About The Role

Together AI is scaling its own data center infrastructure to power the next generation of AI workloads. We are looking for a Sr. Program Manager, Data Center Build to serve as our representative across our physical infrastructure builds. In this role, you will manage critical data center builds, coordinate infrastructure deployment, and drive projects from contract negotiation through commissioning and data center fit out. You will own the full deployment lifecycle, ensuring builds are delivered on time, on budget, and to the quality standards required for high-density AI compute environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as Together’s representative on data center construction and expansion projects, managing data center providers, sub-contractors, and other third-party vendors from planning through fit-out.
• Oversee all phases of physical infrastructure delivery at data center sites, including site preparation, MEP installation, commissioning, facility readiness, white space fit out, and turnover to operations teams.
• Manage partner contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), schedules, and change orders; track progress against milestones and hold partners accountable to performance, cost, and timeline commitments.
• Coordinate with external partners, including data center providers, owner’s reps, GCs, design consultants, and commissioning agents, to resolve field issues and keep builds on track.
• Track equipment deliveries from vendors, coordinating delivery schedules with construction milestones to ensure materials arrive on time.
• Provide regular project status reporting to leadership, including schedule updates, risk registers, budget forecasts, and key decision points.
• Drive process improvements across the data center build-out and infrastructure deployment program, establishing scalable workflows for tracking, documentation, and vendor management as the portfolio of builds grows.
• Ensure all deployment activities comply with codes, security policies, and safety standards.

Requirements

• 7+ years of experience in technical project or program management or construction management, with at least 5 years focused on data center, mission-critical, or high-density infrastructure builds.
• Direct experience managing data center providers or general contractors on behalf of an owner or developer, including contract administration, schedule oversight, and scope amendment.
• Strong understanding of data center MEP systems, data hall fit out, structured cabling, and white space delivery. 
• Experience managing multi-million infrastructure budgets and tracking costs and timelines across multiple concurrent projects.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to translate technical construction and delivery details for non-technical stakeholders and senior leadership.
• Familiarity with high-density GPU compute environments, liquid cooling systems, or AI infrastructure requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Business or a related field.
• PMP certification or equivalent project management credential.
• Travel required about 20% of the time.  

Nice to Have

• Experience with fast-track or modular delivery methods for data center or mission-critical facilities.

Compensation

The US base salary range for this full-time position is: $190-240K + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by location, level and role. Position Summary

The Talent Acquisition Partner (TAP) is responsible for sourcing, attracting, and seeing through hiring of top talent across a global portfolio of mining operations, including exploration, construction, and production. This role is integral in supporting business growth by delivering high-quality candidates for technical, operational, and corporate roles in diverse and often remote locations.

The ideal candidate brings strong experience in mining or heavy industry recruitment, a proactive sourcing mindset, and the ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced, international environment.

The TAP will continue building on and extending internal client relationships through high-touch relationship management, customer focus and responsiveness.  The TAP is a subject matter expert on the applicant tracking systems, candidate sourcing methodologies and recruitment process effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with hiring managers across multiple regions to understand workforce needs and develop effective recruitment strategies
• Manage full-cycle recruitment for a wide range of roles including mining engineers (underground/open pit), geologists and technical services professionals, operations, maintenance, and processing personnel, project and construction teams, and corporate and support functions
• Source candidates through a variety of channels including direct sourcing, industry networks, job boards, and job fairs
• Build and maintain a global talent pipeline for critical and hard-to-fill roles
• Facilitate recruitment intake meetings and set expectations for recruitment process
• Conduct candidate screenings, interviews, and assessments to evaluate technical and cultural fit
• Coordinate and support international hiring processes, including relocation, secondments and mobilization
• Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment lifecycle
• Track and report on recruitment metrics, market trends, and talent availability
• Support employer branding initiatives to position the company as an employer of choice in the mining industry
• Ensure compliance with local labor laws and internal hiring policies across jurisdictions

