About the role
Mable is looking for a CRM Specialist. This is a full time role, reporting to the Senior Manager, Engagement & Adoption. The role sits within the Engagement & Retention team, which is part of the wider Growth Team at Mable.
The CRM Specialist is responsible for building and optimising automated customer lifecycle journeys that drive engagement, growth, and retention. This role uses customer data, behavioural triggers, and segmentation to deliver personalised communications across email, SMS, push, and in-app channels. The role partners closely with Product, Marketing, and Data teams to measure and improve journey performance, ensuring customers receive the right message at the right time throughout their lifecycle.
Key Responsibilities
Multi-channel marketing automation creation, including Email, SMS, Push, and In-app engagement channels
Execution, monitoring and measurement of CRM campaigns and their success
Work closely with internal business stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery of campaigns or automation builds
Communicate campaign performance and results
Optimise new campaigns using data and feedback from existing and previous projects
Prepare variations for A/B testing and execute test plans
Develop and execute personalisation and segmentation strategies for key customer audiences
Ownership of lifecycle maps & process docs
Stay up-to-date with the martech trends and best practices
Skills, Knowledge and Experience
2+ years hands-on experience in managing, executing and optimising CRM Campaigns or Builds
Experience working with various Marketing Automation & Customer Engagement platforms (Braze experience preferred)
Proficiency with the Google suite & online collaboration tools e.g. JIRA, Miro, Confluence, etc. is desirable
Attention to detail
Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
Knows how to use AI tools to assist with everyday tasks, speed up execution and streamline processes.
Strong time management skills
