Culture Amp is looking for a Product Support Specialist to join our Melbourne-based team for coverage of the Australian Eastern Timezone.
As part of one global team, our Product Support Specialists play a critical role in supporting all customers in their use of Culture Amp and deliver a personalised, Culture First experience to those users in their time of need.
In this role, you will apply your experience in customer support/service, technical know-how, and curiosity to guide customers on the use of the Culture Amp platform and step in to investigate instances of unexpected behaviour.
As part of this team of amazing humans,
You will
- Serve as the first point of contact for our customers around the world that reach out to us via our support channels (email, chat, video conference)
- Answer all questions related to the Culture Amp platform and escalate when necessary - we receive around 4,000 emails and 4,000 chats per month - you’ll be busy!
- Educate and empower our customers to be better Culture Amp users and become People Geeks
- Serve as an internal resource for all departments and help them be successful - this might look like responding to “quick questions” in Slack or even joining a virtual meeting to serve as the product expert
- Be responsible for ensuring that customer data is handled securely - we are gatekeepers and manage internal requests for access to accounts by other team members at Culture Amp.
- Be a customer advocate by providing feedback to the product and engineering team on improving the platform to better solve our customers’ challenges
- Partner with the Customer Organisation across multiple time zones (we are a globally distributed team) to continuously improve our customer experience as our customer base grows
You have

- You enjoy interacting with people and building relationships with customers
- You are able to empathise with customers in a genuine way that lets them know you care about their issues
- You have the ability to explain technical issues in simple terms
- You know when to ask open-ended questions vs. close-ended questions to best understand an issue
- You are professionally self-directed and self-motivated
- You are naturally curious and love to learn. The more technical the better!
Experience
- You have been a member of a globally distributed team supporting a SaaS product or similar experience in a customer-facing role
- You have ideally used help desk systems (Intercom, Zendesk, Freshdesk, Help Scout, etc.) as your primary tool in previous roles
- You are no stranger to helping multiple customers at once in a high-velocity service environment.
- You have a technical understanding of how Email, Single Sign-On, and SFTP work (not necessary but comes in handy!)
- You have familiarity with using AI in the workplace as part of your daily tools to improve your productivity.

The Director of Platform Product Marketing leads the team focused on the commercial success of Culture Amp's core product portfolio, including Engage, Perform, Develop, and AI Coach. Each PMM on the team operates as a mini-General Manager for their product line: driving GTM strategy, effective product launches, positioning, enablement, and the metrics that reflect real market traction (product-line revenue, feature adoption, churn, and win/loss rates).
The Director's job is to build and lead that team, set the standard for how Platform PMM operates, and serve as connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales. This includes partnering closely with product and commercial leadership to shape roadmap decisions with market and buyer insight aligned to business strategy, not just activating what's handed over. You’ll also be leveraging AI as a force-multiplier to unlock your team and GTM processes to be more efficient and impactful.
The ideal candidate is equal parts people leader and practitioner: someone who can coach a PMM through a positioning challenge, synthesize win/loss data into a product recommendation, and build the cross-functional trust that makes GTM actually work. You care about outcomes (like adoption, retention, growth) and you know how to inspire a team to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Leadership: Own the strategic frameworks and GTM processes to bring new products and features to market that maximize business impact from new logo acquisition to adoption.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own and validate the messaging strategy, including product/feature positioning, use case, proof of efficacy, and points of competitive superiority.
- Asset Development: Oversee the creation of core materials to support sellers and marketers, including one-pagers, videos, sales collateral, demo support, and product-level web content.
- Buyer Insights: Deeply understand the product ICP, including the goals, pains, and needs of buyers, to inform GTM execution.
- Roadmap Activation: Own the customer-facing roadmap and core activation activities, such as Product Roadshows.
- Support Pricing & Packaging: Align product family messaging and GTM strategies to maximize revenue within our P&P models.
- Strategic Influence: Use market insights and win/loss analysis to inform product roadmap decisions.
- Team Leadership: Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team, setting goals and priorities to deliver on business objectives.
Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a product marketing leadership role.
- Proven GTM expertise: Significant experience running cross-functional launches, aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and building repeatable GTM processes.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills: You can synthesize buyer research, competitive context, and product complexity into crisp, differentiated narratives for buyers and users.
- Effective enablement: Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product marketing assets and sales enablement that lead to commercial success.
- Develop insights and use analytical rigor: Experienced in buyer research to validate value propositions, and synthesizing sales and market data to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborative and influential: Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving alignment with senior stakeholders across functions.
- Inspiring people leader: Experience managing, developing and inspiring PMMs at different levels.
- AI-ready and curious: Comfortable using AI as product marketing enabler and eager to learn and develop new skills for the team.
Preferred Qualifications (Bonus points for..)
- Domain experience in HR tech, HCM, employee experience, or adjacent B2B SaaS categories.
- Experience marketing AI-native or AI-augmented products, including developing phased launch strategies, positioning frameworks, and adoption programs.
- Experience with product-led growth and adoption strategies.
- Track record of building and scaling GTM processes in a company undergoing growth or significant product transformation.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA preferred.

