QA Engineering Manager
Product Development
Location: London office / Hybrid (2 days per week in the office)
Reporting to: QA Manager
The role
At Rightmove, we’re on a mission to make the move easier and simpler — giving everyone the best place to turn to and return to for the tools, expertise and trust to make it happen. Home movers across the UK spend over a billion minutes on Rightmove each month, and our website and apps receive more than 150 million visits every month.
As a QA Engineering Manager, you’ll help teams build quality in from the very start — not “test at the end”. QA at Rightmove is a mindset: we test throughout, prevent issues rather than detect them, and champion quality as a shared, whole‑team responsibility.
You’ll lead and support a group of QAs, strengthen our QA community of practice, and work closely with Engineering Managers, Product and Design to continually improve how we build and ship software. You’ll also partner with the QA Manager to shape and deliver our QA strategy and roadmap.
We welcome applications from experienced QA professionals who are looking to step into an Engineering Manager role for the first time — we’ll support you as you grow into leadership.
How we work
Product Development plays a pivotal role in delivering the consumer and customer digital experience at Rightmove. We work in autonomous, cross‑functional teams made up of product, design, engineering and QA, each owning a meaningful part of the Rightmove experience and working together towards our strategy.
We work in a hybrid way and focus on outcomes rather than hours. We trust people to find a working rhythm that suits them, their team and their life.
What success looks like in this role (first 6–12 months)
You don’t need to do everything on day one. Success in this role typically looks like:
A typical week
No two weeks are the same, but you’ll usually balance:
What we’re looking for
We’re looking for a leader who helps others do their best work and raises quality outcomes by influencing how teams build and ship software. You don’t need to meet every point below — if you recognise yourself in several of these areas, we’d love to hear from you.
People leadership and coaching
Quality leadership (quality as a mindset)
Collaboration, influence and improvement
What we care about most
We care much more about the person you are, how you think and how you approach problems than a list of qualifications or buzzwords on a CV. If you don’t tick every box above but are thoughtful, motivated and passionate about delivering a great user experience, we’d really encourage you to apply.
We also know that people from underrepresented backgrounds don’t always apply unless they meet every requirement. If this role excites you but you’re unsure whether you meet everything listed, we’d still love to hear from you.
Our Approach to AI
At Rightmove, we believe software and product are ultimately people problems, and everything we build aims to improve the lives of others. We see AI as a helpful way to create more space for the human side of our work, from understanding real needs to making sure we are solving the right problems in the right way. There is an expectation that you are proactive in exploring how AI can support your own workflow and productivity, and that you approach it with curiosity and an open mind.

As a Platform Engineer in our Cloud Foundations team, you will play a crucial role in designing, implementing and maintaining our cloud infrastructure on Google Cloud Platform (GCP). About Nebius:
Nebius is leading a new era in cloud infrastructure for the global AI economy. We are building a full-stack AI cloud platform that supports developers and enterprises from data and model training through to production deployment, without the cost and complexity of building large in-house AI/ML infrastructure.
Built by engineers, for engineers. From large-scale GPU orchestration to inference optimization, we own the hard problems across compute, storage, networking and applied AI.
Listed on Nasdaq (NBIS) and headquartered in Amsterdam, we have a global footprint with R&D hubs across Europe, the UK, North America and Israel. Our team of 1,500+ includes hundreds of engineers with deep expertise across hardware, software and AI R&D.
We're looking for a Global EHS Manager who is equal parts strategist and builder. This is our first dedicated EHS hire, which means you won't inherit a playbook. You'll write it.
Reporting to the Head of Country HR Operations, you'll own the full scope of Environmental Health & Safety across our international footprint: offices, data centers, and mission-critical infrastructure environments operating 24/7 across multiple jurisdictions.
This role sits at the intersection of regulatory compliance, operational risk, and people safety. You'll start by mapping where we are, build a global EHS strategy from the ground up, and then lead its deployment, working hand in hand with local HR Operations specialists in every country. You'll make the calls on where we use direct resources versus external providers, and you'll define what 'good' looks like for the company.
If you want a role where EHS infrastructure already exists, this isn't it. If you want to build something that matters, and have the authority and support to do it, read on.

We call it Monzo Magic. Mission. Action. Growth. Inclusion. Care. It runs through everything that we do and within the People Collective it’s how we set Monzo up for success by bringing mission led people together to do work and banking differently. We foster a culture that centres on our customers and brings together the best of tech with the best of banking. We empower a diverse, high performing, innovative and agile workforce in doing the most impactful work of their careers to date. It’s an ambitious task to scale this culture and ways of working, but it’s a mission we’re committed to.
At Monzo, we want governance to do more than keep us safe. It should be clear, practical and scalable. It should help us grow with confidence, and make accountability work well in real life.
That’s what our People Governance & Accountability team is here to do.
We’re a small, high-impact team working at the intersection of People, Legal, Compliance and Risk. We own the end-to-end design and operation of Monzo’s accountability and people governance frameworks globally, making sure our approach stands up to internal and external scrutiny and works effectively in practice.
We’re looking for a People Governance and Accountability Senior Manager to join us. This is an individual contributor role with meaningful scope. You’ll own operational delivery across our people governance and accountability frameworks, and continuously improve how they work over time, and partner with teams across Monzo to keep things clear, efficient and well controlled. You’ll report to the People Governance & Accountability Lead and work closely with two other team members.
…owning and coordinating the day-to-day operational delivery of people governance and accountability at Monzo. You’ll help turn complex regulatory requirements into practical, efficient and well-controlled processes that work at scale.
This isn’t just about keeping things compliant. You’ll help make sure Monzo can operate confidently across people-related regulation, accountability regimes and broader governance requirements in multiple jurisdictions, while improving the experience and efficiency of how the work gets done.
This role has influence and impact across the People Collective and Monzo as a whole. The quality of your judgement, attention to detail, delivery and partnership will directly affect how effectively Monzo manages accountability, risk and regulatory scrutiny as we grow.
This role blends people and governance expertise, regulatory knowledge, operational ownership and systems thinking.
As you scale with us, you will:
You’ll own the day-to-day running of people governance and accountability at Monzo, making sure our core frameworks operate effectively, deadlines are met, outputs are high quality, and work is delivered with consistency and control.
You’ll identify smarter ways to do things, improving processes, controls and tooling. That could mean automating manual work, evolving governance cadences, or building more efficient and scalable workflows that reduce risk and friction.
You’ll work closely with a wide range of stakeholders to ensure people governance and accountability requirements are clear, practical and implemented effectively across the business.
You’ll apply thoughtful, risk-based judgement to support pragmatic decision-making, balancing pace, control, consistency and business needs.
You’ll use data, reporting and feedback to identify themes, spot risks and prioritise where the team should focus, helping shape how the function continues to evolve.
