Sales Associate Schedule

The Sales Associate will spend 100% of their work week on the sales floor. They must be willing to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays to meet the needs of the business, which are subject to change. All Employees are expected to be able to work from the week of Thanksgiving including “Black Friday” (the day after US Thanksgiving) and that weekend until the end of the holiday season, first week of January.

Role Purpose

We are looking for an Open Banking Product Manager who will own and develop the bank’s Open Banking capabilities (AIS & PIS), ensuring regulatory compliance, strong governance and reliable operational performance. You will be responsible for Driving the evolution of Open Banking from compliance-led delivery to customer and commercial value, improving implementation quality, technical understanding and customer outcomes.

The Global Escalation Strategy & Compliance Manager is a pivotal new role responsible for protecting the consumer experience, elevating decision quality, and reducing unnecessary escalations across SharkNinja’s global support network. You’ll build and execute the strategy that keeps both task-based escalations and executive-level escalations low—and ensures every case is resolved with speed, empathy, accuracy, and trust. You will ensure BPO teams consistently follow our processes around warranty, goodwill, documentation, and case handling, while shaping the operational conditions that prevent escalations from happening in the first place. Through strong partnerships, smart frameworks, and our Hear It, Feel It, Fix It mindset, you’ll help us understand what consumers are telling us, feel the impact of those moments, and act decisively to eliminate friction at its source. 

HERE’S WHAT YOU’LL DO 

• Own the global strategy for minimizing both task-based and executive-level escalations, with a long-term vision of approaching near-zero executive escalation volume. 

• Build frameworks that ensure BPO agents consistently adhere to SharkNinja standards around warranty evaluation, goodwill gestures, documentation accuracy, and case resolution. 

• Monitor compliance and identify patterns of deviation, escalating risks early and driving corrective action with BPO partners.

Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200

Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data.  Please note that whilst we strive to offer competitive compensation, our approach is to pay between the minimum and the mid-point (£32,800 - £41,000) of the pay range until performance can be assessed in role. Role Description 

For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.

The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. A specialist women’s mental health rehabilitation service is seeking a full-time Consultant Psychiatrist to join an established and supportive multidisciplinary team. The service provides care for women with complex mental disorders — including those with trauma histories and personality disorders — within a structured, recovery-focused locked rehabilitation environment.

You will act as the Consultant Psychiatrist and Responsible Clinician, leading on assessment, formulation, treatment planning, and MDT collaboration. The service has excellent links with local NHS pathways and is easily commutable from major surrounding cities.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide Consultant / RC-level clinical oversight for patients

• Lead MDT ward rounds, risk reviews, and strategic clinical meetings

• Offer expert psychiatric formulation and input into treatment planning

• Fulfil Responsible Clinician duties for detained patients under the Mental Health Act

• Contribute to clinical governance, service strategy, and management meetings

• Deliver in-house teaching and supervision, especially to junior medical staff

• Maintain CPD and meet revalidation requirements

Requirements

• Medical qualification with MRCPsych (or equivalent)

• CCT in General Adult Psychiatry or Forensic Psychiatry

• Experience working in inpatient settings with patients detained under the Mental Health Act

• Background in trauma-informed care and/or personality disorder services is highly desirable

• Strong leadership skills with previous involvement in service management

• Understanding of change management, mental health legislation, and contemporary issues in psychiatry

Role Description 

You will be responsible for supporting the senior team members on the delivery of meaningful insights and strategic direction across the agency’s full range of digital marketing disciplines (including SEO, Biddable Media, Content and Social), in addition to primary research and audience insights.

Editorial Account Manager: Responsible for producing content for some of our larger key accounts and getting involved in the planning and review of content against our agreed strategy.

Key Responsibilities 

Account Management:

• Leading delivery of content across one or two smaller client accounts.

The Role 

We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.

In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. They are not responsible for the BAU function of the platforms that is managed by another team within Technical Operations. The Infrastructure Solutions team takes a concept or idea and makes that into a reality within the boundaries and constraints of our platforms. 

You will be managing a team of engineers who individually possess experience in:

• On-Premise Linux systems, Container solutions, Debian packaging, Ansible, data streaming and queuing technologies such as Kafka or RabbitMQ
• Advanced database management knowledge (MySQL, Postgres) in replicated environments.
• Physical Network management, with an on-prem estate that is Juniper focused. 
• Cloud environments: GCP and AWS

• Ensure the team produces detailed system design documentation, specifically enforcing the inclusion of visual representations to support understanding. Ability to technologically assess it as a technical editor.
• Hybrid Estate Management
• Ability to oversee the management of both On-Premise and Cloud (GCP/AWS), ensuring high availability across all environments.
• Unblocking Issues
• Act as the senior escalation point for complex technical issues. Your goal is not to fix the issue yourself, but to coordinate the right resources and provide air cover.

• Significant experience leading a technical team, with a specific focus on the people management aspect (performance reviews, career growth etc).

• Strong project management experience with the ability to delegate effectively to meet tight deadlines. You must be able to multitask and maintain focus in a high-priority environment.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. You must be able to liaise effectively with management and other business areas. Engagement may also include interactions with senior technical engineers/leaders within other teams and C-Team members.

• You must be highly goal-oriented with strict attention to detail, capable of prioritising workload and demand to ensure targets are met.
• ITIL Application / Lean Six Sigma
• Deep knowledge of and experience with ITIL practices, with the ability to apply them to improve team workflows. Demonstrated ability to apply Lean Six Sigma concepts.

Technical Environment & Team Capabilities

Focusing on the technical skills that your engineers possess, it would be ideal if you had a decent working knowledge of each of the areas. Hands-on expertise in every area is not required, but the ability to hold and facilitate discussions, know when to push or hold back and when to ask poignant questions will help you effectively mentor the team and guide architectural decisions. 

For reference from above these areas are: on-prem and AWS/GCP solutions; system design from network to application level; resilient database availability strategies; automation and configuration management via Ansible, Docker and CI/CD; programming awareness in Python; Linux administration.
