So, what’s the role all about?
The Senior Technical Account Manager is a seasoned account manager, program/project manager and technical resolution professional who is an expert in their field. They are unified with team members across the company in exceeding customer expectations, improving our processes and technology, and meeting company growth objectives. This role is responsible for resolving complex problems and providing excellent technical and customer service to one or more named enterprise-level accounts. Collaborating with specialist resources across the company, he/she will help key customers overcome issues, succeed in their business using our technology and services, expand their usage of our products, be referenceable and be a loyal customer.

After key customers have purchased and are implementing our solutions, the Technical Account Management (TAM) team takes ownership of the customer relationship and becomes their advocate within NICE. The Technical Account Manager (TAM) begins to engage with the customer before they go live on the contact center platform and collaborates closely with the customer from that point forward to ensure their success.

​Interactions with customers will be conducted via phone, email, chat, and Teams, with planned face-to-face meetings as required. The TAM must be able to work both independently and be part of a wider Sales and Services team ensuring the highest levels of customer success and value realisation is achieved. 

How will you make an impact?   

• Work during the customers' core business hours, with occasional extended hours as needed.
• Occasional on-call after-hours work may be required as needed by the customer.
• As their TAM, be the assigned accounts' prime point of contact and engage resources across several teams as needed to resolve their issues and requests.
• Develop and maintain an effective relationship with assigned accounts, hold regular discussions to review issues, understand their strategic objectives and business, share how NICE's solutions meet their needs, introduce best practices, build mutual success plans and become their trusted partner and advisor.
• Excellent triage and troubleshooting skills, mentoring peers to improve their knowledge and drive success.
• Personally resolve customer issues as required while scheduling time for proactive activities.
• Partnering with other NICE employees and teams (technical support, professional services, product management, engineering, etc.), ensure that all technical challenges and other issues/cases/requests are being managed properly, are within SLA targets, and are progressing toward resolution.
• Demonstrate superior in-depth knowledge of NICE products and associated technologies, especially those employed by assigned accounts.
• Demonstrate expertise and maintain currency in telecommunications, contact center, and related technologies.
• Develop and present customized presentations and reports to assigned accounts that both quantify and qualify product/service usage, realized benefits, achievements, opportunities, and next steps.
• Provide training to accounts to ensure that they get the most out of their NICE investment.
• Ensure that all communication, interactions, assignments, details, and actions are clear, effective, timely (within established SLA), and are recorded into the CRM system.
• Appropriately contribute to and take charge of meetings, calls, and other discussions to convey ownership, organization, progress, and direction
• Consistently and regularly update customer and account information, keeping it current in the CRM system.
• Tactfully, confidently, and professionally communicate with all stakeholders, especially in emotionally charged and escalated situations, bringing people together with the common goal of resolving issues and accelerating the customer's success.
• Assist the team by taking ownership of escalations in your area of expertise, exemplifying the effective handling of complex situations.
• Develop and drive business cases that outline problems, impacts, proposed solutions, and outcomes that help NICE improve our performance and success.
• Present a professional image in communication, conduct, attitude, and attire.
• Demonstrates professionalism and leadership with customers and helps peers to develop the same level of expertise.
• Accountable for all actions, and tactfully reinforce accountability across all employees and teams in the company for delivering to OLA and SLA. Professionally and tactfully teaches proper process and methods that ensure customer service excellence.
• Assist assigned customers in preparation for go-live and build confidence with them as they begin using our products in a live environment.
• Responsible for customer satisfaction and referencability on assigned accounts.

• Key member of the TAM team, collaborate, support and backup your teammates.

Education Requirement:

• ​Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Business Information Systems or similar field or equivalent work experience required.​

• 8+ years in a Technical/Service role in software, telecommunications or in customer service, cloud contact center and/or service delivery.

What you will do:

You will lead a small, high-impact team of two engineers to move our business beyond static integrations and into the era of agentic workflows. As a Specialist OT Engineer, you’ll be joining the IT & Security team responsible for maintaining High System Integrity Protection Scheme (SIPS) Performance at Waratah Super Battery; the most powerful BESS globally. In addition, the team recently achieved commercial operation date (COD) alongside the first full month of operational reporting for Akaysha’s Ulinda Park BESS.  

Building on this momentum, the role will focus on establishing and sustaining stable, reliable day-to-day OT system operations across multiple live sites. You will play a key role in supporting BAU activities, maintaining system integrity, and ensuring OT environments operate safely and predictably over time. 

