From affiliate marketing to influencer collaborations, we help our clients build and manage profitable partnerships that drive real results. We're a team of passionate problem-solvers who are dedicated to helping our clients win in the ever-evolving world of digital marketing.
Why Join Us
We're looking for passionate, talented people who want to be part of a winning team. At Partnerize, you'll find a culture of collaboration, innovation, and respect. We're guided by our core values, and we're committed to creating an environment where everyone can do their best work. We also offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, and a flexible work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. If you're ready to grow your career and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
The Senior Site Reliability Engineer is a key technical leadership role at the intersection of infrastructure, platform engineering, operational resilience, and developer enablement. At Partnerize, we operate a high-scale platform processing over a billion daily events across a hybrid estate spanning on-prem datacentres and AWS cloud infrastructure. You will play a critical role in ensuring our systems remain reliable, scalable, secure, and operationally efficient whilst helping evolve our engineering culture towards a modern “you build it, you own it” model.
This is not a purely operational support role. We are looking for an experienced technical leader and subject matter expert who can balance hands-on engineering with strategic thinking — someone capable of modernising legacy systems, improving observability and automation, and guiding engineers through increasingly complex distributed environments.
At the heart of our platform, we process and distribute performance marketing data at enormous scale, generating over a billion events across our infrastructure daily. Our systems power real-time decision making, partner attribution, analytics, and customer-facing products that require high availability and operational excellence.
As we continue to scale globally, we are evolving our infrastructure, modernising legacy systems, and investing heavily in automation, containerisation, observability, and platform reliability. We deploy to production multiple times a day and operate a hybrid environment spanning physical datacentres and AWS cloud services.
Our infrastructure and engineering ecosystem includes technologies such as Linux, Kubernetes, Docker, Kafka, MySQL, PostgreSQL, Redis, Python, Terraform, Ansible, Elasticsearch, Druid, and modern CI/CD tooling.
Take ownership of platform reliability, availability, and operational performance across a complex hybrid estate supporting Partnerize, BrandVerity, Ascend, and Konnecto.
Help lead the transition from legacy operational models towards modern containerised infrastructure and self-service engineering platforms.
Empower development teams through automation, tooling, and platform improvements that support a “you build it, you own it” engineering culture.
Provide technical leadership and guidance across infrastructure, distributed systems, security, observability, and operational best practices.
Partner closely with security and compliance teams to strengthen platform security posture, conduct threat modelling, vulnerability assessments, and support secure-by-design engineering practices.
Act as a player-coach within the SRE organisation, mentoring engineers, supporting technical growth, and helping shape future technical leaders.
Take ownership during major incidents, driving clear communication, structured troubleshooting, and pragmatic resolution strategies across the wider business.
Continuously improve infrastructure, deployment pipelines, monitoring, and operational tooling to improve reliability, scalability, and delivery velocity.
Strong experience operating and supporting distributed systems at scale across Linux, cloud, and hybrid infrastructure environments.
Hands-on expertise with Kubernetes, Docker, Terraform, Ansible, CI/CD pipelines, and infrastructure automation.
The ability to troubleshoot complex systems methodically, balancing operational stability with long-term architectural improvements.
Experience applying security principles within DevOps and distributed systems environments, including threat modelling, vulnerability assessment, and operational risk management.
Confidence moving between strategic platform initiatives and low-level operational troubleshooting within high-pressure environments.
Experience coaching engineers, delegating work effectively, and helping teams develop technical maturity and operational ownership.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to explain technical concepts, incidents, and trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical audiences.
You have operated systems that required reliability, observability, and performance at scale — and understand the operational realities of where systems fail.
You have led or contributed significantly to major incident management, driving resolution and learning through structured operational processes.
Strong understanding of automation-first infrastructure practices and enabling engineering autonomy through tooling and platforms.
Experience working with containerisation technologies, orchestration platforms, and distributed event-driven systems such as Kafka.
Practical experience with monitoring, observability, capacity planning, and continuous improvement methodologies.
Comfortable working within Agile environments and collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operational stakeholders.
This is an opportunity to play a key role in shaping the future of Partnerize’s infrastructure and operational landscape. You will work on complex, large-scale systems, influence platform direction, modernise legacy environments, and help evolve our engineering culture towards greater autonomy, reliability, and scalability.
If you enjoy solving difficult technical problems, operating at scale, mentoring engineers, and driving meaningful platform improvements — this role offers both the technical depth and strategic impact to do exactly that.

We are looking for a Principal Database Reliability Engineer (DBRE) to take extreme ownership of our critical database infrastructure. Working within our Technical Operations team, you will act as the definitive Subject Matter Expert for our highly available MySQL and PostgreSQL estates, operating with a high degree of autonomy to design, build, and optimise our data tier.

