About the Role:

As the Head of Social and Influencer Marketing, you will define and lead Gusto's social and influencer strategy to significantly grow brand awareness, engagement, and consideration among small businesses and their advisors. You will be responsible for building, managing, and developing a high-performing team, overseeing all social channels, content strategy, and end-to-end influencer programs. Here’s what you’ll do day-to-day:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive social media and influencer marketing strategy aligned with business objectives, brand guidelines, and B2B audience needs.

• Lead, mentor, and grow a team of social media and influencer marketing professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and continuous improvement. This includes acting as an Innovator to build repeatable, documented AI-assisted workflows (e.g., advanced prompt libraries for copy and content ideation, automated testing models) that increase the team’s effectiveness, and conducting regular training to elevate the team's AI fluency.

• Design, launch, and manage end-to-end influencer programs that drive authentic advocacy, reach new audiences, and generate measurable results for B2B segments.

• Partner closely with Brand, Product Marketing, PR, and Sales teams to integrate social and influencer efforts into broader campaigns and product launches.

• Define key performance indicators (KPIs), conduct regular analysis of social media and influencer performance, and provide actionable insights to optimize strategy and demonstrate ROI. Here’s what we're looking for:

• 12+ years of overall marketing experience, with at least 7+ years specializing in social media and influencer marketing, and 3+ years in a leadership role managing a team.

• Proven track record of building and scaling social media and influencer programs for B2B brands, demonstrating measurable growth in awareness, engagement, and lead generation.

• Deep expertise in developing content strategies tailored for various social platforms and audience segments.

• Strong understanding and hands-on experience with social media management platforms, analytics tools, and influencer marketing platforms.

• Exceptional analytical skills: ability to interpret complex social data, measure campaign effectiveness, and translate insights into strategic recommendations.

• A proven track record of operating at the Innovator or Amplifier level of AI fluency. This means moving beyond personal tool usage to define, deploy, and govern AI strategy for the entire function. You must demonstrate expertise in Guiding AI to produce highly effective and on-brand social content at scale, establishing quality assurance processes, and ensuring the team rigorously adheres to compliance and ethical standards.

Our cash compensation amount for this role is targeted at $169,000 - $200,000/yr in Denver, Phoenix, and Atlanta, and $200,000 - $240,000/yr for San Francisco & New York. The salary range for Toronto is CAD 133,000 - 160,000. Final offer amounts are determined by multiple factors including candidate experience and expertise and may vary from the amounts listed above.

OVERVIEW  

The Manager of Warehouse Technical Support is responsible for leading and developing a team of Warehouse Support Associates who provide technical support for all technology used in warehouse operations. About the Role

The Revenue Operations team at Gusto is a full-stack team responsible for data, analytics, and operational excellence in pursuit of scaling our revenue growth. The Go-To-Market Analytics team is one functional area, responsible for defining and owning the metrics for scaling our Sales teams.

TOTAL COMPENSATION

Base salary is set according to market rates for the nearest major metro and varies based on Launch Potato’s Levels Framework. Your compensation package includes a base salary, profit-sharing bonus, and competitive benefits. The Role 

The purpose of this position is to ensure the successful quality and compliance management operations at all GTI sites. This position is to ensure through process performance audits that all raw ingredients, raw materials, packaging, and finished products comply with all applicable regulations and meet or exceed the customer’s expectations and to act when predefined standards are not met.  This position will also help manage product quality tracking systems, FDA standards, internal and external audits, etc. The goal for this role is to ensure compliance with all Green Thumb corporate operating procedures, as well as applicable federal, state, county, and municipal laws, regulations, ordinances, and regulations. 

Responsibilities 

• Supports the Quality Department and ensure all employees understand and follow all standard operating procedures (SOPs).
• Define, implement, and improve the Quality Management System with guidance from the site Quality Manager including development of process and product testing to ensure quality standards are met and oversee determination of finished product disposition.
• Implement, maintain, and audit quality control practices and operations to ensure the safety, quality, and compliance of cannabis.
• Assist in site HACCP Plan and quality system reviews and provide recommendations for improvements.

Mission Summary:

A Triage Specialist is responsible for accurately reviewing data that has been collected from, but not limited to Public Road Evaluation (PRE) testing and performing first-level Root Cause Analysis and quality checks for third party Triage Contractors. They communicate between Engineering and component teams and help to improve Triage outcomes. This role will identify gaps and assist in creating processes that will enhance Triage throughput. Efficiency and quality is critical, but ultimately, a Triage Specialist plays a key role in maintaining the safety standards of how the AV performs on the road.

