This is the base pay range for this position. Compensation for the role will depend on a number of factors, including the candidate's qualifications, skills, competencies, location and experience, and may fall outside of the range shown. The total target base compensation for this role will be between $70,000 and $93,000 per year at the commencement of employment. In addition to base compensation, this role offers a target performance-based bonus. The target total cash compensation range, including potential bonus, will be between $92,000 and $120,000 per year. Two or more employees complete lifts of greater than 80 pounds.
Pushing/Pulling/Bending/Stooping: The Warehouse Operator occasionally pushes/pulls filled bags when re-stacking a pallet. The Warehouse Operator pushes/pulls while using brooms and dust mops during cleanup duties. The Warehouse Operator bends and stoops occasionally throughout the workday for varying lengths of time.
Squatting/Kneeling/Crawling/Twisting/Turning: The Warehouse Operator may squat to pick up product from the floor, or during various cleanup duties. Occasional slight twisting and turning at the waist when sampling powder, or when re-stacking pallets.
