- Drive operational improvements within analytical processes and methodology, as well as campaign improvements.

- Proficiency in reporting and explaining complex results to people from different professional backgrounds.

- Good communication and presentation skills, with fluency in the English language (both written and spoken).
- 3+ years of experience working in data science using statistical methods.
- Experience with ML for modeling more complex concepts.
- Experience in data instrumentation and data collection, as well as in the use of tools for analyzing data (e.g. R, Python).
- Experience in marketing data science (or similar role) would be a plus.

Job Description:
The Applied AI Engineering team at DevRev is responsible for architecting and building solutions that deliver the optimal experience for our customers. As customers progress through their DevRev journey, they may require integrations with enterprise systems, workflow automation, or custom enhancements to the platform.
As a Junior Applied AI Engineer, you will work alongside experienced engineers and cross-functional teams to help design and implement integrations, automations, and AI-driven solutions. You will gain hands-on experience applying AI/ML techniques, coding, and building scalable solutions that enhance the customer experience, while receiving mentorship to grow your technical and problem-solving skills.

To qualify, you must possess strong coding skills and a foundational knowledge of data science and machine learning.

Who will benefit most from attending the Data Science Summer School?
The Teads Data Science Summer School is designed for enthusiastic individuals with some existing knowledge in machine learning and data science, gained through university studies, online courses, or involvement in platforms like Kaggle.
We encourage applications from final-year undergraduates, master's, and Ph.D. students in computer science or related fields, as well as recent graduates and professionals seeking to advance their expertise. Although prior experience is advantageous, the program is structured to accommodate all skill levels, allowing both beginners and advanced practitioners to learn and contribute effectively.
Essential prerequisites include a basic grasp of machine learning and data science concepts and proficiency in coding, as the summer school focuses heavily on practical, hands-on projects. While experience with Python and TensorFlow is helpful, it is not mandatory.
What to Expect?
Our team of expert data scientists and engineers will lead you through a week of engaging data science talks, hands-on workshops, and exciting experimentation. You will also have the opportunity to learn from internal and external guest lecturers and connect with fellow data scientists through various social activities.
The curriculum covers essential data science and machine learning topics, with an emphasis on real-life problems Teads solves every day in the programmatic advertising and full-funnel omnichannel data driven solutions.You can expect expert lectures on selected data science topics and hands-on workshops utilizing large and sparse datasets.

We're looking for a Senior Technical Program Manager to take the wheel on some of our most exciting and high-impact initiatives - spanning automation, AI, and CI/CD. You'll be the connective tissue across engineering teams, making sure the right things get built, shipped, and measured.
