability, and alignment with Behavox’s mission and core values.
As part of the process, candidates will first participate in a series of interviews focused on evaluating their technical expertise and engineering judgment. Candidates who successfully progress through these interviews will then be invited to complete a live technical exercise. The purpose of this live technical assessment is to validate the candidate’s stated technical competencies and assess their ability to solve complex problems with speed, accuracy, and sound engineering judgment. Meet The Team:
Pseudo-Labeling team's goal is to create high quality annotations on sensor data (images, point clouds). The annotations include 2D, 3D bounding boxes, classes, trajectories, lane lines, segmentations, depths etc. The annotations are then used by different downstream users, for example, perception teams use it to train various models and simulation teams use it for generating new data.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several geographic markets. Pay is based on a number of factors and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Torc's total compensation package will also include our corporate bonus and stock option plan. Dependent on the position offered, sign-on payments, relocation, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.

Summary
The Test Automation Architect is a senior, hands on leadership role responsible for leading and evolving the automation practice across multiple delivery teams. This role requires a strong balance of strategic thinking and technical execution. The Test Automation Architect will define automation standards, set technical direction, mentor engineers, and actively contribute to framework design and complex automation challenges when needed.
This role plays a critical part in shaping how, when, and why automation is applied across the organization, ensuring scalable, maintainable, and effective automation solutions that support fast moving delivery teams.
Responsibilities
• Lead and support multiple test automation teams while setting technical direction and quality standards
• Design, build, and evolve scalable test automation frameworks primarily using Python and or Java
• Define automation strategy and provide guidance on when automation adds value versus when manual testing is more appropriate
• Act as a technical mentor and coach, supporting team growth and adoption of best practices
• Establish and enforce automation best practices, coding standards, and review processes
• Partner closely with QA, engineering, and product stakeholders to align testing approaches with delivery goals
• Remain hands on when required by contributing to framework development, troubleshooting, and critical initiatives
• Proactively identify risks, gaps, and opportunities for improvement across automation practices
• Communicate effectively with both technical and non technical stakeholders
• Continuously evaluate and adopt new tools, technologies, and approaches to strengthen the automation practice
Technical Skills and Experience
• Strong experience as a Test Automation Architect, Lead, or Senior Automation Engineer
• Deep expertise in Python and or Java for test automation
• Proven experience building and maintaining robust automation frameworks
• Experience leading or mentoring multiple automation teams
• Strong understanding of test strategy, test design, and quality engineering principles
• Ability to balance architectural leadership with hands on execution
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Experience working effectively in a remote and distributed team environment
Nice to Have
• Experience testing IVR systems, Sierra, or contact center platforms
• Exposure to testing Generative AI solutions or LLM based systems
• Experience working in complex enterprise environments or large scale systems
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field
• Significant experience in test automation and quality engineering in senior or lead roles
• Demonstrated ability to drive automation strategy while supporting delivery teams