Each site presents unique technical and operational considerations, offering the opportunity to deepen your experience in supporting the reliability, performance, and security of operational technology systems. This includes hands on involvement with SCADA servers and HMIs, as well as PCS, BMS, and EMS subsystems, throughout the operations and maintenance phase of largescale energy assets.  

Your expertise will be critical in enabling stable, visible and secure OT environments across Akaysha’s portfolio of assets with your work making a tangible impact as you: 

• Manage and maintain OT infrastructure—including SCADA, HMIs, BESS, gateways, and historians—while overseeing configuration, documentation, system health, automation, and lifecycle planning.

The goal of our Platform Engineering team is to make it easy for our service teams to build and run production systems. As an experienced engineer in Platform Engineering, you will be helping re-architect our platform to run on public, private, and hybrid clouds and to allow for frequent, predictable and high impact changes. About the Role

Security at ROLLER is entering a critical phase of growth! As we scale globally, handle payments, and manage sensitive customer data, the need for strong, scalable security engineering becomes increasingly important. This role is the first dedicated step toward building that capability, allowing us to move beyond reactive security and invest in proactive, engineering-led improvements.

This hire will play a key role in strengthening how we detect, respond to, and prevent security threats across our cloud infrastructure, endpoints, and applications. You’ll help improve how we prioritise and manage risk, reduce noise in alerting, and introduce smarter, more automated ways of working.

What You'll Do

Core Security Operations

• Monitor, triage, and respond to alerts across Wiz (cloud security) and CrowdStrike (EDR), improving signal-to-noise and detection quality over time
• Investigate anomalies across cloud and endpoint environments, identifying root causes and driving resolution
• Support IT with identity and access management (IAM), authentication setup, and endpoint security (including MDM)
• Continuously improve how we detect, prioritise, and respond to security events

Security Projects & Initiatives

• Design and implement improvements across ROLLER’s security controls, tooling, and workflows
• Drive data classification and data loss prevention (DLP) initiatives
• Build automation for security alerting and response workflows using scripting, AI, and tooling
• Develop lightweight tools, scripts, or detections to improve visibility and reduce manual effort

Collaboration & Cross-functional Work

About You

• 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Security Engineer, Security Analyst, or similar role
• Strong expertise in at least one domain (cloud security preferred), with working knowledge across others — you’re a generalist, not a specialist
• Experience with AWS or GCP and securing cloud-based systems in a SaaS environment
• Comfortable working across areas like cloud, endpoint, IAM, vulnerability management, or DLP

As a Platform Tech Lead at ROLLER, you will play a key role in guiding engineers within our Platform squad, partnering closely with the Product Manager and Designer as part of the Product Trio to deliver high-quality, scalable platform capabilities that enable engineers across the company.

We’re looking for contract Data Engineers with proven senior-level experience to join the Equal Experts network. Our Data Engineers are highly skilled in creating data pipelines for ingest, transformation and storage of data, usually at scale, and are familiar with standing-up analytics clusters. 

This role involves using modern agile technical practices - including Continuous Integration and Deployment, TDD, and XP - to deliver timely and pragmatic solutions, as well as helping others to do their jobs in a more effective way. Responsibilities 

• Working with the client and the team to determine data processing and access needs and how best to deliver them. 
• Creation and support of highly available data pipelines and storage solutions (e.g. data warehouses). 
• Delivery of software using agile (pair programming, TDD, CI/CD, etc) practices. 
• Automation of data infrastructure and deployments. 
• Advocating agile practices to the client organisation. 
• Mentoring client team members. 
• Helping improve the team and clients’ data capabilities. 

Required Skills 

• Significant experience working on data pipelines, platforms and projects.
• Experience in developing solutions in one or more of the main Cloud providers (AWS, GCP, Azure). 
• Strong background in at least one programming language, Python or Scala preferable.
• Working with a variety of databases, data warehouses and distributed file systems in production environments.
• Strong experience in SQL and data modelling.
• Exposure with data processing at scale.
• Working with source control and infrastructure as code (Git/Github, Terraform, ansible etc.) and CI/CD tools.
• Understanding and being able to support data scientists or business intelligence teams - in data prep, mentoring and support functions.
• Strong collaboration and communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively while working remotely with globally distributed teams.
