About the role
Roku is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented Executive Assistant to support our VP-level engineering leaders across the United States and EMEA. Use Snowflake, SQL, and Tableau-powered reporting to understand demand, contact drivers, automation performance, and agent experience, and to recommend concrete actions.
Lead Automation and AI Optimization
Partner with the Automation Analyst to evaluate and improve automation performance (e.g., bots, deflection, self-service, AI tools).
Define success metrics and measurement plans for new automation, ensuring they reduce effort without degrading CX.
Establish feedback loops with QA, frontline teams, and stakeholders so automation changes are tested, monitored, and iterated.
Partner with Operations and QA to Lift Frontline Experience
Work closely with the CX Sr. Supervisor and QA/Training/Upskilling teams to ensure processes, coaching, and quality programs align to CX goals.
Connect QA insights and Level AI (or similar tools) outputs to coaching, training, and process improvements.
Manage Stakeholders and Cross-Functional Alignment

The Quality Assurance team drives customer support insights to both our internal & BPO partner stakeholders, utilizing our quality assurance audit data as well as exciting new technologies in Conversational Intelligence AI. As a Senior Associate, Calibration Insights Analyst, you’ll be a key architect of calibration excellence across DoorDash Support. This role requires comfort working with GPT/LLM-based systems and the ability to turn raw calibration data into insights that influence our long-term QA strategy.

You’ll help maintain trust in our machine learning model’s QA outputs by ensuring our quality signals are precise, fair, and strategically useful.
This role requires comfort working with GPT/LLM-based systems and the ability to turn raw calibration data into insights that influence our long-term QA strategy.
You will report to the Supervisor Model Calibration Team (MCT) in our CXI QA organization. This role is hybrid and will require an in-office presence, typically 1 day per week, or as the business needs dictate.

The Quality Assurance team drives customer support insights to both our internal & BPO partner stakeholders, utilizing our quality assurance audit data as well as exciting new technologies in Conversational Intelligence AI. The team’s primary role will be to establish mechanisms to ensure our quality audits consistently provide insights that drive process improvements in our support experience.
As a Senior Associate, Calibration Insights Analyst, you’ll be a key architect of calibration excellence across DoorDash Support. You will lead analytical deep dives to identify root causes of quality misalignment, investigate edge cases, and surface systemic opportunities to improve how our GenAI-powered QA systems operate.
You’ll collaborate closely with Model Calibration Specialists, the Performance Excellence team, and stakeholders across CXI to implement projects that improve agent performance, policy alignment, and customer outcomes. You’ll help maintain trust in our machine learning model’s QA outputs by ensuring our quality signals are precise, fair, and strategically useful.
This role requires comfort working with GPT/LLM-based systems and the ability to turn raw calibration data into insights that influence our long-term QA strategy.
You will report to the Supervisor Model Calibration Team (MCT) in our CXI QA organization. This role is hybrid and will require an in-office presence, typically 1 day per week, or as the business needs dictate.

This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager who sits in Mexico City.
