About the team

The Employee Relations and HR Compliance team is a relatively new center of excellence here at Stripe. What you’ll do

We are looking for an Employee Relations Partner to join our team at Stripe. This individual will have deep subject knowledge and expertise in employee relations and will be an instrumental part of the team, focusing on improving and implementing frameworks, guidelines, approaches, and best practices. The Employee Relations Partner will be highly cross functional and collaborative, partnering to inform and support Stripes and their managers.

Responsibilities

Case Management

• Provide support to or personally lead medium to high complexity employee relations investigations, making recommendations on appropriate courses of action, matching investigation strategy to the complexity, risk, sensitivity, and confidentiality of the investigation
• Guide escalated performance management cases, supporting our People Partner and People Specialist teams
• Ensure cases are handled fairly, consistently, transparently, in a timely fashion, and in line with operating principles, policies, and appropriate local laws

Advising 

• Counsel People Partners, People Specialists, and business leaders on ER issues, trends and risks to foster sound business decisions. As needed, advise on cross-people team projects 
• Ensure that optimal decisions are made by leaders, People Partners/Specialists and other stakeholders through influencing, coaching, and by providing technical expertise and sound strategy
• Collect, analyze, interpret and make recommendations on ER related data

Other Projects

• • Conduct training for leaders, managers, employees, People Partners, People Specialists, Talent Partners, and other stakeholders
  • Establish best practices for working within an organized case management system (HR Acuity preferred) and ensure that we are leveraging data and insights from the system to inform our approach to employee relations

Minimum requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; JD, MBA, or other Advanced Degree preferred
• 3-5 years of Employee Relations/Human Resources or equivalent experience managing complex global investigations

OVERVIEW:

The Product Safety & Compliance Engineer LATAM will have a direct partnership with our regional product team, certification partners, and product management team for all aspects of regulatory compliance and product certification. The candidate will be responsible for leading multiple certification projects from product concept to mass production, ensuring that all market access requirements are met and that product designs employ appropriate risk mitigation solutions.

A day in the life:

As a Senior Account Director, you’ll be responsible for working with clients in the Healthcare division. You will have a broad and varied background with hands-on experience across many digital marketing channels and tools. This role will work to drive performance through integrated marketing tactics across paid, owned and earned channels. As a seasoned business consultant, the Senior Account Director will guide and counsel clients on how marketing tactics can drive business outcomes. The Senior Account Director will manage direct reports and lead cross-functional account teams of highly-talented marketers by working closely to optimize their efforts and provide strategic guidance. In collaboration with Account Managers, they will spearhead service expansions, manage media, craft testing roadmaps and lead tactical pivots when necessary. The Vice President – Operations & Underwriting will play a central role in supporting both Mexico-based transactions under DOPV and US-originated private-credit and factoring facilities, acting as a shared resource across the two platforms.

Description

Deep Ocean Partners is seeking an Operations & Underwriting Associate to join its Mexico City office.  This is a multi-disciplinary, high-impact role that combines operational leadership within Deep Ocean’s factoring and receivables-finance platform with analytical support for the firm’s private-credit and ABL execution efforts across both the United States and Mexico.

This position will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day mechanics of factoring and asset-backed lending operations, including borrower onboarding, collateral verification, cash-flow management, and reporting accuracy. In parallel, the role will contribute to deal underwriting, due diligence, and closing execution, supporting Deep Ocean’s and DOPV’s portfolio of transactions across fintech, e-commerce, manufacturing, and specialty-finance verticals.

The successful candidate will be an operationally strong, analytically minded professional capable of bridging disciplines — equally comfortable managing daily funding and collections processes as they are reviewing borrowing-base models or underwriting a new facility. They will serve as a critical connective node between Deep Ocean’s Mexico-based borrowers, servicing partners, and its Portfolio & Asset Management teams in New York and Mexico City.

This position offers a rare opportunity to contribute to the scaling of a cross-border institutional credit platform and to work directly with senior leadership on both sides of the joint venture.

Key Responsibilities

Operational Management (Factoring & ABL)

• Oversee day-to-day operations of factoring and receivables-finance transactions, including borrower funding, reserve management, collections, and reconciliations.
• Validate invoice and payor eligibility, perform receivable verification, and manage notification processes to ensure compliance with facility documentation.
• Maintain real-time visibility into collateral pools, concentrations, dilutions, and aging across multiple borrowers.
• Coordinate with local accountants, servicers, and legal counsel to ensure adherence to transaction mechanics and reserve policies.
• Manage and enhance operational dashboards, borrower data feeds, and reporting protocols.
• Identify and implement process improvements to strengthen accuracy, transparency, and scalability of factoring and ABL operations.

Underwriting & Due Diligence

• Support underwriting of new private-credit transactions, including financial modeling, collateral evaluation, and scenario analyses.
• Conduct borrower diligence focusing on customer concentrations, working-capital efficiency, and cash-flow predictability.
• Assist in drafting investment memoranda, credit committee materials, and structuring recommendations.
• Coordinate with external counsel, auditors, and field examiners during diligence and documentation phases.
• Participate in the design of borrowing-base mechanics, advance-rate schedules, and covenant frameworks.

Execution & Portfolio Support

• Manage closing workflows in coordination with legal, tax, and accounting teams across both the US and Mexico.