Required Skills

• 5+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, preferably within mining, natural resources, or heavy industry
• 5+ years of client facing experience interacting with Hiring Managers throughout the recruitment process
• 5+ years of experience developing and executing sourcing methodologies to include market mapping, recruitment strategies, AI tools and Boolean searches
• Demonstrated experience recruiting for technical and operational roles in remote or international locations
• Strong understanding of mining disciplines and organizational structures
• Experience working in a global or multi-site environment
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (e.g. Greenhouse) and sourcing tools (e.g. LinkedIn Recruiter)
• High school diploma

ABOUT THE ROLE

Under the guidance of an engineering manager or field service manager, act as a team design application engineer and regular field implementation. As a fully competent engineer the primary goal of the Electrical Design Engineer is to apply sound and diversified knowledge of engineering principles and practices in broad areas of assignments in related fields and to develop broad multi-task, electrical substation experience to effectively manage medium to large sized EPC projects. 

Some of the responsibilities you can expect include the following: 

• Independently make decisions regarding engineering problems and methods.
• Utilizing intuition and innovation independently solve design problems.
• Instill a professional image with all dealings with Equisales clients, as well as interpersonal relationships with team members. Provide encouragement, insight, mentoring and challenge to team members under your supervision.
• Utilizing advanced techniques, precepts and practices of the engineering field and related sciences and disciplines, independently carry out engineering assignments based on the International Electrical Codes (IEC) as well as American National Standards Institute (ANSI).
• Coordinate QA/QC design reviews as well as final sign-off of documents issued for procurement and construction.
• Perform detailed electrical design and system studies for medium to extra high voltage substation facilities and power systems including load flow studies; short circuit studies; protective relay coordination and protection studies and other specialized analysis associated with power system engineering, including but not limited to, AC/DC loading calculations and battery/charger sizing.
• Develop the one-line diagrams, AC/DC control schematics, wiring drawings, and cable schedules.
• Develop control building along with relaying and metering specifications.
• Travel to job site required.

ABOUT YOU

• BSEE or BSCE with minimum 5 years’ experience, or an M .S. degree in engineering with sufficient experience required for advancement as determined by management, or a combination of applicable education and experience as determined by management; professional registration or expectation of achieving professional registration within a specified time period.

What You’ll Do

• Support the execution of client engagements ranging from pre-NTP development through post-NTP construction and closeout, owning discrete workstreams and deliverables

• Experience supporting utility-scale solar and BESS
• Exposure to working with external stakeholders such as consultants, vendors, engineering firms, or contractors
• Solid technical and analytical skills, with familiarity in project execution, development concepts, permitting, design, or construction processes
• Ability to review and interpret technical documentation (e.g., site plans, reports, contracts, or specifications) with guidance
• Understanding of the renewable energy project lifecycle and key project drivers

Reporting to the Utility-Scale Solutions leadership team, the Development Program Manager will serve as the Deal Lead for Euclid’s utility-scale development engagements. In this role, you will own the Pre-NTP engagement strategy, commercial positioning, and executive-level client communication.

Who You Are

• Deep experience in utility-scale renewable energy development, with a track record of leading projects from origination through NTP.
• Strong commercial and financial acumen, including familiarity with capex modeling, financing structures, and EPC strategy. Deep understanding of project pro-formas. You don’t just "use" models; you can explain how a 5% shift in EPC capex or a change in interest rates ripples through the flip structure to affect the sponsor's bottom line.
• Demonstrated ability to operate as an executive-facing engagement leader, you are comfortable leading C-suite conversations and navigating complex stakeholder environments.
• Demonstrated fluency in the Inflation Reduction Act (IRA) and its impact on utility-scale solar and BESS deployment.
• Proven ability to present complex technical risks (interconnection delays, supply chain volatility) to an investment committee or C-suite in terms of "dollars at risk" and "mitigation costs."
• Proven ability to own outcomes, not just tasks, you think strategically about engagement success rather than defaulting to project management mechanics.
• Strong cross-functional leadership skills, with experience coordinating development, transmission & distribution, engineering, construction, and commercial teams.
• Ability to balance business development support with execution leadership.
• Bachelor’s degree required (or equivalent professional experience).

• Background with a developer, IPP, investor, or infrastructure fund.
• Experience with energy storage in addition to utility-scale solar.