The Lead AI Automation Engineer is the technical architect of our internal efficiency. You will lead a small, high-impact team of two engineers to move our business beyond static integrations and into the era of agentic workflows. You have
- Extensive experience in Software or Integration Engineering: With a proven track record of designing complex, reliable systems.
- Mastery of Python & AWS Serverless: Deep hands-on experience with Lambda, Step Functions, and EventBridge to build event-driven architectures.
- SaaS Ecosystem Expertise: Expert-level knowledge of Enterprise software (eg Salesforce, NetSuite, and Slack) APIs, including a strong grasp of their schemas and rate limits. Deep experience with APIs (REST/GraphQL) and webhooks.
- Agentic Power-User Skills: Experience (or a deep technical interest) in Prompt Engineering, function calling, and RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) within enterprise AI platforms.

We're looking for an Engineer to join the AI Research & Experience team, helping build critical components for AI Coach - Culture Amp's contextually-aware AI system that integrates survey insights, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics to deliver personalized support to organizations, teams, and individuals at scale.
You'll work at the intersection of applied AI research and product engineering, translating cutting-edge techniques into production systems that genuinely improve how people experience work. This isn't a research lab - you'll be shipping features that solve real customer problems.
What you'll do
- Staying up to date with current research, literature and provider offerings.
- Design, implement and evaluate areas and features of our multi-agentic platform and systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for stateful, multi-turn coaching conversations.
- Advise, help build, and orchestrate data pipelines that unify fragmented workplace data (surveys, goals, performance reviews, feedback, 1-1 notes) into coherent coaching context
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions - working backwards from user needs to system design. Creating technical documentation to support literacy, technical transfer and engineering practice.
- Partner closely with product, design, and people science to ensure the features developed are fit for purpose, and in-line with the existing product expectations to ensure seamless partnership transfer of technology.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks and bias testing to meet enterprise requirements for transparency and fairness
- Build cutting-edge, working prototypes, integrated into our environments which validate new approaches and accelerate learning.
What we're looking for
Must Haves:
- Proven commercial experience taking ML/AI systems to production.
- Strong technical writer and communicator
- Full stack software development experience, ideally Python, React, PGVector
- Strong software engineering fundamentals - you write clean, tested, maintainable code.
- You leverage Software development AI tooling effectively.
- Experience with LLM application development (prompt and context engineering, RAG, agent architectures)

Desirable:

Strong signals:
- Experience at startups or founding teams - comfortable with ambiguity and fast iteration
- Postgraduate degree (Masters or PhD) in Machine Learning, Computer Science, Applied Mathematics, or related quantitative field
- Evidence of taking cutting-edge (relevant) techniques from paper to production
- Experience with evaluation/benchmarking frameworks for AI systems
- Experience integrating scalable solutions such as advanced Speech-to-Text (STT) and Text-to-Speech (TTS) pipelines (e.g., Whisper, ElevenLabs) with streaming capabilities

