Senior Product Manager, Security

The Security Product Management team is vital in safeguarding customer trust and making data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries. Our team's scope is broad and critical, covering a range of features, including Networking, IAM, Data Governance, Encryption, Compliance, and Auditing.
This role can be based out of our Toronto office or remotely in North America.
Responsibilities
- In this role, you will be a key member of security product management making data security a market differentiator that enables MongoDB to succeed in enterprise and regulated industries
- Build a vision for best-in-class data security features such as Resource Policies, Secure by Default at MongoDB, and other security and privacy features that minimize exposure to unauthorized access and risk of data loss.
- Partner with engineering to develop a prioritized product roadmap and backlog to execute against that vision.
- Deeply understand all aspects of the business - to ensure a business outcome aligned with our broader product, customer, and company goals
- Deepen our understanding of evolving threats and corresponding technologies in data security. Use customer inputs to serve as an expert and propose new innovations or best practices from the industry
- Partner with engineering, legal, research, product marketing, support, sales, and security teams to deepen customer trust as they use MongoDB for their most critical data workloads
- Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for security initiatives, ensuring alignment with business objectives and product goals
Requirements
- 5+ years of product management or equivalent experience in enterprise security or platforms
- Experience working with security focused engineers in a diverse team
- Domain expertise in data security
- Experience driving business results through influential leadership across multiple partner teams including engineering, sales, marketing, solution architects and customer success.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience presenting to executive leadership
- Proven ability to define and deliver successful product strategies and roadmaps
- Demonstrated experience in defining technical product requirements into an actionable product roadmap
- Understanding of various public cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP
- Comfortable with stage presence and public speaking
- B.Sc. in Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Nice to have
- Certifications or similar evidence of professional milestone completion and continuous training (such as: CISSP, CompTia Security+, SANS, etc.)
- Community support and participation to advance data and cloud security such as conference or meetup panels and blog or paper authorship
- MBA, M.Sc.+ or equivalent in relevant domain

Qualifications

· Diplôme de licence ou expérience équivalente en commerce, vente ou discipline associée
· Expérience dans la direction d’une équipe de professionnels orientés vente capables d’atteindre leurs objectifs
· Expérience dans la prise de décisions basées sur les données et la responsabilisation de l’équipe vis-à-vis des KPI
· Solide expérience et capacité à diriger une équipe favorisant un environnement inclusif et collaboratif

As a Studio Manager within a Lucid Sales Studio, your primary responsibility will be to directly manage, coach, develop and support a sales team with the successful articulation and delivery of the Lucid brand and ownership experience. This role will report directly to the Market Leader to lead the studio team and processes that enable the studio to achieve their sales targets.
BUSINESS HEALTH
- Coach and motivate the sales team to meet sales, test drives, delivery, and productivity goals
- Demonstrate sales leadership by role-playing and having an active presence in customer-facing locations
- Train and develop team on sales, financing and delivery processes
- Analyze data to determine optimal business strategies
- Set individual goals for your team, ensuring processes and routines are conducive to building pipeline and creating owners in order to reach studio goals
- Ensure the team is fluent in all aspects of Lucid product knowledge and relevant automotive industry offerings, and competitive landscape
- Drive for excellence in all areas of business focused on reaching expectations for the respective location
EMPLOYEE ENGAGEMENT
- Provide targeted coaching, skill development for Sales Specialists and Brand Ambassadors to excel in performance metrics with weekly one-on one meetings
- Recruitment, training and development of a high performing and customer focused team, ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner
- Provide leadership, direction and coach all members of the Sales Team to ensure a seamless experience for customers and all members of the Lucid community.
- Develop inclusive, diverse, and high performing teams through defining efficient processes and developing the sales team through teaching moments.
- Sets sales goals, timelines, and target lists for Sales Specialists and tracks results to ensure timely execution on lead generation and/or market Initiatives.
- Demonstrates a confidence in operations and planning all aspects of the business including developing monthly sales attainment plans and communication of results to team.
- Manages leads, appointments, reservations and motivates a team to deliver results by communicating company initiatives and engaging team through effective coaching, performance management and training.
CUSTOMER EXPERIENCE
- Responsible for ensuring all employees provide best-in-class experience in every interaction on the studio floor, in test drives, and through actively following up on leads
- Empower and guide employees through challenging customer concerns, to make decisions in the customers’ best interest while also supporting Lucid’s mission
- Also acts as a Senior Sales Advisor, handling high-potential customers
- Clientele management for VIP customers
- Your hands-on leadership will assist in coaching and training your sales team to deliver an exceptional experience that touches both the heart and mind of the customer.
STUDIO OPERATIONS
- Own the operations within the studio to ensure the customer journey is frictionless and seamless from reservation through to delivery.
- Supervise merchandising product inventory and display
- Manage and coordinate Studio team scheduling.
- Partner with Retail Operations and coordinate with vendors and service providers as needed
- Ensure facility maintenance and showroom presentation adhere to the brand standards
- Thrives in a fast-paced environment where innovation is inevitable, and change is expected.
- Assist with daily operations as needed
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of store management experience in retail, luxury or hospitality.
- Automotive sales management experience preferred
- A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in business, sales, or related discipline.
- Experience with leading a team of sales focused professionals that can deliver an achievement of their targets.
- Experience making data driven decisions and holding team accountable to KPI’s
- Extensive experience and ability to lead a team that fosters an inclusive and collaborative environment.
- Acts with urgency and champions excellence in all company objectives.
- Proficient in English with a secondary language skill set being a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products, CRM tools (i.e. Salesforce) and retail business systems.
- Demonstrates a passion for electric vehicles and premium vehicle markets.
- Ability to work evenings and weekends in a retail environment
- Ability to obtain appropriate state DMV licensing, where applicable
- Valid driver’s license with no suspensions within the past year. Drivers under 21 must have maintained a Driver’s License for a minimum of 3 years and successfully complete Lucid Training upon hire

About the Role
As a Marketing Events Manager 3, you will lead the strategy, planning, execution and optimisation of global third-party and company-owned events that drive pipeline growth, accelerate revenue and strengthen brand authority. Reporting to the Head of Marketing Programmes (Events), this role operates with significant autonomy and contributes directly to regional and global marketing strategy. This is not a purely executional position; it requires strong commercial judgement, cross-functional leadership and a clear focus on measurable business impact.
You will own the strategic development of Behavox’s event portfolio by researching, evaluating and prioritising industry conferences and sponsorship opportunities aligned to our ideal customer profile and revenue objectives. You will build and manage annual and quarterly event roadmaps tied to pipeline targets, while forecasting and controlling budgets to ensure maximum return on investment.
In addition to third-party events, you will design and scale company owned experiences, including executive roundtables, client forums and flagship gatherings. These initiatives will strengthen customer engagement, elevate brand perception and create differentiated market positioning. Meet the Team
As a Senior Machine Learning Engineer – Camera Models, you will develop and deploy machine learning models that power camera-based perception for autonomous trucks. The Camera Models team builds and maintains core vision systems that enable the autonomy stack to understand the environment, detect and localize objects, and estimate scene structure from camera data.
Working closely with teams across perception, data, and infrastructure, you will own the development and improvement of robust, scalable camera-based models that support safe and reliable autonomous driving in real-world freight environments.
This role focuses on owning model development for scoped problem areas, improving system performance through iteration, and delivering production-ready machine learning solutions within the autonomy stack.
What You’ll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy deep learning models for camera-based perception (e.g., object detection, segmentation, depth estimation, scene understanding)
- Own end-to-end model development for scoped areas, from data curation and training to evaluation and deployment
- Write production-quality ML code to support scalable training, evaluation, and inference pipelines
- Analyze model performance across diverse driving scenarios, identify failure modes, and improve robustness and generalization
- Contribute to and improve large-scale training pipelines, including dataset preparation, distributed training, and experiment tracking
- Partner with data teams to improve dataset quality, including labeling strategies and coverage of edge cases
- Collaborate with perception, simulation, and validation teams to evaluate and integrate models into the autonomy stack
- Improve tooling, workflows, and infrastructure to accelerate experimentation and model iteration
- Contribute to model architecture decisions and technical discussions within the team

What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, Machine Learning, or a related technical field with 6+ years of industry experience, OR Master’s degree with 3+ years OR PhD with 1+ years of experience
- Experience developing and deploying deep learning models for computer vision or perception systems
- Strong programming skills in Python and PyTorch, with experience writing production-quality ML code
- Experience training and evaluating models using large-scale datasets and distributed compute environments
- Solid understanding of modern deep learning architectures used in perception (e.g., CNNs, transformers, multi-task models)
- Experience debugging model behavior, analyzing performance metrics, and improving model reliability
- Ability to translate ambiguous problems into structured ML solutions and deliver independently

What You’ll Do
As a Senior Software Engineer on AdKit CE&C, you will be directly involved in bringing our software solution toward its long-term implementation. To successfully accomplish this, you would need to:
- Own the design and architecture for a scalable sensor calibration pipeline in C++, leveraging available libraries (OpenCV, linear algebra libraries) for real-time and offline calibration.
- Deep expertise in linear algebra to lead the design and implementation of spatial computational system for multi-modals sensor platforms. Apply advanced mathematical rigor using Lie groups, quaternions, and 3D transformations to ensure accurate spatial calibration.
- Lead the development of specialized dedicated libraries allowing sensor-to-sensor extrinsic calibration (lidar-camera, imu-lidar, etc.) using multi-sensor targetless detections during robotics missions.
- Experience with camera intrinsic and extrinsic calibration.
- Drive the design and maintenance of simulation tools and data pipelines for sensor modeling, calibration validation, and large-scale regression testing.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with perception, simulation, and platform teams to define calibration requirements, set best practices, and ensure robustness across hardware configurations and software releases.
- Establish and maintain CI/CD-integrated calibration workflows using Docker, Bazel, and Git to enable reproducible, automated testing and deployment.
- Lead deep-dive debugging and root-cause analysis of complex sensor alignment issues in vehicle logs and simulation using ROS tools, rviz, and custom visualization utilities.
- Mentor junior engineers and contribute to technical reviews, fostering a culture of high-quality software design and code excellence.
What You’ll Need to Succeed
- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Robotics, Electrical Engineering, or a related field with 5–7+ years of experience (or a Master’s Degree with 3–5+ years of experience).
- Proven expertise in Python and C++ for algorithm development, system design, and high-performance tooling.
- Advanced experience with OpenCV, ROS, and numerical libraries for computer vision and robotics applications.

