The Venue Manager oversees the entire lifecycle of each relevant venue in the region - including but not limited to scouting, negotiating, contracting, running smooth operations, and financial monitoring. 

Scouting & Contracting:

• Identify venue opportunities, inspect them and perform due diligence with internal and external stakeholders

• Allocate pass-through costs correctly (e.g., electricity) to projects/partners.

Venue Portfolio Management:

• Keep venue documentation and tech specs updated for internal/external stakeholders.

• Venue Management Plan
• Occupancy permit and DA requirements (e.g., liquor license, renewals)
• Legal/regulatory standards (e.g., noise, disability access)
• Oversee maintenance, health, and security:
• Source providers (utilities, cleaning, broadband, waste, etc.)
• Coordinate preventive/corrective maintenance
• Request and manage quotes and contractor appointments
• Maintain tracker of maintenance/security requirements
• Draft agreement templates in conjunction with the Legal team.
• Manage and coordinate site visits with partners.

Events Management (with FO/partners):

• Collaborate with Fever PMs, Producers, Ops to meet compliance standards.
• Maintain venue listings and respond to rental inquiries.
• Support liquor and development application processes.
• Assist in sourcing venue-related services (cleaning, maintenance, etc.).
• Monitor booking tracker and manage venue hires:
• Serve as PoC for partners and onboard hirers
• Respond to rental inquiries
• Manage hire process (soft booking, deposit, contracts)

About You:

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced, passionate and critical-thinking Production Team Lead to lead the production team who delivers our portfolio of “touring and recurring experiences” in the Australia & New Zealand market as well as taking ownership on some top priority projects. This person will oversee all aspects of production conducted in the region, ensuring that high-quality experiences are delivered across the board. Australia is one of Fever’s best performing markets; so this role will oversee the production of a wide variety of exciting experiences across all verticals and from around the world.  

The ideal candidate will show a talent for leadership and teamwork, flexibility, the ability to juggle multiple priorities, a close attention to detail, and meet deadlines while staying within budgets in challenging conditions. This role requires a proven track record in live event production and/or immersive experiences, with experience in the production and delivery of permanent attractions as a strong plus.

You will:

• Manage the Australia Production team on regional FO productions, creating a supportive team environment, and focusing on the development of team members,
• Assess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed 
• Support the team to manage priorities, oversee progress towards deliverables and find solutions to complex situations,
• Provide production expertise to support in the feasibility and planning stages of the pipeline development, 
• Management of kit movement, trucking plans, and cross-loading between sites,
• Venue preparation: overseeing venue procurement and technical validation for various site types (e.g. parks, stadiums or open fields),
• Responsibility for build costing, monitoring budgets and identifying potential cost overruns proactively,

Preferred Qualifications

You have a successful track record of production management of live events, immersive experiences, and/or permanent attractions with strong oral and written communication skills. Candidates must be proficient in:

• Permitting: Deep knowledge of local government approvals, including event permits, planning, building and signage
• Liquor Licensing: Experience navigating Australian liquor regulations, which can be complex and vary by state.
• Safety Standards: Working knowledge of BCA requirements, safety standards, and fire codes for public indoor and outdoor spaces.

Requirements:

• 7+ years of experience in the live event production industry 
• 1-2 years of people management experience

Your Impact  

As Commercial Manager based in Melbourne, you will report to the Associate Commercial Director and play a key role within the Development team, driving the commercial performance of AirTrunk's hyperscale data centre projects. You will focus on cost reporting, forecasting, supplier negotiations, variations, claims assessment and proactive commercial risk management to help secure strong project outcomes. Working closely with teams and leadership across APJ, you will make your mark in a number of ways: 

• You will own project commercial management inputs, including cost reporting, forecast accuracy, commitments, variations and final account outcomes; 
• You will lead commercial negotiations with General Contractors and Suppliers, balancing cost, programme, risk and stakeholder priorities;

As a Technical Services Manager (TSM), you will partner closely with the Senior Technical Services Manager (STSM) and Operations team to help deliver reliable, high-performance data centre operations. This role offers the opportunity to lead critical activities, build strong customer relationships, and contribute to a culture of safety, inclusion, and continuous improvement.

What you'll do

• Take ownership of a defined site area or customer portfolio, managing operations and escalating priorities as needed

• Plan, coordinate, and oversee preventive and reactive maintenance, ensuring change and incident processes are followed

• Collaborate with Development teams on construction and installations, ensuring systems meet operational standards

• Ensure compliance with SOPs, MOPs, EOPs, and regulatory requirements (safety, environmental, building, and industry accreditations)

As a Legal Manager you’ll be joining the Legal, Risk and Compliance pillar, which supports Akaysha’s operations as a global corporation across every phase of the asset lifecycle—from design and build through to ownership and operation. Overseeing regulatory compliance, contracts and IP, risk, governance, insurance, and transaction support, the team has recently delivered significant outcomes across regulatory tenders, financing facilities, and large-scale asset construction.

• Maintain accurate and up to date contract records and documentation.

Qualifications:

• 6+ years of contracts management experience 
• Strong knowledge of contract law and commercial terms and conditions
  Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to analyze and interpret terms and conditions
• Attention to detail and ability to work across functions