Lead Incident Response: Act as the ultimate escalation point for complex database incidents, leading Root Cause Analysis (RCAs) and implementing permanent fixes.
Participate in On-Call: Share in the rotational on-call duties, with a specific focus on ensuring the database tier remains robust and self-healing to minimize after-hours alerts.
Essential Knowledge, Skills and Experience
8+ years of experience in Senior DBA, DBRE, or deeply data-focused SRE roles managing large-scale, production systems.
Expert-level relational database knowledge: Deep, hands-on experience designing, scaling, and maintaining HA environments in MySQL and PostgreSQL, including replication, clustering, and backup/restore strategies.
Infrastructure as Code & Automation: Strong proficiency in Python or Bash scripting, combined with configuration management and IaC tools (Ansible, Terraform, Helm).

Linux Mastery: Advanced experience configuring, tuning, and monitoring Linux systems in physical data centres and cloud environments.
Observability: Experience building out robust monitoring and alerting for data systems to proactively catch bottlenecks.
Leadership & Autonomy: Proven ability to operate independently, prioritise workloads, and lead major technical projects from design to production.
Desirable Knowledge, Skills and Experience
Experience migrating bare-metal database infrastructure into private or public cloud environments.
Experience with specific monitoring systems like Prometheus, Zabbix, or Datadog.
Familiarity with in-memory data stores (Redis) and analytic databases (Druid).

This role operates on a hybrid basis and requires attendance in our Newcastle office two days per month. While some flexibility may be discussed, applicants should be willing and able to work from the office as part of the role.
The Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.
In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.
The Team You Will Lead
You will lead the Infrastructure Solutions team within the wider Technical Operations department. Your engineers are responsible for building the environment, delivering projects as requested by Engineering and Product, and ensuring we remain available, scalable, and secure. They are not responsible for the BAU function of the platforms that is managed by another team within Technical Operations. The Infrastructure Solutions team takes a concept or idea and makes that into a reality within the boundaries and constraints of our platforms.
You will be managing a team of engineers who individually possess experience in:
It is important to be transparent about the environment you are joining. We operate at high velocity with a broad and complex technology estate. However, we are a lean team, not a giant corporation with endless resources.
People Leadership & Talent Development
Strategic & Operational Management
Technical Support & Oversight
General Duties
On-Call DutiesWillingness to participate in the Management On-Call Rotation to support the department and the business (Current frequency: Once every three weeks).Ad-HocCarry out other strategic or technical duties required to support the Director/VP of Technical Operations.
Leadership & Management Competencies
Focusing on the technical skills that your engineers possess, it would be ideal if you had a decent working knowledge of each of the areas. Hands-on expertise in every area is not required, but the ability to hold and facilitate discussions, know when to push or hold back and when to ask poignant questions will help you effectively mentor the team and guide architectural decisions.
For reference from above these areas are: on-prem and AWS/GCP solutions; system design from network to application level; resilient database availability strategies; automation and configuration management via Ansible, Docker and CI/CD; programming awareness in Python; Linux administration.
Your willingness to learn what you don’t know is required to succeed in this role and we will support you through that journey.
The following skills or experiences are advantageous but not strictly required. They would be utilised for facilitating tasks rather than for direct, hands-on implementation.
If you are an experienced technical leader who finds more satisfaction in growing people and building high-performing teams than in closing tickets yourself, this is the role for you. You will have the autonomy to shape the culture of the Infrastructure function and the strategic backing to make a real impact on the business
At Partnerize, we recognise that the perfect candidate doesn't exist. If you are a strong people manager with a background in tech, but maybe haven't touched a command line in a few years - that’s okay! We are looking for leadership first. We encourage you to apply if you feel you have the management skills to help our team thrive.

We also offer a competitive salary, generous benefits, and a flexible work environment that allows you to thrive both personally and professionally. If you're ready to grow your career and make a difference, we'd love to hear from you.
You will act as the bridge between technical execution and business strategy, team budget management, defining roadmaps, and ensuring operational excellence across a complex hybrid (predominantly on-prem and some cloud) estate.

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.
In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.

Konnecto, recently acquired by Partnerize, is building the next generation of intelligence for the evolving digital advertising ecosystem.
Our platform uses data, AI, and large-scale behavioral signals to help global brands understand how consumers discover, research, and evaluate products across the web — even in an increasingly AI-driven, clickless discovery environment.
As part of the Partnerize global platform, Konnecto is helping shape new ways for brands and publishers to understand influence, attribution, and performance across the open web. Our technology processes massive volumes of marketing and behavioral data and transforms it into actionable insights for some of the world’s leading brands and commerce platforms.
We are currently expanding our R&D center in Tel Aviv, where we are building advanced data systems, automation infrastructure, and intelligent workflows that power our products and enable the next wave of innovation in advertising technology.
This role focuses on building reliable data systems and automation infrastructure, while helping us introduce AI-driven and agentic automation capabilities that improve how our engineering and data platforms operate.
Our Commitment to Diversity & Inclusion