As a Staff Machine Learning Engineer specializing in BEV (Bird’s-Eye View) and Multi-Modal Perception, you will lead the development of next-generation models that unify information across cameras, LiDAR and radar to deliver a rich spatial understanding of the driving environment.
You will drive architectural innovation, large-scale model training, and data-driven improvements that directly advance the perception capabilities at the heart of Torc’s autonomous driving stack.
This is a technical leadership role focused on model innovation and maturity, not downstream feature integration.
What You’ll Do
- Lead BEV model development: Define and execute the technical roadmap for BEV-based perception models across multiple tasks (e.g., detection, segmentation, road topology, and scene understanding).
- Design advanced multi-modal architectures that fuse heterogeneous sensor data (camera, LiDAR, radar, HD maps) into unified spatial representations.
- Develop foundational perception models leveraging BEV transformers, voxel-based encoders, or implicit scene representations.
- Own large-scale training workflows — from data sampling strategies and augmentation pipelines to distributed training and hyperparameter optimization.
- Advance model robustness and generalization, addressing long-tail conditions such as low visibility, occlusions, and rare scene configurations.
- Establish evaluation frameworks for geometric accuracy, temporal stability, and cross-domain transfer performance.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sensor calibration, mapping, and fusion teams to ensure cohesive perception model interfaces.

- 10+ years of experience in deep learning for perception, 3D vision, and/or autonomous systems

- Proven expertise in BEV modeling, 3D scene understanding, and multi-view fusion.
- Strong background in multi-modal sensor fusion, particularly integrating camera and LiDAR data.

Our team is tasked with enabling ML developers across Torc to build the most advanced autonomous vehicle solutions at scale. We are the team responsible for enabling the full ML experimentation process, from ideation to training and validation, to comparison between models on the same lineage to conversion of an optimal model to a viable truck format. Torc is marching towards its AV 3.0 strategy. Simulation and Data Generation are key elements towards autonomous trucking. The team builds the sensor simulation based on Neural Rendering and Generative models for Torc’s data-driven simulator. High-quality data from novel scenarios close the domain data gap, solving one of the biggest challenges for safe autonomous driving. The team works on state-of-the-art approaches for Neural Rendering and data generation for camera, LiDAR, and Radar sensor data, that contributes to the Torc’s data workflow for training and validation across the complete AV stack.
What You’ll Do:
- Implement the latest research advances in Neural Rendering and generative models
- Translate cutting edge solution in the domain of autonomous driving for high-quality Camera, LiDAR and Radar sensor simulations
- Support implementing a neural rendering framework that allows to scale perception simulation and AV 3.0 training
- Integrate the framework in a cloud environment and automate the pipeline to allow scaling for the target verification and validation of our autonomous trucks
- Own development projects in the team – From research, design, to implementation, testing and deployment
- Design, implement, test and deploy shippable production quality software starting from early prototypes using disciplined software development processes.
- Work in the cloud machine learning ecosystem alongside other machine learning services existing in the company.

Meet The Team:
Pseudo-Labeling team's goal is to create high quality annotations on sensor data (images, point clouds). The annotations include 2D, 3D bounding boxes, classes, trajectories, lane lines, segmentations, depths etc. The annotations are then used by different downstream users, for example, perception teams use it to train various models and simulation teams use it for generating new data.
What You’ll Do:
- Design, implement, test and deploy offline object detection, tracking and fusion modules to automatically create annotations on Cloud Services from logged sensor data (Cameras, Lidars, Radars)
- Demonstrated project management skills, serving as project lead guiding less experienced team members in multiple facets of project execution.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in AI and ML for autonomous driving.

- Scaled ML Operations (MLOps) and Tooling – ML Frameworks, experiment tracking, model registry, MLFLow, Weights and Biases, ML Metrics and Evaluation / Quality.
- Distributed machine learning frameworks - PyTorch, Lightning, Ray.
- Model Data Curation - Parquet data processing (PyArrow, Daft, Pandas, etc).
- Development Tools & Eco-System (at scale) - Proficiency in Python software development. Also, VDI and cloud-based development environments, CI Systems (GitHub Actions), and Docker.
