We’re looking for a Senior People & Culture Business Partner based in Melbourne to partner globally with our Technology (Product and Engineering), Finance, Data/AI and Corporate functions across ROLLER.
You will be the most senior P&C Business Partner in APAC, reporting directly to the Chief Performance Officer, with executive-level relationships and high autonomy. You’ll roll up your sleeves to deliver impactful people initiatives that support high performance, engagement, development, and culture across the full employee lifecycle.
This role is a key member of ROLLER’s globally distributed People & Culture team and will collaborate closely with peers across APAC, EMEA, and AMER to create scalable, consistent, and high-impact people experiences globally.

Chief Product Manager– Collaborative Autonomy and Controls
About the Team
STR’s Analytics & C2 (AC2) Division develops novel technologies to solve challenging national security problems through advanced analytics, sense-making, and autonomy technologies. Our team consists of passionate, motivated individuals with backgrounds and interests in engineering, computer science, mathematics, physics, and data science. We use our expertise and creativity to take innovative ideas from conception to mature implementation to improve mission success for our customers.
The Collaborative Autonomy and Controls (CAC) Group in the AC2 Division develops multi-agent autonomous systems executing multiple missions in a variety of operating domains. By leveraging expertise with machine learning, advanced algorithms, and software development best practices, we build technologies that transform reconnaissance, tactical operations, and many other mission areas.
The Role:
Work with CAC leadership to craft, drive, and execute a product development and marketing strategy that will integrate, test, and demonstrate CAC capabilities to achieve (1) more efficient re-use on new B2G (Business-to-Government) Research and Development opportunities, (2) integrated system offerings for B2G system acquisition opportunities, and (3) component and sub-system offerings for B2B (Business-to-Business) supply chain opportunities. Work with customers, end users, and CAC capability product owners to shape product development backlogs that balance short-term program goals with long-term and emerging customer needs. Work with a diverse set of customers and diverse set of problems, technology areas, and engineering teams. Support product architecture and design reviews as part of an agile development process. This position will take advantage of STR’s flexible, hybrid environment – when the work does not require use of STR’s facilities, you are welcome to work remotely.

Reporting to the Senior Partner Marketing Manager, this role plays a key part in Podium’s verticalised Marketing team, helping drive pipeline growth, brand presence, and partner engagement through high-quality event experiences and go-to-market collaboration. You’ll be responsible for activating onboarding, training, and go-to-market programs that support the full sales lifecycle for sellers in ANZ. What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for prospective clients, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.

The Senior Technical Account Manager is a seasoned account manager, program/project manager and technical resolution professional who is an expert in their field. The Director of Platform Product Marketing leads the team focused on the commercial success of Culture Amp's core product portfolio, including Engage, Perform, Develop, and AI Coach. Each PMM on the team operates as a mini-General Manager for their product line: driving GTM strategy, effective product launches, positioning, enablement, and the metrics that reflect real market traction (product-line revenue, feature adoption, churn, and win/loss rates).

What you will do
You’ll be the face of Lighthouse for independent hotels, owning the full sales cycle from prospecting to close. This is a hunter role: you carry a quota, you build your own pipeline, and you’re accountable to outcomes and success. No excuses, just results.
For independent properties with limited staff and time, every pricing decision, missed opportunity, or manual task adds up quickly. When AI takes repetitive work off their plate and helps hoteliers act faster, the impact is felt almost immediately.
You will be selling a comprehensive suite of AI-driven tools designed specifically to streamline and elevate independent hotel operations. You'll empower hoteliers to replace manual guesswork with automated pricing and reservation management, ultimately helping them drive up to 21% more revenue. This means less time behind the screen and more time delivering the exceptional guest experiences that keep independent properties competitive.

About This Role
Axsome Therapeutics is seeking a Specialty Account Manager (SAM) to execute commercial activities for an assigned geography, establish relationships with customers, and ensure successful promotion of SYMBRAVO, an oral acute migraine medication.