How you can help make a better world of work
The Director of Platform Product Marketing leads the team focused on the commercial success of Culture Amp's core product portfolio, including Engage, Perform, Develop, and AI Coach. Each PMM on the team operates as a mini-General Manager for their product line: driving GTM strategy, effective product launches, positioning, enablement, and the metrics that reflect real market traction (product-line revenue, feature adoption, churn, and win/loss rates).
The Director's job is to build and lead that team, set the standard for how Platform PMM operates, and serve as connective tissue between Product, Marketing, and Sales. This includes partnering closely with product and commercial leadership to shape roadmap decisions with market and buyer insight aligned to business strategy, not just activating what's handed over. You’ll also be leveraging AI as a force-multiplier to unlock your team and GTM processes to be more efficient and impactful.
The ideal candidate is equal parts people leader and practitioner: someone who can coach a PMM through a positioning challenge, synthesize win/loss data into a product recommendation, and build the cross-functional trust that makes GTM actually work. You care about outcomes (like adoption, retention, growth) and you know how to inspire a team to achieve them.
Key Responsibilities
- GTM Leadership: Own the strategic frameworks and GTM processes to bring new products and features to market that maximize business impact from new logo acquisition to adoption.
- Positioning & Messaging: Own and validate the messaging strategy, including product/feature positioning, use case, proof of efficacy, and points of competitive superiority.
- Asset Development: Oversee the creation of core materials to support sellers and marketers, including one-pagers, videos, sales collateral, demo support, and product-level web content.
- Buyer Insights: Deeply understand the product ICP, including the goals, pains, and needs of buyers, to inform GTM execution.
- Roadmap Activation: Own the customer-facing roadmap and core activation activities, such as Product Roadshows.

Requirements
- 8+ years of B2B marketing experience, with at least 4+ years in a product marketing leadership role.
- Proven GTM expertise: Significant experience running cross-functional launches, aligning stakeholders across Product, Sales, and Marketing, and building repeatable GTM processes.
- Strong messaging and positioning skills: You can synthesize buyer research, competitive context, and product complexity into crisp, differentiated narratives for buyers and users.
- Effective enablement: Demonstrated ability to deliver effective product marketing assets and sales enablement that lead to commercial success.
- Develop insights and use analytical rigor: Experienced in buyer research to validate value propositions, and synthesizing sales and market data to develop data-driven recommendations.
- Collaborative and influential: Comfortable working through ambiguity and driving alignment with senior stakeholders across functions.

We are seeking a highly experienced and strategic Director, Financial Operations (14 month Parental Leave Cover) to lead and manage the global Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, Treasury and Payroll functions.
A critical priority for this role will be owning and delivering a global payroll transformation, which will be the central focus and key challenge across the first 6 months. This includes driving the organisation’s transition to an outsourced global payroll model. The successful candidate will partner closely with the current Director of Financial Operations during the final stages of the RFP and vendor selection process to ensure continuity and context transfer. Following vendor signing, you will assume full accountability for implementation governance, vendor oversight, and the successful transition to steady-state operations.
We are open to candidates who have led or played a key role in large-scale transformation initiatives (such as systems, process, or operating model transformations), even if these have not been payroll-specific.
Beyond transformation, you will provide executive oversight for AR, AP, and Treasury, ensuring strong internal controls (removing single point sensitivity), scalable processes, and high performance. - Strategy and leadership
- Champion a rigorous assessment of current AR, AP, and Treasury workflows to identify AI-led optimisation opportunities. You will be expected to challenge the default "buy" approach, first exploring how AI and internal system enhancements can drive efficiency before proposing large-scale external vendor implementations.
- Provide high-level leadership across the four pillars of global financial operations: Payroll, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, and Treasury. Ensure these functions operate with strong "four-eyes" controls and zero single point sensitivity.