Career TEAM is looking to hire a Career Advisor who will perform professional work providing career counseling, intensive case management, and follow-up services. Work is performed under the supervision of the WIOA Program Lead. The Career Advisor reports to the WIOA Program Lead. This position is expected to be 100% onsite. Your Impact on Career Team's Success:

• Provide intensive case management services to registered customers within the One-Stop system;
• Complete intake and eligibility determination for the workforce program. Assess jobseekers’ employment and training needs and abilities through interviewing, testing and other methods;
• Enter data into and otherwise use and process clients through any participant information system as required, and any other database as required by the One-Stop system;
• Guide jobseekers through the preparation of individual employment plans (IEP) based on their specific occupational goals;
• Counsel clients on available job opportunities, training programs, and other services;
• Complete Individual Training Account (ITA) vouchers, and other documents required for clients entering training;
• Refer individuals to appropriate services, training programs or job opportunities and follow-up on those activities;
• Conduct orientation sessions, workshops, job clubs and other group presentations for clients;
• Follow all policies, procedures and regulations related to eligibility documentation to ensure that case files have originals and/or copies of eligibility documentation;
• Maintain accurate individual case files for each registered customer assuring that each file contains all required eligibility documents and meets compliance requirements;
• Develop a comprehensive Individual Employment Plan (IEP) for all customers;
• Provide referral and tracking of eligible customers into contracted programs provided on-site at the One-Stop centers and/or located in the community in accordance with established contracts;
• Meet and/or exceed program benchmarks. Participate in all staff related events as required including but not limited to: training, staff meetings and individual supervision;
• Complete all required reports;

• Other duties and projects as needed.

The Ideal Qualifications Include: 

• High School diploma or equivalent;
• Experience combining elements of training, counseling, case management or other services;
• Experience with computer proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Google suite including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Google Mail, Google Calendar, Google Docs, Google Sheets, and Google Drive

Position Overview:
As an Onboarding Specialist , you will work as part of the global Customer Success Team, with the expectation to deliver outstanding experiences during the client’s onboarding journey. You will collaborate cross functionally with Customer Success, Marketing, Sales, and Product and own the critical early phase of the client lifecycle. You will oversee the client’s technical enablement and deliver initial training to ensure early product adoption. You will be responsible for understanding each client’s business requirements and tailoring their onboarding and training, with the goal of helping them realize the quickest time-to-value and a strong return on their investment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the Client Onboarding Experience: Serve as primary contact, develop tailored onboarding plans, coordinate with cross-functional teams, monitor progress, and address challenges.
• Provide Initial Product Training: Provide product instruction during the initial stage of the client’s onboarding process in coordination with the account’s Customer Success Manager.
• Drive Early Product Adoption: Assess client requirements, customize onboarding/training sessions, provide insights, and iterate strategies based on feedback.
• Manage Product Setup and Configuration: Guide clients through the initial setup process, including configuring accounts and software settings to align with their requirements.
• Understand and Document Client Milestones: Fully understand client objectives, document milestones, and collaborate with Customer Success Managers and Training Specialists to help ensure seamless client journey progression.
• Provide Subject Matter Expertise and Deliver Best Practices: Act as a subject matter expert for best- practice product usage during client onboarding, aligning common governance-related tasks with product capabilities to help drive full value realization.
• Provide Ongoing Client Support During Onboarding: Address questions, concerns, and technical issues via email and phone, troubleshoot problems, and escalate complex issues.
• Seek, Monitor, and Escalate Feedback: Monitor client survey feedback to assess the effectiveness of the onboarding experience, leverage the feedback to continuously improve the experience, and relay client product suggestions to help the company continue to enhance its product offerings.

Required Experience/Skills

• 1-3 years of technical or account management experience in client-facing roles, such as SaaS/software onboarding, Customer Success, or Customer Support.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in a relevant discipline preferred.
• Experience in strategic planning, goal setting, and performance measurement frameworks.

We are a data science–led and AI-enabled private credit platform, focused on providing asset-backed lending (ABL) solutions to fintech, B2B SaaS, eCommerce, and other tech-enabled companies in Mexico. Our products include structured credit, factoring, and working capital facilities ranging from MXN $100–1,000 million ($5–50M USD equivalent), designed to scale alongside fast-growing businesses.

For DOPV, we are looking for an Investment Operations Analyst who will play a critical role in the day-to-day execution and monitoring of our structured credit portfolio. The role is responsible for ensuring seamless deal closings, ongoing compliance with contractual obligations, and effective coordination across all stakeholders, including trustees, master servicers, legal counsel, portfolio companies, and investors.

This is a hands-on, execution-heavy position that combines operational rigor with real-world coordination. It requires both office-based work and frequent in-person engagement with external counterparties such as notaries, trustees, and clients.

Key Responsibilities

Deal Closing & Execution

• Coordinate the end-to-end closing process for structured credit transactions
• Collect and track execution of legal documentation across all parties
• Coordinate with notaries for document formalization and notarization
• Manage and follow up on Conditions Precedent (CPs) through full satisfaction
• Maintain document version control during negotiations with counterparties
• Act as the operational point person between internal teams, trustees, and portfolio companies during closings
  
  

Portfolio Monitoring

• Track compliance with financial covenants and performance tests for each transaction
• Maintain a detailed calendar of contractual obligations and key dates
• Receive, review, and archive periodic reports from the master services
• Prepare internal monitoring memos for review by the Investment Manager
• Track renewals and validity of insurance policies, powers of attorney, and other time-sensitive documentation
  
  

Third-Party Coordination

• Serve as the operational liaison with external legal counsel on execution-related matters
• Coordinate with trustees on payment instructions, collateral releases, and operational processes

• Prepare and distribute capital call notices to investors
• Coordinate the execution of investor distributions
• Prepare and circulate periodic investor reporting (quarterly reports, statements, notices)
• Maintain accurate records of investor commitments, capital calls, and distributions
