Bonus Points
Base salary range: £32,800 - £49,200
Base salary ranges are based on role, job level, location, and market data. Role Description
For our Biddable team, we are looking for a Biddable Senior Executive, who will support the Biddable Manager and Account Director in delivering high-performance advertising campaigns across both Search & Social platforms.
The role will involve developing a full understanding of Search Engine Marketing, assisting the team in the building and optimization of Search and Social campaigns, data gathering for reporting, competitor and market trend analysis and more. The Biddable Senior Executive will use both analytical and creative skills to fulfil a broad range of projects. This role offers the opportunity to become part of a committed team of nine Occupational Therapists, working collaboratively with professionals across Health and Social Care, including Physiotherapists, Nurses, and care staff. The team plays a vital role in supporting individuals who are not yet ready to return home following a hospital stay, with a strong focus on promoting independence and facilitating their transition back to their own homes. The Recovery Hubs are fostering a rehabilitation-focused environment, underpinned by a 24-hour therapeutic approach.
What will your responsibilities be?
In this role, you will conduct comprehensive Occupational Therapy (OT) assessments with a strength-based, personalized approach. You will develop and implement goal-led outcome planning, work alongside support workers to ensure individuals achieve their outcomes, and regularly review progress. Additionally, you will lead discharge planning for individuals returning to their homes, perform moving and handling assessments, including risk assessments, and identify solutions to reduce risk. You will provide professional supervision and line management under a Disability Team Manager, shape and develop the service, support student education, supervise new graduate Occupational Therapists, maintain up-to-date case notes and records, and participate in training and development activities to ensure continuous professional development (CPD).

Sales Ops is a force multiplier and "the critical link between the development and the execution of the sales strategy and go-to-market strategy." The team's mission is to increase the productivity and effectiveness of our customers and our GC colleagues by reducing friction in the sales process.

Working with customers across the UK & Ireland, you will be responsible for the successful adoption and growth of your portfolio across a variety of customers.
Your primary responsibility will be identifying a path to increase the breadth and depth of GoCardless usage and value across the customers footprint. You will need to work closely with your account team to map the scope by customer, identify stakeholders, assess risk/opportunity and create an execution plan.
As a part of our wider success team, you will also work closely with Professional Services to drive implementation and time to value, our Customer Advocacy team to enhance the customer experience and share success stories, and Renewal Managers to work towards retention alongside a dedicated Account Executive for expansion and growth opportunities.
You will own the customer lifecycle, delivering value at each milestone and will be excited to drive the awareness and uptake of GoCardless as an account to account payments provider offering Bank Debit alongside our Open Banking capabilities.

Role Description

The Role
We are looking for a Senior Infrastructure Manager who is, first and foremost, a people leader.
In this role, your primary responsibility is the health, performance, and career growth of your engineering team. While you must possess a solid technical background to understand the challenges your team faces, your day-to-day focus will not be hands-on technical work. Instead, you will use your experience to remove blockers, guide decision-making, and ensure your engineers have the environment they need to succeed.

The pay range for this position in Ontario, Canada at the start of employment is expected to be between the range below* per year. The Assurance Manager is a key role in the Financial Crime Compliance team, that reports directly into the Group MLRO and will be responsible for operating the second line oversight framework. The role will be responsible for monitoring and testing our financial crime risk controls, working with our auditors to ensure that audit reviews go smoothly, and will be responsible for driving closure of open issues.
This is a hands-on role that has both a long-term, strategic focus as well as getting the day-to-day things done.

As an SDR, your main goal will be to prospect and qualify new business opportunities with senior decision-makers across the UK&I. You will work highly collaboratively with experienced Sales Account Executives to win new business.
You will be responsible for introducing GoCardless to new customers, identifying their pains, uncovering opportunities, and growing the pipeline through email outreach, LinkedIn messaging, video and phone calls. This will entail researching and identifying relevant stakeholders in the sales decision-making process.
You don't necessarily need prior experience although having some sales, customer facing experience in any setting (recruitment, property sales, B2B, B2C) would be a plus. GoCardless will train you to become an expert on the value proposition and the market.
Tech/SaaS sales is a career with a clear growth path. GoCardless provides you with an opportunity to progress into a closing Account Executive role over time.
