Overview
We're looking to hire for our Data side of our AI team at Speechify. This role is responsible for all aspects of data collection to support our model training operations. We are able to build high-quality datasets at petabyte-scale and low cost through a tight integration of infrastructure, engineering, and research work. We are looking for a skilled Software Engineer to join us.

Are you looking to grow your career in international trade? We’re seeking an Import/Export Analyst to support global shipment operations with accuracy and efficiency.
Impact in This Role
In this role, you will coordinate and monitor international shipments, ensuring smooth execution of both import and export operations. You will manage shipment pre-alerts (primarily with UPS) and provide ongoing tracking of inbound and outbound shipments to ensure visibility, on-time delivery, and issue resolution.
You’ll partner closely with the Billing/Finance team to align shipment data with financial documentation and support accurate invoicing. You’ll also create and validate key export documents (such as Commercial Invoices and Packing Lists), ensuring compliance with international trade regulations.

Experience with ATS platforms (Greenhouse a plus).