• Perform Level 1 Root Cause Analysis (RCA) on several different test modalities, including, but not limited to, public roads, closed courses, and simulation
• Work closely with third-party Triage contractors to help improve quality and throughput

Mission Summary:

The Autonomous Vehicle (AV) Test Engineering team at Motional is responsible for validating the safety, functionality, and performance of our self-driving technology through rigorous, system-level testing. As a Senior AV Test Engineer, you will take a lead role in the strategy, planning, and execution of comprehensive test campaigns that span perception, planning, and control systems across virtual, closed-course, and public road environments.

In this role, you will guide test development efforts across multiple AV subsystems, mentor junior engineers, and drive improvements to our tooling, test infrastructure, and methodologies. You will lead cross-functional initiatives that directly impact release readiness and safety assurance, translating high-level engineering requirements into scalable test plans and measurable quality outcomes. Your work will contribute to iterative development, fault injection analysis, and validation of safety-critical systems that meet the highest standards for reliability and compliance.

Essential Duties:

Technical Leadership & Validation:

• Lead the planning, design, and execution of validation campaigns across simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-vehicle environments, with a focus on perception, planning, and control systems.
• Serve as the technical lead for scenario-based testing, utilizing platforms like Applied Intuition or equivalents for synthetic and re-simulation use cases.
• Lead AV capability campaigns, employing AB Dynamics equipment for system-level validation and performance benchmarking.
• Own the creation and execution of test plans for complex mechatronic and software systems, including drive-by-wire (DBW), braking, steering, and system integrations.

Test Infrastructure & Analysis:

• Develop and maintain robust test infrastructure using Python, Shell, and automation frameworks, ensuring modular, reusable, and scalable test architecture.
• Conduct detailed analysis of logs and system behavior, supporting root-cause investigations across AV software and hardware components.
  
  

Quality Assurance & Compliance:

• Participate in and lead QA review cycles, helping to define entry/exit criteria, regression coverage, and release readiness gates.
• Ensure traceability and compliance by documenting procedures, results, and outcomes using Jira, GitLab, and Confluence.
• Contribute to compliance with safety-critical standards such as ISO26262, ISO21448 (SOTIF), and ISO9001.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Engineering, Robotics, ECE, Computer Science, or a related technical field.
• 5+ years of experience in software QA or system testing, including AV, ADAS, robotics, or safety-critical systems.
• Demonstrated expertise in test strategy, test case development, test execution, and automation for complex mechatronic or autonomous systems.
• Experience leading end-to-end testing across software stacks and physical systems, including SIL, HIL, and real-world deployments.
• Strong analytical skills with proficiency in debugging, log parsing, and root cause analysis.

What you'll work on:

• Own the planning, design, and execution of comprehensive validation campaigns across Perception, Planning, and Control systems using simulation, SIL, HIL, and on-vehicle environments, specifically targeting scenarios critical for robotaxi service reliability and rider experience.
• Drive test execution and documentation to meet the highest standards, ensuring system compliance with safety-critical standards (ISO26262, ISO21448 (SOTIF)), with an emphasis on Operational Design Domain (ODD) limits and safe fallback behavior.

What You’ll Do

• Partner with DPAC Regional Superintendent to inform goals and vision for the scholar, family, and staff experience for all elementary school scholars.
• Oversee Democracy Prep at the Agassi Campus Elementary School and serve as its educational leader, charged with shaping the instructional vision and school culture.
• Manage through layers of leadership by directly coaching Instructional Coaches, a Dean of Culture, and Grade Level Leaders.
• Establish and promote a positive culture of high expectations and high support, continuous improvement, and a relentless focus on academic achievement for scholars and staff.
• Drive the instructional programs of the school: develop systems and oversight to ensure there is regular coaching and professional development for teachers, quality evaluations for all staff, and consistent review of lesson plans.
• Manage, evaluate, and implement clear and effective procedures for the operation and functioning of the school including instructional programs, extracurricular activities, and discipline systems.
• Regularly monitor student and staff growth through collection of formal and informal data; use data to inform short and long-term plans for the school.
• Establish the annual master schedule for instructional programs, ensuring sequential learning experiences for scholars consistent with the school’s instructional goals.
• Execute weekly staff professional development that improves teacher practice and scholar achievement 

Compensation

Salary range starts at $94,350 for candidates with 0 years of prior Principal experience who enroll in the Employer Paid Nevada PERS pension plan or at $110,452 for candidates with 0 years of prior Principal experience who enroll in the Shared Employee/Employer Nevada PERS pension plan. Salary offers increase based on prior years of Principal experience.
