Role Overview

The Information Security Analyst will support a wide range of information security, vendor management, procurement, audit, and technical security activities across the business. The role involves working closely with teams such as Legal, Procurement, IT, and Engineering to ensure security best practices are embedded in company processes and supplier relationships.

This position would suit someone with experience in roles such as IT Helpdesk, IT Operations, Risk & Compliance, Internal Audit, or Security Operations who is looking to develop a career in Information Security.

Key Responsibilities:

Commercial Support

• Assist with RFP responses and client security questionnaires.
• Support client annual security audits and due diligence requests.
• Respond to internal and external queries relating to information security controls.
• Review and interpret security-related contractual clauses, including data protection, data retention, and audit requirements.

Procurement & Supplier Due Diligence

• Support the supplier security due diligence process for new vendors.
• Participate in procurement and supplier onboarding discussions.
• Collaborate with teams to ensure suppliers meet company security standards.

Vendor Risk Management

• Maintain annual vendor due diligence reviews and documentation.
• Track supplier inventories and criticality ratings.
• Monitor performance and risk indicators for key suppliers (SLA breaches, downtime, incidents, and news).
• Support projects such as fourth-party risk assessments and information gathering.
• Monitor scope changes in vendor products and services as they become available.
• Work closely with Legal, IT, and Security teams on emerging topics such as AI usage and third-party tools.

IT & Technical Security

• Work with IT and Security teams to research new technologies and integrations.
• Support technical security initiatives and projects.
• Conduct data flow mapping and architecture documentation.
• Assist in evaluating system integrations (for example applications connected to CRM platforms).
  
  

Audit & Compliance

• Support ongoing security and compliance programmes including ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2.
• Assist with internal audit activities and control checks.
• Help maintain documentation and evidence required for audits and certifications.

Required Skills:

• Experience working with similar roles, ideally in IT support, security operations, compliance, or internal audit.

• Work alongside the Sportsbook Product Team to support our dynamic and fast-paced Product roadmap, providing insights to help achieve our Product vision by defining, monitoring and reporting on KPIs and product metrics.
• Leverage the transactional data lake to connect customer journeys with business outcomes.
• Support our experimentation process by analyzing A/B test results and helping expand our internal experimentation framework.

If you are a problem solver who is passionate about quality and have a keen eye for detail, then Testing may be your calling. We don’t have any specific requirements in terms of experience or education for Testing, just the drive to make things perfect.

Project Management/ Business Analysis and Consulting

This team is at the heart of knowing what our clients want, finding solutions and making things happen.

In this rotation programme, you will have the opportunity to spend time as a Business Analyst gathering client requirements, analysing business needs, and improving processes. The Role

The Senior GRC Privacy Analyst sits within the Security Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) team and plays a key role in advancing Iterable’s privacy program and supporting the organization’s security and compliance risk management efforts. 

This hands-on, senior individual contributor is responsible for privacy operations and participates in rotational responsibilities, including third-party risk reviews, audit support, and customer trust and privacy inquiries. The role partners closely with Legal, the DPO, Security, Product, and business teams to ensure privacy and security risks are identified, assessed, and managed consistently, in alignment with privacy and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead privacy operations within the Security GRC function by developing, implementing, and maintaining privacy program processes and documentation, including:
• Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs) and Data Protection Impact Assessments (DPIAs)
• Records of Processing Activities (ROPA) and data inventories
• Data Subject Access Requests (DSARs), in coordination with Legal, HR, and Marketing
• Privacy and compliance risk assessments aligned with GDPR, CCPA/CPRA, HIPAA, and other applicable global privacy laws
• Support privacy-by-design practices by embedding privacy considerations into GRC workflows, risk assessments, and third-party reviews