- Payroll
- Partner in the payroll outsourcing RFP and vendor selection process, contributing operational insight, risk assessment and implementation considerations to support informed decision-making.
- Post vendor selection, lead implementation governance and vendor management, establishing clear milestones, risk mitigation plans, SLAs and performance metrics to ensure successful transition and long-term service excellence.
- Ensure ongoing payroll accuracy, timeliness and compliance across jurisdictions, leveraging internal payroll specialist expertise for detailed technical configuration and regulatory interpretation.
- Accounts Payable, Receivable & Treasury
- Maintain executive-level oversight of global AR, AP, and Treasury functions, ensuring operational excellence through robust internal controls, clear accountability frameworks, and the intentional removal of single point sensitivity.
- Oversee the strategic direction for AR and AP, ensuring any market scans (e.g., for OCR or automation) are rigorously tested against "AI-native" alternatives and internal system capabilities to ensure long-term ROI.
- Oversee cash flow management related to AP, including forecasting and scheduling payments to optimise working capital.
You have
- Degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 12+ years of progressive experience in financial operations, including direct oversight of Global Payroll, AR, AP, and Treasury.
- An AI-forward leader with a 'smarter, not bigger' mindset. You have a proven track record of leveraging emerging technologies and process re-engineering to drive efficiencies and reduce manual 'noise' across transactional finance, consistently choosing automation and innovation over a default reliance on external vendor solutions or manual-heavy workflows.
- Possess a deep curiosity for AI and emerging technologies, coupled with a mindset geared toward innovation and continuous improvement to drive efficiencies and reduce manual 'noise' across transactional finance through automation.
- Experience leading or playing a key role in major system or operating model transformations. You are comfortable navigating ambiguity and "getting your hands dirty" during high-stakes implementations.

You will
- Own the full 360° sales cycle, driving new logo acquisition through outbound prospecting, lead qualification, solution scoping, tailored demos, and successful deal closure.

You have
- 3+ years’ proven success in a SaaS solution sales role with a focus on new logo acquisition and experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder deals (ideally in HR Tech or related verticals).
- Demonstrated ability to build and convert pipeline through self-sourced opportunities as well as inbound leads.
- Exceptional communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills, with experience leading tailored demos and managing C-level relationships.
- Strong commercial acumen, negotiation skills, and comfort navigating complex decision processes (procurement, legal, etc.).
- High proficiency in Salesforce (or other major CRM platform) and familiarity with modern sales engagement tools.
- A growth-focused, self-driven learning mindset; you are resilient, adaptable, and comfortable in a rapidly scaling and evolving environment.
- Experience in the APAC region and understanding of the regional market landscape is a plus.
- Formal sales training and/or experience selling to mid-market businesses is highly regarded.

We're looking for an Engineer to join the AI Research & Experience team, helping build critical components for AI Coach - Culture Amp's contextually-aware AI system that integrates survey insights, performance management, and interpersonal dynamics to deliver personalized support to organizations, teams, and individuals at scale.
You'll work at the intersection of applied AI research and product engineering, translating cutting-edge techniques into production systems that genuinely improve how people experience work. This isn't a research lab - you'll be shipping features that solve real customer problems.
What you'll do
- Staying up to date with current research, literature and provider offerings.
- Design, implement and evaluate areas and features of our multi-agentic platform and systems using modern frameworks (e.g., LangGraph) for stateful, multi-turn coaching conversations.
- Advise, help build, and orchestrate data pipelines that unify fragmented workplace data (surveys, goals, performance reviews, feedback, 1-1 notes) into coherent coaching context
- Translate customer requirements into technical solutions - working backwards from user needs to system design. Creating technical documentation to support literacy, technical transfer and engineering practice.
- Partner closely with product, design, and people science to ensure the features developed are fit for purpose, and in-line with the existing product expectations to ensure seamless partnership transfer of technology.
- Contribute to evaluation frameworks and bias testing to meet enterprise requirements for transparency and fairness

What we're looking for
Must Haves:
- Proven commercial experience taking ML/AI systems to production.
