The DoorDash Campaign Operations team’s mission is to efficiently deliver high quality, relevant communications that meet the needs of our audiences, globally. To accomplish this mission, we’re building a team of technical CRM experts who build, QA, and launch marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. This team is goaled on high quality campaign delivery and operational efficiency so that each campaign reaches the correct audience on-time with excellent craft.
As the Senior Associate, Campaign Operations, you will be responsible for building, testing and launching Retention Marketing campaigns designed by our Lifecycle Marketing partners. You will partner closely with the Lifecycle Marketing team and Project Managers to ensure each campaign has completed all required steps prior to launch, and is delivered on time to the end-consumer, with high quality and excellent craft. You will be responsible for the high quality campaign delivery rate and production efficiency of each campaign launch. This role will report to the Campaign Ops Manager who sits in Mexico City.

In this role, you will lead and build the Bridge Financial Crimes Operations team, which was established following Stripe’s acquisition. You will manage a team of Operations Associates dedicated to mitigating financial crime risks specifically for Bridge customers and end-users. Your main focus will be guiding the team through critical Anti-Money Laundering (AML) reviews. This includes overseeing the validation of customer and end-user data and documentation, analyzing transactions and on-chain activity, and assessing customer behavior to effectively detect and prevent money laundering and other financial crimes within the Bridge ecosystem.
The Financial Crimes Operations Manager will be an adaptable leader and cultivate the engagement of their team members while guiding them to be the best they can be, through feedback, coaching, mentoring, and advocacy within the organization. This means helping to set team goals, and using metrics to efficiently measure and guide team performance in pursuit of those goals. To be a fit, you will have a strong operations mindset, be able to move quickly, and be passionate about delivering an incredible user experience.

The Jr. Key Account Manager is a Lead-level individual contributor responsible for the day-to-day operational execution of SharkNinja’s Price Clubs business in Mexico, with primary ownership of Sam’s Club. This role focuses on ensuring accurate forecasts, clean execution, inventory control, and operational readiness for high-volume club programs, while supporting additional club customers such as Costco and City Club as needed.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
The Manager for Mexico DC Operations is a critical member of the Operations team and owner of the 3PL relationships, execution, P&L, future strategy and results. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing strategies that will deliver extraordinary service to our consumers, while improving cost structures and driving growth. Additionally, this leader will embody and drive the “maniacally eliminate inefficiencies” objective and mindset. Act as the primary technical and performance point of contact for the Catapult ecosystem in their region, supporting clubs, federation staff, and internal teams.
Promote global sports excellence by developing customer relationships that drive retention, product adoption, and long-term success.
Provide high-quality training, education, and platform tutorials to performance staff, analysts, and coaching teams.
Demonstrate the ability to operate and support the full Catapult product ecosystem, including Vector, OpenField, Focus, Perch, Science for Sport, MatchTracker, and IMPECT, helping teams integrate these technologies into their daily performance workflows.
Support performance departments in structuring and interpreting performance data, helping them integrate Catapult data with internal data analysis workflows and reporting systems.

Our Product Marketing team imagines the ideal experience for our community and works backwards, creating innovative products that delight our guests and hosts. They deeply understand the needs of our users and translate these into a product strategy that combines strong product thinking and deep research. The Difference You Will Make:
The International Product Marketing team is part of the Worldwide Product Marketing team. We are looking for entrepreneurial product experts who are ready to jump in, roll their sleeves up and integrate with local and regional teams, while maintaining close alignment with the worldwide teams. This role will help build out the new functional area outside of the US and will be instrumental in shaping the organization as it evolves. The cross functional model we use at Airbnb requires close partnerships across multiple teams – this role requires a highly collaborative, flexible individual who can influence and collaborate with teams across the world.
As the Product Manager based in our LATAM region, you will report to the Product Marketing Director for International Markets. As the product marketing leader for the market(s) in LATAM, you will play a pivotal role in understanding the needs, pain points, and behavior of users and translate those insights into innovative product features, capabilities and marketing strategies. The ideal candidate will possess a deep understanding of the travel industry at a market and broader regional level, and have a proven track record of driving product innovation. You will collaborate with the global business and country teams to develop partnerships that accelerate existing and new businesses. You will drive features in major releases and for test and learn pilots, after having successfully championed customization and features for your target country/region. You will also determine how they are communicated to the public and the media in your region in partnership with other communications and marketing teams. You are responsible for the success of Airbnb products throughout their life cycle — from concept to release. You will be the voice of our products for the market in your region and love the journey from taking a product from idea to reality.