• Assist with third-country data transfer risk assessments (Transfer Impact Assessments), Legitimate Interest Assessments (LIAs), and related privacy evaluations in consultation with Legal and the DPO
• Participate in GRC rotational responsibilities, including third-party security and privacy vendor reviews and support for internal and external audits (e.g., SOC 2, ISO 27001), including evidence collection and remediation tracking
• Provide rotational support for customer trust and privacy inquiries, partnering with Sales and Customer Success on customer-requested DPIAs, privacy questionnaires, and data protection assessments
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Legal, the DPO, Product, Engineering, Security, and business teams to operationalize privacy and security requirements in a scalable, risk-based manner by providing innovative solutions and automation initiatives

The Ideal Candidate Will Be/Have:

• Strong experience with GDPR and global privacy operations in a SaaS or technology environment

Why we're hiring:

The WPP Open Solution Consultant plays a critical role in driving the successful implementation of the WPP Open platform. This individual will act as a trusted advisor, bridging the gap between the WPP Open platform's capabilities and tangible business outcomes. You will work closely with sales teams, product development, and agency stakeholders to understand their unique challenges and design solutions that leverage the WPP Open platform's strengths to deliver measurable value. This role requires a blend of deep technical expertise in the WPP Open ecosystem and strong communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities:
Understanding Agency/Client Needs:

• Conduct in-depth sessions with agencies to understand their business objectives and goals and help they understand how the WPP Open can help them meet their objectives and achieve their goals.
• Analyze client users, usage, data and workflows to understand their current state and identify areas where WPP Open can provide significant improvements.
• Document requirements and translate them into actionable solution recommendations and specifications within the context of the WPP Open platform.

Solution Design & Demonstration:

• Develop and present solutions that align with client needs and demonstrate the value proposition of WPP Open's specific modules and features (e.g., user access management, data management, workflow management, analytics).
• Tailor solutions to specific client industries and use cases, highlighting how WPP Open addresses their specific challenges.
• Quantify the business impact of solutions through ROI analysis and business case development, specifically related to the implementation and use of WPP Open.
• Create well defined written requirements which defines an SoW for changes and developments requested by agency and client teams.

Technical Expertise:

• Possess a deep and comprehensive understanding of the WPP Open platform, its architecture, its capabilities, and its integration with other technologies within the marketing and advertising ecosystem (e.g., cloud platforms, data lakes, CRM, DAM systems).
• Stay up-to-date on the latest updates, features, and best practices related to the WPP Open platform, including agents and their use across the apps and platform.
• Provide technical guidance and support to sales teams and clients regarding the WPP Open platform.

Collaboration:

• Work closely with Growth teams to build solutions focusing on the value proposition of WPP Open.
• Collaborate with product development teams to provide feedback on product features and enhancements for WPP Open, based on client needs and market trends.
• Partner with implementation teams to ensure successful solution deployment of WPP Open, providing technical guidance and support.

Relationship Building:

• Establish and maintain strong relationships with agencies, sales teams and Open teams acting as a trusted advisor and technical expert on the WPP Open platform.
• Proactively identify opportunities to expand WPP Open usage within existing client accounts.

Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Proficiency:

• Strong understanding of relevant technologies, including cloud computing (AWS, Azure, GCP), data analytics, marketing automation platforms, and ad tech platforms.
• Demonstratable experience building and deploying Agents is essential.
• Experience with API integration and data modelling, specifically within the context of the WPP Open platform.

Communication Skills:

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively explain technical concepts related to WPP Open to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Proven experience in translating technical requirements into non-technical understanding, and vice versa.
• Ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner, specifically related to the WPP Open platform.
• Strong presentation and demonstration skills, with the ability to showcase the WPP Open platform's capabilities effectively.

Problem-Solving:

• Ability to analyze complex problems, identify root causes, and develop effective solutions within the context of the WPP Open platform.
• Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, specifically related to the WPP Open platform's data and functionality.
• Ability to think creatively and develop innovative solutions using the WPP Open platform.

Desired Skills and Experiences:

• 3+ years of experience in a solutions consulting or Business Analyst role, specifically with marketing technology platforms.
• Deep understanding and hands-on experience with the WPP Open platform would be an advantage.
• Proven track record of successfully delivering solutions to clients using marketing technology platforms, ideally including WPP Open.
• Experience with Skore or a similar process improvement tools
