The role is suitable for experienced Band 6/7 nurses, or Band 5 nurses with leadership or supervisory experience who are ready to step up into a clinical leadership position. Nurses who are flexible to travel across multiple sites will be particularly well suited.
This is a nurse‑led, patient‑facing leadership role, where you’ll provide day‑to‑day clinical oversight while remaining hands‑on within community clinic environments.

This role is suitable for a Band 6 SLT who is independent with dysphagia, with clinical oversight and support provided by an on-site Band 7 SLT and the Deputy Head of Speech and Language Therapy.

In this role, you will:
